Name the first celebrity you had a crush on

I had such a big crush on Brad Pitt...I used to think about him all the time!

by Anonymousreply 23201/01/2013

Mrs. Laura Keene

by Anonymousreply 109/06/2012

Gillian Anderson

by Anonymousreply 209/06/2012

Absolute first celebrity? Who knows. I'll give a shout out to Dirk Benedict though, from the original 70s Battlestar Galactica. I remember he was my fantasy boyfriend in college.

by Anonymousreply 309/06/2012

Patrick Duffy in [italic]Man from Atlantis[/italic] and Lee Majors in [italic]The Six Million Dollar Man[/italic] and probably even a weird homo-crush on Lynda Carter in [italic]Wonder Woman[/italic].

by Anonymousreply 409/06/2012

Buster Crabbe

by Anonymousreply 609/06/2012

I'm not entirely sure. The first one I probably daydreamed about making out with or marrying (hey, I was probably like 10) is either Scott Baio or Christopher Atkins. Truth be told, I'd still daydream about Christopher Atkins - I think he's hot even today.

by Anonymousreply 709/06/2012

I'm 47, so these go back a way. My first crush was William Shatner as Captain Kirk on "Star Trek." God damn, that man had a beautiful bulge and a magnificent ass. He was a hottie. Then I moved on to Lee Majors on "The Six Million Dollar Man" and Randolph Mantooth on "Emergency!", followed by Richard Hatch and Dirk Benedict on "Battlestar Galactica." My high school crush in the early '80s was Tom Selleck on "Magnum, P.I." I would still drink that mother fucker's bathwater.

by Anonymousreply 812/27/2012

Bobby Sherman

by Anonymousreply 912/27/2012

David Cassidy. He didn't age well, but I still like the Partridge Family records.

by Anonymousreply 1012/27/2012

Shaun Cassidy.

by Anonymousreply 1112/27/2012

Sean Cassidy in his Hardy Boys days; Tony Danza in Taxi; Dirk Benedict and Richard Hatch in BSG. I also thought Willie Ames in 8 is Enough was pretty hot.

by Anonymousreply 1212/27/2012

Heath Ledger

by Anonymousreply 1312/27/2012

The dad on Flipper

by Anonymousreply 1412/27/2012

James Coburn when I was about 10; I saw one of his "Flint" movies.

by Anonymousreply 1512/27/2012

Leigh McCloskey

by Anonymousreply 1612/27/2012

Michael Jackson, and believe me that's something I'd only admit on an anonymous forum.

by Anonymousreply 1712/27/2012

Ethan Hawke in "Explorers"

by Anonymousreply 1812/27/2012

I'm 67, and I'll certainly second Bobby Sherman and Leigh McCloskey. I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Ricky Nelson. and let's never forget Jim Brown's Playgirl spread.

by Anonymousreply 1912/27/2012

That guy in "the artist". hot.

by Anonymousreply 2012/27/2012

For R19 - NSFW

by Anonymousreply 2112/27/2012

Aaron Taylor-Johnson in that John Lennon movie. Gorgeous! And he's even better looking now.

by Anonymousreply 2212/27/2012

Paul Michael Glaser. Really didn't understand why I felt so intensely about him at the time.

by Anonymousreply 2312/27/2012

Hulk Hogan

by Anonymousreply 2412/27/2012

r3 and I could have double-dated...sort of.

The earliest crush I'm aware of was on Richard Hatch who played Starbuck's buddy Apollo on the original BG. Starbuck leaned more toward bad boy and I've always been more drawn to the boy-next-door type.

But I was only 10 years old and it took several years for me to realize what I was feeling for Hatch wasn't just that I wanted him to be my best friend. But I'm sure my parents probably wondered why I had a poster of Apollo on my wall next to the Farrah Fawcett swimsuit poster (which I think I had only because Charlie's Angels was a cool show).

by Anonymousreply 2512/27/2012

I am surprised it took this long for anyone to mention Robert Conrad's ass in 'Wild, Wild West'.

