Have at him, boys.
Romney--a bigger douchebag you'll never find--with no redeeming qualities.

How unfortunate it interrupted the "gifts" he wanted to give his fellow billionaires.
What a piece of human spooge.

[quote}“I am very sorry that we didn’t win,” Romney told the donors. “I know that you expected to win. We expected to win…. It was very close, but close doesn’t count in this business.”
Exactly what part of 332 to 206 are you not understanding Mitt?
|by Anonymous||reply 7||11/14/2012|
So to boil it down: Romney says Obama won because he enacted policies that are popular and people like. UMMM ......
|by Anonymous||reply 8||11/14/2012|
It's true. The President gave me $50,000 and a carton of Hostess Chocolate cupcakes in exchange for my vote.
|by Anonymous||reply 9||11/14/2012|
[quote]Exactly what part of 332 to 206 are you not understanding Mitt?
The math, R7. Always the math.
|by Anonymous||reply 10||11/14/2012|
I am so sick and tired of the idea that Obama is not supported by hard working people and that those of us who voted for him are "moochers". I work hard, I make $150K a year, I pay a bucket load of taxes, because I'm self employed I pay for my own extremely expensive health insurance and pay FICA. I paid back every cent of my student loans. I am a legal (or documented if you prefer) immigrant. I am white, I am over the age of 45 and I have never received any form of direct government assistance in my entire adult life.
|by Anonymous||reply 11||11/14/2012|
Lucky you, R9.
He got me for way cheaper: A Swiss colony gift basket and 20% off my purchase at Kohl's
|by Anonymous||reply 12||11/14/2012|
R11, the idea is that he doesn't support hard working WHITE people.
Everyone who isn't white is a moocher.
|by Anonymous||reply 13||11/14/2012|
What all these angry old white people don't realize is that it's the "freeloaders" who work in low paying jobs like nurses aides who will be wiping their skanky dirty asses when they're too old and infirm to do it form themselves.
|by Anonymous||reply 14||11/14/2012|
Clearly all of those Hispanic landscapers and black nursing aids and Arab grocery store owners and Indian gas station attendants and brown cabbies from all over voted for Obama because they're all moochers. No one works, except pretend plumbers like "Joe" and loudmouth white pundits who contribute nothing to society but their bile.
|by Anonymous||reply 15||11/14/2012|
Romney, you are proving to be an even more pathetic, sore loser than a weak and pathetic candidate.
What about the 20% tax cut you wanted to implement for the richest tax payers in the country? Does this not qualify as a gift.
You referred to Hispanics as "illegals" and told them to "self-deport". You also supported Arizona's draconian laws targeting Hispanics, and didn't want their American born children to have access to an education. Don't hide behind healthcare as the reason they didn't support you.
You need to go away for a long, long time, and stop making excuses. Take Ann and move to the Cayman Islands or Switzerland, but just go away.
|by Anonymous||reply 16||11/14/2012|
The two of them are on a "don't blame me" offensive. I suppose if you blow $900 million you've got to have some excuse:
First, Paul Ryan says yesterday that they didn't win because of the urban vote.
Now Shitt is blaming it on Obama's "gifts."
Aparently, it didn't occur to either of them that their policies suck and they're unlikeable. And all the polls said they would lose. They refused to believe it. Instead, they live in denial and say, "We expected to win." But why?
|by Anonymous||reply 17||11/14/2012|
Finally he had an opinion about something.....asshole- go away and take your hateful family with you. He was the bane of our existance. I hope he is audited for at least 10 years.
|by Anonymous||reply 18||11/14/2012|
That prick may run again.
|by Anonymous||reply 19||11/14/2012|
The thing is, Romney was trying to put on his best face when he was running - and even that was a pathetic and appalling joke. Can you imagine what he's going to be like now that he doesn't have to try and trick people into thinking he give's a rat's ass about them? The smugness and lack of empathy seeped out of the cracks when he was trying to cover it up - now he doesn't have to try. It's going to be a mad river flow.
|by Anonymous||reply 20||11/14/2012|
