Tasteful (and very rich) friends

What say you?

PS: This is a flip partially done by Jeremy Renner.

Too many plants. Looks like a jungle in there. Is that furniture comfortable? If you weren't actually going to live in it, it's very beautiful.

Reminds me of a hotel lobby with all those plants.

I concur with r2. It does have the look of a hotel. Still, it is stunning. Apparently, his business partner is the one with the expertise in interior design. He might be gay.

Did anyone else catch the rocket or missile poster that says "Going Up!" on the wall?

by Naw, he's straightreply 401/23/2013

I think it's close to perfect, except a couple of the bathrooms.

I would totally buy it.

by Naw, he's straightreply 501/23/2013

Always something "off" in each shot.

Wait . . . It's not a hotel?

by Naw, he's straightreply 601/23/2013

Stunning but yeah - very hotel like. I like it all except that fountain...

by Naw, he's straightreply 701/23/2013

Yes, what a lovely hotel.

by Naw, he's straightreply 801/23/2013

Is it the perfect LA party house, or "Please enjoy your stay at the Four Seasons?"

by Naw, he's straightreply 901/23/2013

Two words:

Nouveau Riche

by Naw, he's straightreply 1001/23/2013

It looks like the interiors were done by one of the "Million Dollar decorators."

by Naw, he's straightreply 1101/23/2013

It looks like it was designed to accomodate corporate retreats, perfect with plenty of conference tables for meetings.

by Naw, he's straightreply 1201/23/2013

It's gorgeous - and I understand the plant / hotel criticisms, but overall great design.

They just need to trim it down a bit in every photo - those plants had to have been for staging purposes, right?

It's overstaged in a bad way. There's quite enough beautiful furnishings and features that you don't need all that extra shit.

Bad staging. It's trying just a bit too hard.

And ditch those cranes!

by Naw, he's straightreply 1301/23/2013

I love the cranes fountain. I really like the whole thing, actually. It's very hotel...in a good way.

by Naw, he's straightreply 1401/23/2013

Anyone know how much they are asking?

And yes, the first thing I thought when I saw the photos was, "Four Seasons." That said, I think it's stunning.

by Naw, he's straightreply 1501/24/2013

24 or 25 million, R15. I like it also. A little editing and it would be perfection.

The place is days away from a epic mealybug infestation.

Why does new money always want to live in a hotel?

by Naw, he's straightreply 1701/24/2013

It's what poor people think an expensive home should look like.
