Should What's the 411? now be called What's the Google?

I am wondering if they should change the name of the song. Do people dial 411 anymore. If you need information you don't call the operator, you go to Google. What is the Google. Not what is the 411?? Why do people continue to use this outmoded phrase when 411 is not necessary, do people even staff the 411 line any more.

Yes, OP.

Along with changing "Pennsylvania 6-5000" to "212-736-5000", adding 10-digit dialing to "867-5309", and changing "Return to Sender" to "404 Not Found".

I never heard "What's the 411?" before.

You mean I missed it and it's already passe?

Fewer people dial 411 now. Verizon charges $1.99 for each call.

Or, we could just drop the whole thing.

Pennsylvania 6-5000 will never change.

I use 411 all the time.
