Broadway Performer Kevin Gray Dead at 55

Sudden heart attack.

by Anonymousreply 1303/06/2015

I don't understand how someone so thin and in shape can have a heart attack.

by Anonymousreply 102/12/2013

Lots of reasons. Could be genetic, cholesterol, blocked arteries, stress.

by Anonymousreply 202/12/2013

R1, are you really that stupid?

by Anonymousreply 302/12/2013

Whoever, I never heard of him.

by Anonymousreply 402/12/2013

He was no Arpad Miklos.

by Anonymousreply 502/12/2013

no arpad, perhaps, but, in addition to being a good guy and a gifted performer, he had quite a lovely tush and beautiful, long legs.

You must be mentally slow, then.

Physical health can stave off the risk of heart disease but cannot prevent it entirely.

Went to Duke with him. Sorry to see this.

I saw him many years ago as the Engineer in "Miss Saigon" at the Masonic Temple Auditorium in Detroit and I remember thinking, well, Jonathan Pryce may have created this role but it's hard to imagine him being better than this guy. And maybe he wasn't, who knows. Kevin Gray was so vivid, so much fun to watch, and made you feel all the "ick" you should feel with the Engineer.

I remember him singing at Duke with a guitar on the quad.

Drug use can bring on a heart attack. I'm not saying that was the cause in this case.

by Anonymousreply 1103/06/2015

His heart will go on.

by Anonymousreply 1203/06/2015