Within a week of losing the election, Republican politicians and pundits were working the message that they had screwed up, and that they should have been targeting the black and Hispanic vote better. Republicans were writing and talking about how stupid the party had been during the campaign. They're already trying to reposition themselves for the midterm elections. Republicans are now to avoid alienating voters of color. Apparently fuckwitted Romney did not get the memo.
|by Anonymous||reply 21||11/14/2012|
But I am a hard working white person r13. I believe that some of us are more fortunate than others. By accident of birth, brains, skin color, whatever, we succeed in this culture, whilst others do not. There are too many in this country that don't acknowledge they got where they are by being fortunate.
|by Anonymous||reply 22||11/14/2012|
You know what? This is fine. If these tone deaf, entitled white douchebags want to continue to offend everyone except their rich white buddies, it's to their own detriment so who gives a fuck. If they want to accelerate the death of their party, I'm okay with that.
|by Anonymous||reply 23||11/14/2012|
I agree, R23. They should be strongly encouraged to keep saying exactly this sort of thing.
|by Anonymous||reply 24||11/14/2012|
|by Anonymous||reply 25||11/14/2012|
One day the majority will again grasp the importance of American acceptualism.
|by Anonymous||reply 26||11/14/2012|
And this is what he's like when he has nothing to lose.
|by Anonymous||reply 27||11/14/2012|
I have no desire to discuss this bastard any longer. I am ready for him to be a small blip in American history books.
|by Anonymous||reply 28||11/14/2012|
Everyday,they come up with another theory, why Romney lost,refusing to accept that their party lost, because their party sucks dirty ass !! People just didn't like Romney enough,to put Him in the White House, Why can't it simply be the mistakes made in the Romney campaign?
|by Anonymous||reply 29||11/14/2012|
Unless the Democrats put up god awful candidates for POTUS (unfortunately we know that Democrats are NOT immune from doing something like this), they should have a lock on the White House for the forseeable future!
It seems that the few GOPers that have some sense of the reasons why the GOP just lost the White House, people like David Frum, Abby Hunstmen, Michael Smerconish, are in the extreme minority in their party.
|by Anonymous||reply 30||11/14/2012|
R23 is so right, but ruins the post with the position of being entitled due to white entitlement.
|by Anonymous||reply 31||11/14/2012|
Quote from Romney:
"Obamacare also made a difference for them, because as you know, anybody now 26 years of age and younger was now going to be part of their parents’ plan, and that was a big gift to young people.
Does Romney remember that he appeared on 'Meet The Press' on September 9, 2012 and said he would be keeping the 'whatever' age provision of the health care bill--and not repealing that part--if he were elected?
|by Anonymous||reply 32||11/14/2012|
Blah, Blah, blah when are my gifts coming? How do I know they have my address? Is there a catalouge or......
|by Anonymous||reply 33||11/14/2012|
Because Romney didn't at all offer gifts to HIS base... elimination of Planned Parenthood, TRILLIONS in tax cuts for his ultra-wealthy backers and donors, etc...
|by Anonymous||reply 34||11/14/2012|
Does anyone have a link to the White House wish list?
|by Anonymous||reply 35||11/14/2012|
Footnote at best.
|by Anonymous||reply 36||11/14/2012|
I love R4.
|by Anonymous||reply 37||11/14/2012|
It is unacceptable that Mr. Obama has blatantly re-gifted the handouts I had planned to give my fellow wealthy Americans.
|by Anonymous||reply 38||11/14/2012|
Stop it! Just stop it!
|by Anonymous||reply 39||11/14/2012|
Romney forgets that old people voted for him, even though Obama gave them more than anybody else by closing their prescription doughnut hole.
|by Anonymous||reply 40||11/14/2012|
Mitt leaves me 'gifts' in my feedbag. Those Mormons are pervy fucks.
|by Anonymous||reply 41||11/14/2012|
R11 - direct government assistance isn't where the bulk of government revenue goes, but Repubs would have you believe that's the case. And there are other ways we benefit from taxes, such as through infrastructure. When rich assholes such as Mitt and his friends bury their wealth in offshore accounts to the point they pay comparatively less tax than you, but they still consume public goods (probably at a greater rate given their tendency towards being excessive), then that's a problem. Freepers would disagree, but it's true. Simply put - they're guilty of taking their fair share more than they'd like to admit (and sometimes more than their fair share).
|by Anonymous||reply 42||11/14/2012|

