Kiwi fruit sure is an effective laxative.

I have to limit myself to one kiwi a day. I ate three on Saturday and spent the day running to the john for a good couple of hours. I like Kiwi, but that's the first time I over indulged.

Just mention this for those who might like a little natural help sprucing up their hind-cootch before heading out for the weakend olympics.

Not likely the kiwi fruit unless you have a lack of fiber in your diet. If so, it is necessary for you to increase your consumption of fruits and vegetables

I tried using Kiwi as a laxative, but their shape and that scratchy skin made the insertion rather intense and unpleasant.

People respond differently. A friend mentioned apple juice as "liquid Ex-Lax" recently and was met with blank looks. It never had that effect on me.

Prune juice is the only juice that REALLY WORKS. Other fruits or juices might be a gastrointestinal irritant for some, but prune juice usually works for everybody.

Kiwi, huh? On my list. Apple CIDER as opposed to apple JUICE is a lovely "smoother-outer." Must be the fact that the former still has active enzymes, as opposed to the cooked juice. A small glass each day, plus plenty of water, and everything's fine.
