My Catering Company Will Be Called In Good Taste

We will specialize in seafood platters, pasta spreads and sauces, traditional boudin, homemade ice creams, sushi, grilled meats, and funky appetizers! WOO HOO!!!!

What is a "pasta spread" and doesn't "funky" have negative associations ("What's that funky smell?")?

The name of the company is a huge improvement over the last name you were going for. Since you're calling it "My Catering Company" instead of "Our..." should we assume that your two business partners are gone?

by GGreply 201/28/2013

Have you worked in catering before?

by GGreply 301/28/2013

I still like, "Oh Throw Up!"

See what I did there ... has a little lispish thing going on.

How about "Eatie Gourmet?"

How about Sweet Sue and Her Society Constipators?

He catered a fabulous Tex-Mex banquet at the home of his soon-to-be inlaws last summer. The whole neighborhood showed up and looked at his faboo and funky spread and quietly walked away. The engagment to his b/f didn't get announced that night. The almost-inlaws called Pizza Hut to feed the guests. The couple broke up... again.

They got back together so that he could cater a fabulous Labor Day banquet for all their friends. It was cancelled. The couple broke up... again.

I love the name.

I'd call a catering company with that name.

by GGreply 801/28/2013

Is it really a specialization if you have seven of them?

by GGreply 901/28/2013

My favorite caterer was Smelly Good's.

by GGreply 1001/28/2013

I think you should call it "Elaborate Menu Troll."

by GGreply 1101/28/2013

My catering company is called Eat Me.

by GGreply 1201/28/2013

I used to work for a fantastic caterer called "The Catering Company". It caused a lot of problems, frankly, but they had a great business and great food.

by GGreply 1301/29/2013

Well, isn't that special OP.

by GGreply 1401/29/2013

Terrific, R5. Their business card will have a quote asking "where's the boy with the bagels.."