I also had a thing for Burt Ward and Robin. I even made my parents take me to public appearance in Austin in 1970. There is a picture of me at age 9 next to Burt Ward in full Robin drag.

by Anonymousreply 2612/27/2012

Actually not sure if it was the dad from Flipper. Might have been Mike Henry's Tarzan

by Anonymousreply 2712/27/2012

David Cassidy - I was still in grade school.

by Anonymousreply 2812/27/2012

William Shatner on "Star Trek." Followed by Lee Majors on "The Six Million Dollar Man" and Randolph Mantooth on "Emergency!". This was in the early-mid '70s. I was quite young, but I knew what I liked.

by Anonymousreply 2912/27/2012

Luke Macfarlane

by Anonymousreply 3012/27/2012

Lindsay Wagner

by Anonymousreply 3112/27/2012

Robert Conrad. Before Wild, Wild West, he was Tom Lopaka on Hawaiian Eye. Hardly ever wore a shirt.

by Anonymousreply 3212/27/2012

It probably was Robert Conrad in "The Wild Wild West" when I was a kid but big time crush on Robert Wagner in "It Takes a Thief" in the early 70's when I was a teenager.

by Anonymousreply 3312/27/2012

another vote for Robert Conrad! Hot ass, but then in Ba Ba Blacksheep, that fucking awesome furry chest!

by Anonymousreply 3412/27/2012

Michael York

by Anonymousreply 3512/27/2012

I'm ashamed of this now, but Mark Wahlberg in the Herb Ritts Calvin Klein days.

It took me longer to realize WHY those pictures made me feel funny in my pants.

by Anonymousreply 3612/27/2012

Ricky Nelson, back in the days of Ozzie & Harriet when he was still "Ricky". Oh, those luscious lips, those burning eyes, that slicked-back hair. I was transfixed by his pillowy lower lip and the way he would look at the camera from under lowered eyelashes. Gorgeous.

Still can't believe he was the genetic product of Ozzie and Harriet Nelson, and also can't believe that he and the beautiful (but totally loony) Kristin Harmon couldn't produce better-looking offspring than Tracey Nelson.

by Anonymousreply 3712/27/2012

[all posts by right wing shit-stain # a removed.]

by Anonymousreply 3812/27/2012

James Franciscus in Longstreet and Randolph Mantooth in Emergency

by Anonymousreply 3912/27/2012

Francis X. Bushman

by Anonymousreply 4012/27/2012

Are you serious, R40, Francis X. Bushman?

How old are you?

by Anonymousreply 4112/27/2012

Don Knotts. Really.

by Anonymousreply 4212/27/2012

William Conrad on "Cannon"

by Anonymousreply 4312/27/2012

Davy Jones. He was beautiful, dreamy, funny, athletic, talented...

by Anonymousreply 4412/27/2012

Davy Jones, David Cassidy, Bobby Sherman and Paul McCartney.

by Anonymousreply 4512/27/2012

Stuart Damon, the prince in Cinderella. The Leslie Ann Warren version. I was a wee tyke and was absolutely mesmerized by him in his white tights and dreamy, perfect hair and white teeth. I know, MARY infinity but he was the very very first crush.

by Anonymousreply 4612/27/2012

Gil Gerard on 'Buck Rogers' and Robert Urich on 'Vegas'

Primetime Boner material

by Anonymousreply 4712/27/2012

Jan Michael Vincent

by Anonymousreply 4812/27/2012

Another vote for William Shatner.

by Anonymousreply 4912/27/2012

John Krasinski in The Office was the first big one for me.

by Anonymousreply 5112/27/2012

Clint Walker

by Anonymousreply 5212/27/2012

Robert Fuller in Laramie

by Anonymousreply 5312/27/2012

Pa Ingalls. You could see the outline of his lovely package in his tight pants. He always went commando.

by Anonymousreply 5412/27/2012

A-fucking-men, poster R47. Gil Gerard was a stud and I spent many a late 70s, early 80s night jerkin' to my Robert Urich poster. I loved him on S.W.A.T., Soap, and Vega$. Fuck, he was hot.

by Anonymousreply 5512/27/2012

Doug Flutie

by Anonymousreply 5612/27/2012

Speed Racer, seriously

by Anonymousreply 5712/27/2012

Ditto on the William Shatner. He was something else on the original Star Trek. Once I was old enough to realize why I felt the way I did about him, I would fantasize about a threesome with him and Nimoy (in his pointed ears, of course).

by Anonymousreply 5812/27/2012

NPH. He and Anderson Cooper. I've always believed it wasn't a coincidence my two biggest crushes were gay men. I was into JC and Lance from NSYNC too. I was about 8, 9 years old.

