Trying to remember the name of a toy I had as a child in the 1970s

It was a type of go-kart. You sat on a low seat between these two large plastic wheels. They were colored red and yellow in a spiral pattern. a handle jutted out from inside each wheel so with your arms you could make the wheels turn forward or backward, or independently.

I'm thinking "Big Wheel" but that's not the name of it. It was popular and was advertised on TV in the early 70s.

I have tried all sorts of google searches with no luck.

Any ideas?

Yep, Big Wheel.

No it wasn't a big wheel. It was a Krazy Kar.

No, the Big Wheel was just a plastic tryke with a big while in front.

I had the same toy as the OP. Did it have "crazy" in the name?

It definitely had the word "crazy" in it, I believe. Just give me a few might come to me.

Anyone remember the Sit N Spin when it was a toy and not just an insult?

PlayMobile, Deluxe PlayMobile

Electric starter, ignition key

A windshield wiper to help you see

So take the wheel of the PlayMobile

Deluxe PlayMobile.

No company would be able to market and sell something called a Krazy Kar today -- members of the insane community would be demonstrating in no time.