R44, you poor deluded soul. You must be lost because no one is buying your shit.
|by Anonymous||reply 46||11/14/2012|
Romney and Ryan had no balls in dealing with their GOP brethren who insulted minorities and tried to suppress their votes. They're paying for it now.
R44, you can go to your bedroom and scream at the television while you daintily sip butterscotch schnapps.
|by Anonymous||reply 48||11/14/2012|

|by Anonymous||reply 50||11/14/2012|
Oh, R47, you poor deluded soul - and selfish fuck.
|by Anonymous||reply 51||11/14/2012|
R44 - I might give you the benefit of the doubt if you could at least explain *how* Mitt was going to be Mr. Fix It. How was he going to fix anything? What did he propose that he was clear on or didn't change his opinion about? Can Mitt HIMSELF even explain what his position or platform were? If you can tell me all that, then you have an argument to make.
|by Anonymous||reply 52||11/14/2012|
God, he really is disgusting.
|by Anonymous||reply 53||11/14/2012|
This is the guy Obama is supposed to extend the olive branch to? This is the guy Obama is supposed to invite to the White House and discuss ideas with?
God, I hope Obama ignores him like a red-headed stepchild.
|by Anonymous||reply 54||11/14/2012|
Not to worry, R54, I'm sure Obama has no intention of humoring Mittles.
|by Anonymous||reply 55||11/14/2012|
Bottom line - Romney got 2 million less votes than McCain, meaning he was not much of an appealing candidate to his own party and offered nothing to undecided voters. He is a total fucking, evil jerk who is also a very sore loser. I guess that was him being a "gentleman". Oh, douchebag, the womens' vote is not about "free" birth control. Working women pay into their health insurance at work, so even plans that do cover birth control is not 'free' and it is not a handout. Can the Republicans despise women any more? And then he declares he and his 'donors' will be looking into possibly other candidates to follow? I don't think any of his losing donors will be in touch with him anytime soon.
|by Anonymous||reply 56||11/14/2012|
[quote]Romney got 2 million less votes than McCain
|by Anonymous||reply 57||11/14/2012|
Mr. Romney, you and your party were the ones who gave us the gift - yourselves.
Candidates so inept, so selfish, so greedy, so unethical and so incapable of even a modicum of depth that you've all managed to galvanize and energize the rest of us. Since election day, it still feels like Christmas morning every day.
Thank you, Mittens!
|by Anonymous||reply 58||11/14/2012|
What does a leader do when things go wrong?
Hillary Clinton: ""I take responsibility," speaking about the security of State Department posts all over the world after the diplomatic assault in Libya.
Barack Obama: "She works for me. I'm the president and I'm always responsible..."
Mitt Romney: It was the blacks and Hispanics!
Mitt just doesn't know what leadership is and gets all butt hurt when things go wrong. What a whining victim.
|by Anonymous||reply 59||11/14/2012|
And the promise of a 20% tax cut wasn't a gift? I guess bribery is ok if it's for the right people.
|by Anonymous||reply 60||11/14/2012|
|by Anonymous||reply 61||11/14/2012|
Poor Mittens never had this much rejection in such a public way...and he can't buy and bully his way out of it.
He just has to sit there and accept it. And while he may blame all the usual suspects, he knows deep inside that the people rejected him. And that stings.
He's barely human, but human nonetheless. And it hurts big time.
|by Anonymous||reply 62||11/14/2012|
Romney is just trying to vindicate his "blooper" about 47% of the American population being "victims" and "irresponsible"--I guess he must have been irresponsible when he victimized the "school fag" back in his school day. BTW, has anyone heard that "dubya" bush is going around telling his rich buddies how to stash their wealth in offshore accounts like the Cayman Islands?! I'd like to hear some commentary about that from some of you sharp tongued bitches--let him have it!
|by Anonymous||reply 63||11/15/2012|
GW Bush spend the entire US Treasury on gifts to oil and business interests. If actual beneficial programs count the same as gifts the all is well, but thats a tough sell to make when the population voted for them knowing the cost in tax.
|by Anonymous||reply 64||11/15/2012|
|by Anonymous||reply 65||11/15/2012|
I'm surprised he has time to make speeches being that there's so many more dead Jews to baptize by proxy.
|by Anonymous||reply 66||11/15/2012|
The fact that people like Romney, O'Reilly, Coulter etc. think that over 50% of the country voted for Obama just because they want 'free stuff' and not for any other reason, is very insulting and ignorant.
|by Anonymous||reply 67||11/15/2012|
[quote] And while he may blame all the usual suspects, he knows deep inside that the people rejected him. And that stings.
What makes him mad is that common people had the power to reject him and denied him what he thought was a sure thing (thanks to Rove and his voter fraud tricks). It's like a human being shocked that a bunch of ants made him tumble and fall.
|by Anonymous||reply 68||11/15/2012|
He thought he could bully his way into the White House. He would have been so much worse than Bush.
|by Anonymous||reply 69||11/15/2012|
Romney was not just undermined by the 47%. R11, I am even more fortunate than you (I'm part of the 2%) and could not vote for that f*ckwad. I guess I am what some call a limousine liberal (where is that limo?). I gladly (well, sort of) pay my taxes. I believe in a safety net for those who need it. But I also believe in rewarding hard work. (Caveat, I grew up in and currently live in an affluent community and went to private schools, so perhaps my perspective is skewed.)
Is it because my Dad was once a minister and instilled in me a belief that we should support those in true need (although I don't believe in socialism)? I've encountered too many Evangelicals to disabuse myself of that "religious" notion they seem have forgotten. Most of my friends are not Christians, are wealthy and yet liberal, both socially and economically. Republicans have a bigger problem than broadening their appeal to Hispanics, blacks, young people and women.
Not meaning to merge threads, I will post about my Wheaton homecoming experience (interesting but encouraging) and how I am doing after 7 months of being a widower (coping and grateful for friends and family, but not ready to date yet). I've been traveling for the past few months and now I have a Sandy refugee staying with me, so I've been busy.