by Anonymousreply 5912/27/2012

Elder gay here. The first time I realized I was "different" was when I was 10 years old. My two friends and I went to see "Dr. No" (1962). My buddies were gushing over Ursula Andress, while I was feeling sensations I had never known over Sean Connery. My face was flushed, my heart was pumping a hundred miles an hour and I know I sprouted wood. That was my "A-Ha!" moment. At 60 years old, I would still lick the sweat off of Connery's body. I don't care if he's 81 or not.

by Anonymousreply 6012/27/2012

In reply to R60. I am a babygay. I am 18 and became a James Bond fan with the recent Daniel Craig movies like Casino Royale. My dad bought me the Sean Connery James Bond movies in a set for Christmas this year and the first one I watched was Dr. No. Damn, Connery was one hot fucker. I wish I had a hot tub time machine so I could go back n hit that

by Anonymousreply 6112/27/2012

I knew I was gay in the summer of 1991 when I was 11. My dad took my brother and me to see the movie Point Break. I was throbbing hard for Keanu and Patrick. I just knew. LOL.

by Anonymousreply 6212/27/2012

KURT FUCKING RUSSELL in Big Trouble in Little China. Fuckin' A.

by Anonymousreply 6312/27/2012

In December 1968, when I was 7, I watched Elvis Presley's 1968 TV Special on NBC with my parents. It was at that moment that I knew I was a baby-gay. I had never seen such a beautiful man. He was so fucking gorgeous. Not to mention that hauntingly beautiful voice.

by Anonymousreply 6412/27/2012

R64 I second that. I don't know how that one slipped my mind. He was something else in his prime.

by Anonymousreply 6512/27/2012

Shari Lewis

by Anonymousreply 6612/27/2012

Donna Mills as Abbey on Knot's Landing and Jan Smithers on W.K.R.P. in Cincinnati. OMG.

by Anonymousreply 6712/27/2012

In the time and place and family where I grew up, I did not know that there was such a thing as being homosexual. But seeing Lyle Waggonner without his shirt on the Carol Burnett show did something to me which I did not understand. Then Robert Conrad on the early episodes of Wild Wild West was really driving me crazy with his barechest in almost every episode. I'm still a chest man after all these years, but it takes the pretty face, like Waggonner or Conrad, along with the sexy chest. I like the rest of a sexy body also, but they are not as likely to show that on TV as the bare chest.

by Anonymousreply 6812/27/2012

Roger T. Mosely on Magnum PI and Rick James.

by Anonymousreply 6912/27/2012

Peter Jennings

by Anonymousreply 7012/27/2012

CHiPs - My sister had a crush on Erik Estrada, but I never liked him. I always got hot watching Larry Wilcox and Robert Pine. Woof!

by Anonymousreply 7112/27/2012

by Anonymousreply 7212/27/2012

Kurt Russell in "Escape From New York" That dude was one hot sumbitch.

by Anonymousreply 7312/27/2012

Scott Baio

Joanie wasn't the only one who loved Chachi.

by Anonymousreply 7412/27/2012

When I was nine my brother took me to see Star Trek II - The Wrath of Khan. I loved the movie, but I really fell for Kirstie Alley in a big way. She's gross now (a silly Scientologist to boot), but back then she got my lady parts a workin.

by Anonymousreply 7512/27/2012

My first was probably "Timmy" from "Lassie." (He was older than I was at the time.)

Also, Richard Crenna from "The Real McCoys."

Then I moved on to David Hedison from "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea."

As a young teen, I so lusted over Bobby Sherman.

by Anonymousreply 7612/27/2012

Prince, the singer, but only during certain of his "periods". I've always liked the pretty boys. He's the only black guy for whom I've ever had a strong attraction. I know some see him as disgusting, but I was smitten.

by Anonymousreply 7712/27/2012

I had a crush on Melissa Gilbert as Laura Ingalls. Strange I know, but I was a huge Little House fan. I also thought Alison Arngrim was cute. I never liked Melissa Sue Anderson. She was pretty but she reminded me of alot of those stuck up cunts at school that I hated.

by Anonymousreply 7812/27/2012

Sara Gilbert on Roseanne. When I found out she was gay too it hit me why I connected with her so.

