[bold]THIS JUST IN . . .[/bold]

Casting for the lead role in the remake of [bold][italic]The Jerk[/italic][/bold], made famous in the 1979 original by Steve Martin, is in overtime.

The redo will air as a special premiere, in the summer of 2014, on Cinemax. It will then be seen in limited release of 25 movie theaters in five deep-red states.

My source[s] tell me it is now down to the wire between [bold]Louie Gohmert[/bold] and [bold]Steve King[/bold].

My bet for the winner is on another Wild and Crazy Guy.
