Nacho cheese tater tots

Just had this luscious bar snack tonight -- tater tots with nacho cheese, sour cream, bacon crumbles, chopped jalapeno and tomatoes, and salsa. SO GOOD!! Request it.

Request it where? Le Bernardin?

by Anonymousreply 102/13/2013

No, your friendly local PUB.

by Anonymousreply 202/13/2013

Damn.. I'm on diet!

by Anonymousreply 302/13/2013

OP = Brit Brit

by Anonymousreply 402/13/2013

How many points are they??!!

by Anonymousreply 502/13/2013

OP is in fly-over territory. Which is it, Michigan, Wisconsin, Missouri, which?

by Anonymousreply 602/14/2013

Do you have a will and life insurance?

by Anonymousreply 702/14/2013

What are you going to wear to the dance, Napoleon?

by Anonymousreply 802/14/2013

Did you get butt-pee?

by Anonymousreply 902/14/2013

OP, we're still furtively experimenting with the Jillahpino pepper poppers stuffed with nacho cheese-like food.

We're nowhere ready for intricate preparations involving tater tots, bacon, sour cream, and/or tomatoes.

Just settle down. We don't do onion blossoms, but I can get you a handful of funions. We also have some horsey sauce packets in the kitchen from Arby's. They'll be free with purchase.

by Anonymousreply 1002/14/2013

Op, you sound obese.

by Anonymousreply 1102/14/2013

I hate tater tots, sounds horrid.

by Anonymousreply 1202/14/2013

[quote]Jillahpino

Ay, caramba.

by Anonymousreply 1302/14/2013

$18 for this? You ate pub food, OP. No one is impressed.

The dish you describe is fairly common as "loaded fries", but tater tots have also risen in popularity with the "comfort food" trends of the last decade.

Are you in some godforsaken rural pocket of a square state? Someplace even Applebee's and Chili's haven't saturated yet? How on earth could this common dish be considered "news" in your world?

by Anonymousreply 1402/14/2013

I don't like tater tots either, R12!

by Anonymousreply 1502/14/2013

Sounds like one of those foods that looks the exact same leaving your body as it did when it entered.

No thanks!

by Anonymousreply 1602/14/2013

Let OP have his tater tots! I'd like to try them, OP.

by Anonymousreply 1702/14/2013

Sounds like something Ma Duggar would whip up.

by Anonymousreply 1802/14/2013

They'd never serve this at the tapas bar.

by Anonymousreply 1902/14/2013

Are you insane!? Tots and Ketchup. That's it. case closed.

by Anonymousreply 2002/14/2013

I could live on fun food like appetizers. I grew up on meat loaf, mashed potatoess and other bland things from The Hausfrau Cookbook. I defiantly exist now on what I call "picnic food".

by Anonymousreply 2102/14/2013

Not healthy

by Anonymousreply 2202/14/2013

R21 I did, too, but still tater tots just don't do it for me!

by Anonymousreply 2302/14/2013

Is Tater Tot Mr. Potato's son?

by Anonymousreply 2402/14/2013

It's food, not love, OP.

by Anonymousreply 2502/14/2013

There's a recipe online for healthier tater tots; they're tastier too. Then use a little real cheese or homemade cheese sauce, yogurt, healthy jalapenos, chopped tomatoes, and leave off the fatty bacon.