by Anonymousreply 7912/27/2012

Noel Fielding

by Anonymousreply 8012/27/2012

Back in 2001-2002 I was ten. I used to watch "24" with my parents and I fell hard for Kiefer Sutherland and Carlos Bernard. I told my parents I thought both of them were "the sexiest men I have ever seen." My parents just laughed. Very supportive. Love em.

by Anonymousreply 8112/27/2012

Marc Singer in "The Beastmaster". This movie was ALWAYS on HBO c. 1982--1983 and my little gay ass would watch it endlessly. I taped it and--when no one was home--I'd rub one out to Marc running around in his loin cloth. For those interested, "Beastmaster" also has John Amos in a loincloth. He and Marc have an EPIC sword fight--with swords lol!

by Anonymousreply 8212/27/2012

R82 I remember Beastmaster on HBO back then. I would always run the videotape when my parents were gone and rub one out too. Marc Singer was a stallion.

by Anonymousreply 8312/27/2012

John Schneider / Bo Duke

by Anonymousreply 8412/27/2012

My taped movie was a British movie called Maurice. I recorded it around 1988 off of Showtime. I hid the tape in my room and would jerk to it when my parents were off playing dominoes with friends. I was twelve, but I loved me some Rupert Graves and James Wilby. Hugh Grant was in it but I thought he was fug.

by Anonymousreply 8512/27/2012

My dad and I were the movie buffs in the family and he took me to see To Live And Die in L.A. when I was 14 or 15. I really took a shine to William Peterson in that flick. Damn he was nice to look at. That had to have been around 1985 or so.

by Anonymousreply 8612/27/2012

I always had a thing for thin queeny guys, so I fell hard for Billy Squier in his "Rock Me Tonight" video on MTV back in the day.

by Anonymousreply 8712/27/2012

Randolph Mantooth who played Johnny on "Emergancy". I was 4 or 5 at the time. Didn't miss an episode.

by Anonymousreply 8812/27/2012

In 1981 I developed a huge thing for RICK SPRINGFIELD. I had a huge poster of him in my locker. That did not go over well with my middle school bullies. It was so worth it.

by Anonymousreply 8912/27/2012

LOL. Back in the late seventies I had a childhood crush on Paul Stanley and Ace Frehley from KISS. This was back in the days when no one saw them without their make-up. A few years later I saw them without it and the illusion was shattered. I was like, "Put it back on for the love of God!", but it was too late. The mystique was gone (and they were butt-ugly). I moved on to worshipping Tom Selleck.

by Anonymousreply 9012/27/2012

Olympic swimmer Don Schollander...

by Anonymousreply 9112/27/2012

My sis and I were strange. She had a crush on Tiny Tim and I had a crush on Alice Cooper. This was about 40 years ago and, fortunately, our taste in men improved.

by Anonymousreply 9212/27/2012

1972 Mark Spitz. He wasn't my first lust, but he was a hunk.

by Anonymousreply 9312/27/2012

I'm in my 60s--my first crush was Buster Crabbe (as Flash Gordon) at age 5. (I saw someone earlier in the thread who said the same, which blew me away). Then Rock Hudson when he was super popular--I was around 10-12. Then as a teenager I liked Robert Horton on Wagon Train. Liked those square jawed types I guess. (FWIW I'm a straight female).

by Anonymousreply 9412/27/2012

Tom Selleck was not my first celebrity crush, but he was certainly my most intense crush during the Magnum, P I era.

by Anonymousreply 9512/27/2012

I fell hard for Clay Aiken from his dorky beginnings to his gentleman of the manor looks today. It isn't that he's hot or not hot. I just want to cuddle him till we grow old together.

by Anonymousreply 9612/27/2012

R55 knows what I'm talking about...

Which Robert Urich poster did you have? I had one of him standing on a roulette wheel and Judy Landers at his feet.

by Anonymousreply 9712/27/2012

One night circa 1975 I was watching an old show called Don Kirshner's Rock Concert with my brothers. Black Sabbath was the guest band that night and I fell hard for the guitarist Tony Iommi. I already liked their music, but that was a bonus. I saw them in concert several years later and couldn't take my eyes off of him. From all accounts he's straight but I can still fantasize.

by Anonymousreply 9812/27/2012

R97 YES! The very same one. Damn, that was scorching hot.

by Anonymousreply 9912/27/2012

DUCHOVNY! I thought he was the best thing ever when I was 10.

