All 50 states and the District of Columbia reporting:

Mitt hasn't combed his hair in three weeks, and Ann has been wailing non-stop in the den. In even happier news, I've taken to leaving the compound without any supervision whatsoever.

I still can't get over Romney hitting the infamous 47% mark, too perfect.

Where did it all go wrong?

I demand a recount!

Thanks PollTroll... this is awesome news.

Romney didn't want to become president anyway, so there.

by 2012 Poll Troll surrogatereply 701/04/2013

I still can't believe that 47.2 percent voted for that corporate shyster.

R8. Agree. That's 60 million douchebags. No wonder no one can get along.

Well it looks like everything worked out quite well for him, then.

by 2012 Poll Troll surrogatereply 1001/04/2013

And in states, R8, that never would have voted for him prior to this red state-vs.-blue state bullshit that ascended in the 2000s.

Arkansas. Louisiana. West Virginia. Missouri. Tennessee. Kentucky. Georgia. Montana.

Sure, those are states that now vote for Republicans no matter what. But even they used to have some standards as to why type of Republican would get their vote. And their state.

Oh, what a bunch of assholes!

What, no SPOILER ALERT?

R6, this thread was started by a helper of the Poll Troll, not the Poll Troll himself.

[quote]The 12th Amendment directs the electors chosen by the states to meet and vote for president and vice president. Each state gets its equivalent in the 435-member House and the 100-member Senate. The District of Columbia gets the other three electors. Their certified tally sheets must be counted in Washington.

Huh, I always thought they traveled to Washington and did it as a group. You know, riders on horseback traveling to the Federal Capital to cast their vote for George Washington and all that.

Doing it at their State Capital and being back home for dinner is pretty boring.
