60 Moments That Gave Me The Chills

Photos and comments from Seattle's recent same-sex marriage celebrations last weekend.

As one commenter noted, "Not crying. I just got a little equality in my eye."

The one of the woman holding the sign that said "Congratulations and Sorry It Took This Long" really got to me.

I hope it lasts...

Jesus. I never believed twins get married until I saw #3 and #4. They even have matching ill-fitting clothing! Did they buy those jackets 20 years ago?

Why is everyone fat?

Re: R3. Only at Datalounge... Sigh...

Best cry I've had in a very long time!!

Who wears red shoelaces to a wedding?

by Anonymousreply 712/11/2012

Someone who is more focused on their own happiness than yours, R7?

by Anonymousreply 812/11/2012

Yup, crying and a big dopey grin here. Beautiful.

I needed a lift today so I resurrected this thread. I still tear up when I see those pictures.

by Anonymousreply 1003/17/2013

That was sweet.

But made me realize only homely looking people get married.

Don't mind R3. S/he has an unfortunate mental illness that compels him/her to post multitudes of threads on DL about how two men in a marriage announcement/engagement announcement look like twins. We'll be kind and let it slide.

This made me tear up, for sure. Especially since I just got engaged myself. : )

The girls handing out flowers really got to me. And the police officer who snuck in to watch his colleague getting married.

I've seen it all before but it tears me up again and again.

I was there that day. I took my 1 year old with me to witness history. It was beautiful!

by Anonymousreply 1403/17/2013

I threw up 60 times