by Anonymousreply 10012/27/2012

Barry Gibb from the Bee Gees in his tight satin pants in the Saturday Night Fever era.

by Anonymousreply 10112/27/2012

In the late sixties and early seventies I had a thing for Peter Graves on Mission: Impossible. He was so sexy. I was very young but that silver hair did something that I can't explain.

by Anonymousreply 10212/27/2012

William Shatner, Robert Conrad, Michael Landon

by Anonymousreply 10312/27/2012

Another one going far back, I remember having a crush on William Russell (Ian Chesterton on "Doctor Who")

by Anonymousreply 10412/27/2012

Jonathan Taylor Thomas, Wil Weaton early 90s. I was eight to ten years old and in love with both. The seeds of my gay ass were sown.

by Anonymousreply 10512/27/2012

the crewcut blond chorusboy in the cast of the "Damn Yankees" roadshow which performed at The Forum in Wichita, Ks in the mid '50s - OMG, such great juvenile wet dreams!

by Anonymousreply 10612/27/2012

I'm what you call a 'baby gay' and I guess mine is Jeff Dunham. He's cute and very funny.

by Anonymousreply 10712/27/2012

Rudolph Valentino. I wept at his funeral.

by Anonymousreply 10812/27/2012

Trish Van Devere for years I thought George C. Scott was a very lucky man:)

by Anonymousreply 10912/27/2012

Im my teens, my boner material was Michael Biehn from "The Terminator", "Aliens" and "The Abyss". That was my ideal man. Someone told me he became a born-again whacko. If so, he probably wouldn't take too kindly to a mo wanking off to him, but he'll just have to deal. He shouldn't have been so "perty"

by Anonymousreply 11012/27/2012

R107 I can see the Jeff Dunham thing. I never thought much about him, but I just saw him on TV and thought, "Damn, I'd hit that."

by Anonymousreply 11112/27/2012

Tony Franciosa Alejandro Rey Robert Conrad Robert Wagner

by Anonymousreply 11212/27/2012

I don't classify him as a celebrity, but he is known the world over..the Jack of Hearts. I had a crush on him. I could hardly wait while playing Go Fish or Crazy Eights to see if he would end up in my hand.

by Anonymousreply 11312/27/2012

Fatty Arbuckle

by Anonymousreply 11412/28/2012

Peter Frampton

by Anonymousreply 11512/28/2012

The first one I can remember is an actor, I don't know his name, who played a stud on "Who's the Boss?" He wore a white t-shirt and jeans in his guest appearances. I remember him being in a restaurant. At the time I thought he was so muscular. He actually wasn't. He was about average build with some muscle definition. For years I thought it was Matt LeBlanc. I looked at his IMDb profile and there are no credits for the show so I guess it wasn't him.

by Anonymousreply 11612/28/2012

R116, I think you mean Richard Grieco. He played a young man with whom Angela had a little fling. I would have loved to have seen him making out with Tony. He was the goodlooking one on "21 Jump Street". I couldn't believe it when they called Depp the "sexiest man alive". Made me think that the best looking half of the male population had died overnight. Richard Grieco was much sexier than Johnny Depp, but I don't think he aged well.

by Anonymousreply 11712/28/2012

There were so many, growing up in the 1960s I guess it was Bob Barker on Truth or Consequences, Vince Edwards on Ben Casey, Dick Clark when American Bandstand was in Philadelphia, Tim Considine both when he was on the Spin and Marty part of the Mickey Mouse Club and as the eldest son on My Three Sons. After I could orgasm in December of 1966 it was Robert Conrad because of his fabulous ass that I wanted to spank and fuck, Michael Landon on Bonanza because of his pert little ass that I wanted to spank and fuck, all the male cast members of Lost in Space except for Dr. Smith and Billy Mumy, too fem too young respectively. There were numerous men who played cowboys on westerns then that I jacked off to constantly--I never knew their names butt I wanted to paddle them all. There were also 2 or 3 guys on McHale's Navy who were part of MeHale's crew that had nice tight asses too whose names I never knew. Probably the one who got jacked off to the most was Michael Landon, he got the most spankings and fuckings in my fantasies, sometimes Robert Conrad joined in a threesome. After watching Bonanza I went up to my room for a while and............

by Anonymousreply 11812/28/2012

Tom Wopat from the Dukes of Hazzard...

by Anonymousreply 11912/28/2012

R117 You might be right. I can't remember the guy's face exactly.

