If you retain depressive groupies who vent, No

Most people don't open a business as much as they buy themselves a job, and it's usually a horrible job that doesn't pay them much money.

A lot of it depends on your business cycle and who your customers are. The most frustrating thing is dealing with companies and getting them to pay POs on time. This is especially bad at quarter end when everyone is trying to make their books look good.

When things went south in the economy, my company beat the hell out of our little suppliers, so there is that too -- you don't have a boss, but you are at the mercy of your clients.