Romney is a white man and he wouldn't understand.
|by Anonymous||reply 72||11/15/2012|
bullshit, r72. Obama got MORE white votes than Romney.
|by Anonymous||reply 73||11/15/2012|
Not enough F&F flags in the world for the asshole at R74.
|by Anonymous||reply 75||11/15/2012|
|by Anonymous||reply 77||11/15/2012|
Romney and even Ryan came from comfortable families and have no idea what it is like to struggle economically or socially. The result is that they have no idea what at least half this country is about. They think that by giving them "tough love" would have helped but the reality their backgrounds do not qualify them to run a country.
I don't think that most of the people that voted for them realize exactly the bullet they dodged. Their only concern was to keep the rich richer. Thank God they lost.
|by Anonymous||reply 78||11/15/2012|
You lost, R74.
We laugh at you.

Great G Hoorseafeathas, Obama promised me forty acres and a mule!
|by Anonymous||reply 80||11/15/2012|
r74 is one of the pathetic American who still cannot swallow the fact that comments like that ARE THE REASON ROMNEY LOST.
Jesus Fucking Christ you assholes did this to yourself. You do NOT encompass American or Christian values whatsoever. You are everything that is wrong with this country.
|by Anonymous||reply 81||11/15/2012|
Why speak to R74 as if he had any sense? He doesn't.
|by Anonymous||reply 82||11/15/2012|
When fucking Bobby Jindal comes out and criticizes you you have to realize that it's time to go and hide at the Lake house. I'm loving how Mitt gets more and more desperate and evil and real as time goes on. It took McCain at least a month to get that far.

I'd love to have at Romney for this.
But, at last, his own party is beating me to it.
Look, the guy is a fuckwad and we just dodged a bullet by not electing him. That is all there is left to say about him.
|by Anonymous||reply 87||11/15/2012|
Has any one of you called out any of those "Facebook friends" who lamented Romney's loss? I wonder what they have to say now. Oh I'm sure there are plenty who share his delusions, but there must be one or two who have woken up to the truth.
|by Anonymous||reply 88||11/16/2012|
Not on my feed, R88.
They're sour-grapes grousing by regurgitating all the same FOX News talking points, about how we've become a nation of "takers" etc.
It's ridiculous and annoying. I've hidden most of these assholes from my feed. I've unfriended a few that I'm confident I'll never see again in real life anyway.
