I have a huge bottle of Castillo Silver Puerto Rican Rum.

It has moved from apartment to apartment and I'm sick of it. I'd like to use it at a party. What sorta punch could I make?

Do you like to bake?

Seriously. make a simple pound cake, lay on a coat of rum.

Bananas Foster is great for the day over the limit fruit.

Soak some raisins in rum... save them for cake .. or icecream.

Op there are myriads of options .

I invented this punch for a Christmas party one year and it was a big hit.

Very simple: equal parts light rum, orange juice, cranberry juice, and prune juice.

Optional: grenadine or red food coloring to give it a reddish look.

The prune juice gives it the raisin flavor the cake has. And, no, it doesn't have any laxative effect but I don't recommend telling people about the prune juice. It freaks people out.

For a sweet but delicious bowl of punch, mix the rum with a half gallon of orange juice, a large can of pineapple juice and 8 ounces of grenadine syrup. Serve chilled. You can find small bottles of grenadine among the mixers in the liquor section of most grocery stores or pharmacies.
