This will be the first New Year's Eve without Dick Clark
|by Anonymous||reply 35||12/30/2012|
No. He's been nothing but a corpse for at east a decade.
|by Anonymous||reply 1||12/27/2012|
And Seacrest is a poor replacement.
Although to be fair, every other New Years Eve show sucks ass too.

|by Anonymous||reply 3||12/27/2012|
I am almost certain that this is not the first New Years Eve without Dick Clark.
|by Anonymous||reply 4||12/27/2012|
Not for me.
|by Anonymous||reply 5||12/27/2012|
Sometimes Auld Acquaintance should be forgot.
|by Anonymous||reply 6||12/27/2012|
Yes, since the Mesozoic Era.
|by Anonymous||reply 7||12/27/2012|
|by Anonymous||reply 8||12/27/2012|
I love Dick.
|by Anonymous||reply 9||12/27/2012|
Hey gays! Watch for me on ABC to kiss my lovely girlfriend as the ball drops this year!
|by Anonymous||reply 10||12/27/2012|
fellow gays, I am on CNN...with your muse Kathy G!
|by Anonymous||reply 11||12/27/2012|
It's just as well that there will be no Dick Clark. During the last few years, Dick Clark was drunk off his ass every New Year's Eve, which caused him to slur his words.
|by Anonymous||reply 12||12/27/2012|
Sad. Not to be rude but it was awkward (good, but awkward) seeing Dick the last few times he was on during the NYE telecast, with how far gone he was health wise. I'll probably watch Anderson and Kathy rather than ABC, they have good chemistry.
|by Anonymous||reply 13||12/27/2012|
I wonder what Kathy will be up to with Anderson now that he is Out and About. She doesn't have to bite her tongue anymore.
|by Anonymous||reply 14||12/27/2012|
Don't worry. Iil mitgogo sanmi globshi.
|by Anonymous||reply 15||12/27/2012|
She'll probably continue to attempt sticking her tongue down his throat.
|by Anonymous||reply 16||12/27/2012|
I might watch it now. It was disturbing the way he wouldn't give it up. The guy was an arrogant asshole right to the end.
I'm sure they'll do some sappy tribute.
|by Anonymous||reply 17||12/27/2012|
Boo hoo. He hadnt been Dick Clark for years.
|by Anonymous||reply 18||12/27/2012|
Well, nothing lasts forever; the guy was in his 80s--most people are dead by then or are well on their way. I daresay he is relieved, wherever he is now. I sure as hell don't want to live into my 90s and I have some misgivings about going into my 70s or 80s. If you feel sad, have a good shit, then you'll feel better.
|by Anonymous||reply 19||12/27/2012|
Well without him physically anyway.
|by Anonymous||reply 20||12/27/2012|
It will by Seacrest's first New Year's Eve without dick...
It doesn't matter as Guy Lombardo was the only real NYE icon.
|by Anonymous||reply 21||12/27/2012|
I can't believe anyone would care about this. He was over decades ago.
|by Anonymous||reply 22||12/27/2012|
|by Anonymous||reply 23||12/27/2012|
R22 sounds very bitter. Is she someone Dick turned down for a job?
|by Anonymous||reply 24||12/28/2012|
In Chicago shark fins are illegal as of January 1st. Get them while you can boys
|by Anonymous||reply 25||12/28/2012|
[quote]This will be the first New Year's Eve without Dick Clark :(
Nobody has corrected OP's typo yet?
Ok, I'll do it...
|by Anonymous||reply 26||12/28/2012|
Did New Year's Eve not happen for the thousands of years before he was born?
|by Anonymous||reply 27||12/28/2012|
This is the first NY without Clark's dick
|by Anonymous||reply 28||12/28/2012|
|by Anonymous||reply 29||12/28/2012|
God knows it won't be my first New Year's Eve without dick.
|by Anonymous||reply 30||12/29/2012|
Awww, we're gonna be Dickless for New Year's Eve.
|by Anonymous||reply 31||12/29/2012|
Wouldn't it be ghastly if they had made a hologram of him so they could bring him back as a sort of zombie host this year?
|by Anonymous||reply 32||12/30/2012|
Who the hell was still watching him? How old is OP?
|by Anonymous||reply 33||12/30/2012|
Remember a couple of years ago when they counted down and he thought he was hosting that Pyramid Game.
He was like, "OK you have sixty seconds and don't use your hands."
|by Anonymous||reply 34||12/30/2012|
R33, only a few hundred million people around the world were watching him.
