I can date anyone from 20-35. The reason: I can't connect with older people on an emotional level. And I don't like little kids (ugh).
What's your dating range in terms of age?

It'd be useful if posters gave their own ages as well.
|by Anonymous||reply 2||03/13/2013|
Okay R2, I'm 20.
|by Anonymous||reply 3||03/13/2013|
I'm 57, and I'll date anyone who gives me a second look, because I'm just that pathetic.
No, seriously, I prefer guys aged 40 to 60.

My range is 18 - 34
|by Anonymous||reply 7||03/13/2013|
Over 90, with no heirs , a lot of life insurance, and a weak ticker.
|by Anonymous||reply 8||03/13/2013|
25 to 55.
|by Anonymous||reply 9||03/13/2013|
I'm 22 and I would date 18 to 30. If I was being really picky, I would say 25 to 30. Anyone younger than that would have to be very mature for his age.

|by Anonymous||reply 11||03/13/2013|
I have a small bandwidth. 2 years older and 2 years younger. Don't like younger that much.
|by Anonymous||reply 12||03/13/2013|
There's a 20-year difference. I'm 39, she's older.
I'm glad I kept my eyes and mind open, or I would have missed the best thing that ever happened to me.
Before the fangs come out: I'm a VP at Amazon. She's on television. So it isn't like we met at a bar in Mississippi.
|by Anonymous||reply 13||03/13/2013|
My soulmates congregate in the 18-22 year old range.
|by Anonymous||reply 14||03/13/2013|
From Legal to check for a pulse
|by Anonymous||reply 15||03/13/2013|
I don't date any more so this question is irrelevant.
|by Anonymous||reply 16||03/13/2013|
I'm 49 and usually date people that are 5 years younger and about 3 years older.
|by Anonymous||reply 17||03/13/2013|
38-48 5 yrs up and down, that's pretty much it. I can't imagine anyone over 30 dating someone in their 20's.
Life is just so different in those 10 small years. As you get older, not so much.
|by Anonymous||reply 18||03/13/2013|
I'm 50. Since I was 30 I date usually 5yrs younger to 10 older, but it's never been an absolute cut off.
|by Anonymous||reply 19||03/13/2013|
|by Anonymous||reply 20||03/13/2013|
I am 53. No one under 40. Absolute rule. No upper limit but somewhere, probably, in the 60's. Most men in that age range seem OLD to me, although I am sure getting there!
|by Anonymous||reply 21||03/13/2013|
I'm 52. But I'd entertain all offers...
|by Anonymous||reply 22||03/13/2013|
43. will date 43-46.
|by Anonymous||reply 23||03/13/2013|
48, will date ANYONE.
|by Anonymous||reply 24||03/13/2013|
As a rule, I divide my age by 2 - and then that's what I aim for.
|by Anonymous||reply 25||03/13/2013|
38, I'll date 18-55.
|by Anonymous||reply 26||03/14/2013|
I'm 35 and I usually date guys in the range 40-65.
|by Anonymous||reply 27||03/14/2013|
41 and will date guys 38 to 52ish. I also don't see the allure of dating much younger guys. If I were to met a guy in his early fifties who primarily dated women in their twenties...I would think he had issues.
|by Anonymous||reply 28||03/14/2013|
But is she on television in Mississippi?
|by Anonymous||reply 29||03/14/2013|
At 48, my range is 40-ish and up. I learned a very valuable lesson when, at 38, I was charmed by a dude in his 70's one evening, and it was some of the best sex I've ever had. Did that man teach me a thing or two! But I'm not ready to be a teacher just yet, so I don't even think about the young'uns... If I'm that lucky.
|by Anonymous||reply 30||03/14/2013|
R13 is "dating" Robin Roberts.
|by Anonymous||reply 31||03/14/2013|
I'm 42 and I'd say 35 to 55.
|by Anonymous||reply 32||03/14/2013|
48 here, and young guys throw themselves at me regularly. How can I say no?
But then sometimes it's nice being with a grown man, too.
|by Anonymous||reply 33||03/14/2013|
I cast a wide net. I'll date anyone of any age as long as they're legal and we have chemistry. I hate the thought of potentially missing out on some great guy because he didn't fit into an arbitrary number range.
|by Anonymous||reply 34||03/15/2013|
I'm 30 and I now insist that everyone I date be within 5 years of my age. No exceptions. After years of dating people an average of 10 (or more) years older than myself, I've realized that big age differences DO affect things.
|by Anonymous||reply 35||03/15/2013|
Hell, I try not to speak to anyone under 40. The generations prior to theirs are entitled, spoiled, and stupid. Oh -- and arrogant.
|by Anonymous||reply 36||03/15/2013|
18 to 70
|by Anonymous||reply 37||03/15/2013|
Prerequisites: financial stability, transportation, and phone.
|by Anonymous||reply 38||03/15/2013|
Probably 18 to 35. I'm 21.
|by Anonymous||reply 39||03/15/2013|
It's ridiculous to have an age range. Instead you should have characteristics you seek out.
When I was in the dating game I never cared - I dated older and younger and sometimes way younger and way older. I never even thought about their age. Sometimes their age mattered but that didn't seem to happen with intelligent and thoughtful people. Those whose age made a difference were usually "off" in other ways as well.
You'd think the gay community would be beyond this kind of narrow thinking. It's not as if the gay dating pool is endless and as large as the straight dating pool.
|by Anonymous||reply 40||03/15/2013|
I'm 46. I like to stay open minded so I say 28 - 52.
|by Anonymous||reply 41||03/15/2013|
I'm 60, and . . . um, what was your question? Oh yeah, dating. I like guys around my age, with the same cultural references. I'll date someone maybe 10 years younger, and 10 years older.
|by Anonymous||reply 42||03/15/2013|
I don't understand OP. How is someone 36 to 100 not older?
|by Anonymous||reply 43||03/15/2013|
Um never mind. I read "can" as "can't"
|by Anonymous||reply 44||03/15/2013|
|by Anonymous||reply 45||03/15/2013|
I'm way over forty, so I basically cruise the emergency rooms and ICU. You'd be surprised how intense these short term relationships can be. There's no arguing about who's a top or bottom, it's just a glorious fuck for life followed by immense gratitude and some CPR.
|by Anonymous||reply 46||03/15/2013|
I'm 31 years old. I have been with my partner for four years - he just turned 51.
I tend to only be attracted to men who are 45+
|by Anonymous||reply 47||03/15/2013|
I'm 62 but told I look 30 so I don't really care for older guys, so 18-25.
|by Anonymous||reply 48||03/15/2013|
I'm 32 and am generally attracted to women who are also in their 30s because we tend to be in the same stages of life professionally and socially but I wouldn't rule anyone out because of age if they're considerate, nice, and sensible.
|by Anonymous||reply 49||03/15/2013|
I'm 36, would date 35-55
|by Anonymous||reply 50||03/15/2013|
29 year old. I prefer 45-65.