I thought Richard was the hottest on 21 Jump Street too. He's the only one I remember seeing on the show.

Someone mentioned a cartoon crush earlier. He-Man and Skeletor were my first crushes for cartoon characters. I prefered Skeletor because he was more muscular.

by Anonymousreply 12012/28/2012

Ian Somerhalder

by Anonymousreply 12112/28/2012

R85 'Maurice' is one of the best novels i have ever read. Actually E.M.Forster who wrote the book is one of my favourite writers. He was gay and he had write real masterpieces of literature ('A Room With A View', 'Howards End', 'A Passage to India', 'Where Angels Fear to Tread' and of course 'Maurice')

Read the book if you haven't already!

by Anonymousreply 12212/28/2012

*he wrote real masterpieces

by Anonymousreply 12312/28/2012

When I was 6 or 7, I was in love with the Lone Ranger (the tv series, Clayton Moore)

by Anonymousreply 12412/28/2012

Andy Gibb...

by Anonymousreply 12512/28/2012

Joe Penny on Riptide. I still think about him.

by Anonymousreply 12612/28/2012

The father on Flipper.

by Anonymousreply 12712/28/2012

Double crush when I was 11 or so Fabian and actress Jill Haworth. I was conflicted. Had a thing for Fabian which really heated up when he posed for Playgirl LOL. In later years I got to know Ms. Haworth who I adored.

by Anonymousreply 12812/28/2012

Cynthia Nixon, briefly, when I was fifteen, but that was because we had gone to school together, and flirted (briefly) on the UES one Saturday. Lasted about a week.

No Sex And The City resulted.

by Anonymousreply 12912/28/2012

Race Bannon , Ken Berry. John Boy Walton.

by Anonymousreply 13012/28/2012

Robert Conrad in Wild Wild West and James Franciscus in Planet of the Apes. One shirtless hairy brunette in chaps, one almost naked smooth blonde in a loincloth. Holy shit, they seemed so hot at the time. I also liked the Tarzans Ron Ely and Mike Henry.

by Anonymousreply 13112/28/2012

Jeff East. He played Huckleberry Finn in Tom Sawyer in the early 70's. "Boy's Life" did an article on him with photo's. He was just so dreamy for a boy of 8.

by Anonymousreply 13212/28/2012

I can remember feeling tingly and weird watching some guys on TV, but Perry King on Riptide really did it for me when I was just learning to jack off. Then I saw him full frontal in Mandingo and woof! I wore that VHS tape out!

Also had a tape of a rerun of Dukes of Hazzard where Bo and Luke spend most of the episode naked after someone steals their clothes after skinny dipping ....wore that tape out, too!

Thank God my parents got me my own VCR when I was 13.

by Anonymousreply 13312/28/2012

For my eleventh birthday in 1976, I begged my mom for Peter Frampton's "Frampton Comes Alive" album. I loved the music, but was far more enamored with the album cover. I stared at that cover for at least a year. He was definitely my first gay crush.

by Anonymousreply 13412/28/2012

OP, what do you think of Brad Pitt now? Please describe your interest in Pitt back then and how it first arose. Thank you.

by Anonymousreply 13512/28/2012

Crushes ranged from Carl Betz to Paul McCartney.

I remember seeing Thunderball as a kid... the only thing I understood about it all was this overwhelming attraction for Sean Connery.

by Anonymousreply 13612/28/2012

Went with my mom to see American Gigolo. When Richard Gere's full frontal scene came on she reached over to shield my eyes. I pushed her hand away so I could see. Years later she laughed and told me that was the moment she "knew" about me. Gere is not hot anymore, but back then... Shit!

by Anonymousreply 13712/28/2012

by Anonymousreply 13812/28/2012

Jay Osmond. Oh god, what a cock.

by Anonymousreply 13912/28/2012

Schneider on One Day At A Time!!!!!!!!!!!!

by Anonymousreply 14012/28/2012

I was 8 watching some Gidget movie on TV with my older sister who was 14 and I fell in love with James Darren. Totally.

by Anonymousreply 14112/28/2012

David Bowie and Suzi Quatro.

by Anonymousreply 14212/28/2012

Jimmy Walker from Good Times got the nut up in da bone back n da day.

