That actually made me fill up with tears.

Who is the filmmaker? That was amazing. It must have cost a fortune tho.

Did Eloise dump water on them?

Rich White boys get what they want. News at 11.

Why do cinematic gays never resemble the every day gay person? It's always "Architect marries Doctor in the Hamptons". The average gay person is never represented.

It's like when a commercial or movie features only lite-skinned blacks with "good hair".

Aw, come on.

I know they are obviously very rich (or very foolish with what money they do have), but touching video nevertheless.

Whenever I see videos like this with wealthy gays marrying and being openly in love, I imagine what it must have been like, say 40 years ago.

No wedding, no kids, no family and friends openly honoring their love. Just lies and shame.

I mean, in some ways, progress is a great thing.

Imagine if we, society, would have witnessed gay experiences as this when we were kids...imagine how well-adjusted and healthy we could today.

That's sweet. The little boy breaks my heart.

Because they're the ones who can afford the one-page spreads and the cinematographers.

Awww...that's the wedding I always wanted (40 years ago, R6). I used to read both the Sunday and Monday NYT (Monday for the Jewish weddings), and dream of walking down the aisle, husband and husband, in a place like the Plaza.

Tony and Jason felt and looked and sounded just like "everyday gay persons" to me, R4.

Indeed, R7.

Why does the little boy break your heart, R8?

by Anonymousreply 1003/08/2013

Was that really called for, r3? I'm not White, rich, or male and I found it touching. Good for them.
