Putting photos in the Cloud

How does the Cloud work? If I put my iPhone photos on the Cloud are they considered "public"?

I'm worried about putting my naked pics and cock shots up there.

by Anonymousreply 2901/31/2013

Which "Cloud"? There are lots of cloud services. Are you talking about Apple's iCloud? Google's Drive, Microsoft's SkyDrive, Flickr?

I suspect you mean iCloud, since you mentioned an iPhone. It's secure and private. Don't worry.

by Anonymousreply 101/30/2013

Apple's iCloud, yes.

by Anonymousreply 201/30/2013

OP, you don't seem that sharp.

by Anonymousreply 301/30/2013

iCloud is fine, because nobody will ever see them except on your Apple devices. There is no web interface for photos.

by Anonymousreply 401/30/2013

No pictures are safe on the internet. Expect your naked pics to end up on some porn site somewhere.

by Anonymousreply 501/30/2013

iCloud isn't on the Internet.

Google Drive and Microsoft SkyDrive *are* on the Internet, so beware.

by Anonymousreply 601/30/2013

icloud isn't on the internet but you shouldn't have the expectation of total privacy using it.

by Anonymousreply 701/30/2013

It was a simple question, R3. It doesn't require a cunty response.

Thank you to those of you who gave me real answers.

by Anonymousreply 801/30/2013

You just have to be careful when it rains.

by Anonymousreply 901/30/2013

r5 has it.

Be really careful about anything you place in the "cloud"

by Anonymousreply 1001/30/2013

I prefer Pudding in a Cloud!

by Anonymousreply 1101/30/2013

But what if I want to retrieve something from the Cloud and it's a sunny day?

by Anonymousreply 1201/30/2013

The cloud is probably already full of cock pix

by Anonymousreply 1301/30/2013

It's raining men!

by Anonymousreply 1401/30/2013

Every iCloud is highly secure, along with your password. The iPad retina is the best display to view photos, IMHO.

by Anonymousreply 1501/30/2013

I'm sure there are millions of customers with Ken Ryker cocks shots in their photos...LOL!

by Anonymousreply 1601/30/2013

iCloud is completely secure until someone figures out how to hack it.

by Anonymousreply 1701/30/2013

Very safe.

by Anonymousreply 1801/30/2013

OP, this thread is useless without the opportunity to see what you have to be worried about.

by Anonymousreply 1901/30/2013

[quote]It's secure and private. Don't worry.

Or so they say!

by Anonymousreply 2001/30/2013

[quote]iCloud isn't on the Internet.

Then how does the info get there? Throw your iPad in the air?

by Anonymousreply 2101/30/2013

Being in the cloud does not make things public.

However, if subpoenaed or given a warrant, they can and will turn over your files to law enforcement.

by Anonymousreply 2201/30/2013

LOL, r21!

by Anonymousreply 2301/30/2013

How do you print photos that are stored in the cloud?

by Anonymousreply 2401/30/2013

Waterproof ink.

by Anonymousreply 2501/30/2013

You just take out your photo from the iCloud. I know a lot of people don't understand the iCloud, but it's easy once you learn how to use it.

by Anonymousreply 2601/30/2013

Here's some information, OP.

by Anonymousreply 2701/30/2013

Nobody can touch your iCloud account except yourself.

by Anonymousreply 2801/31/2013

I touch myself.