by Anonymousreply 14312/28/2012

R143 Sorry guy. I just don't think he did. He was FUG.

by Anonymousreply 14412/28/2012

R143 Are you sure you didn't mean John Amos from Good Times. Now he was one fine hot black daddy.

by Anonymousreply 14512/28/2012

The kid who played Jim Bob Walton. He's a fat beast now but he was a hotty back in the 70s when I was a young gay child. I also liked John Ritter on Threes Company.....

by Anonymousreply 14612/28/2012

I knew I was different when I first saw Bonnie Raitt. I was no more than 10 or 11, but I just loved her flaming red hair and beautiful eyes. I still think she is wonderful.

by Anonymousreply 14712/28/2012

Jan Michael Vincent in The Greatest American Athlete or something like that.

by Anonymousreply 14812/28/2012

Sabu, when I saw him on TV in Jungle Boy(?). I think I was 5.

by Anonymousreply 14912/28/2012

I liked Jimmy Walker too.

by Anonymousreply 15012/28/2012

Olivia Newton-John in Grease, Jodie Foster in Bugsy.

by Anonymousreply 15112/28/2012

This is a funny one. When I was about five or six years old I had tingly feelings over Mr. Spock (Leonard Nimoy) on Star Trek. I still want to Pon Farr with him soooo badly.

by Anonymousreply 15212/28/2012

(and right now, they're playing a track from "Frampton Comes Alive" on the radio...)

I remember "liking" (and not being able to put it into any better words than that) as a kid Julie Andrews (duh!), Mary Ann from Gilligan's Island, Karen Carpenter, Lindsay Wagner and Kate Jackson (actually from her Dark Shadows days...before The Rookies and Charlie's Angels). Also Candy from Here Come the Brides.

by Anonymousreply 15312/28/2012

When I was ten years old I went to the movies with my sister and brother to see "The Blue Lagoon". When it showed Chris Atkins nude sliding down the waterfall, I felt a warmth over my entire body like electricity. It was amazing.

by Anonymousreply 15412/28/2012

David Hodo and Randy Jones from Village People. Andy Gibb. Lance Kerwin. What can I say? I was eight.

by Anonymousreply 15512/28/2012

John Schneider on Dukes of Hazzard.

by Anonymousreply 15612/28/2012

In second grade I "liked" Chastity Bono on the old Sonny & Cher show. Well, she was cute back then.

by Anonymousreply 15712/28/2012

The front row of the cast of the White Shadow (not the coach).

by Anonymousreply 15812/28/2012

This is so embarrassing... AMY CARTER. This was around 1977-1978 and I was very young (2nd grade I think). LOL.

by Anonymousreply 15912/28/2012

My earliest: Paul McCartney, in the mid-Sixties. I loved his eyes.

A little later: Straight porn star Harry Reems. My parents had Playboys around openly, so I knew who he was.

by Anonymousreply 16012/28/2012

John Travolta in the 70s (Kotter, Saturday Night Fever, Grease). I thought he was the hottest thing since sliced bread. Oddly, by the time I began hearing whispers that he was "family", I had already lost interest and moved on. To the poster who named the guys from "The White Shadow", I had a thing for that guy Salami back then. Mmmm.

by Anonymousreply 16112/28/2012

Howard Hesseman (Dr. Johnny Fever) and Gary Sandy (Andy Travis) from WKRP in Cincinnati. My God, I loved that show (almost as much as I loved those two studs). Grrrrrrr.

by Anonymousreply 16212/28/2012

Robert Vaughn and David McCallum.

The Men From U.N.C.L.E.

by Anonymousreply 16312/28/2012

T.O.M. F.U.C.K.I.N.G. S.E.L.L.E.C.K in his Magnum PI days. I would have sold my soul for a piece of that. I saw him from a distant in person when we took a family vacation to Hawaii. I thought he looked even hotter in person. Tall drink of water.

by Anonymousreply 16412/28/2012

If a soap star counts Robert Tyler(Trucker) from Loving.

by Anonymousreply 16512/28/2012

And all these years later I still think Robert Tyler was the epitome of male perfection.

by Anonymousreply 16612/28/2012

I've been watching Desperate Housewives on Netflix. Never followed it much when it was on ABC. I have it bad for James Denton.

by Anonymousreply 16712/28/2012

Robert Conrad. Mike Henry. Dan Vadis. All the 60s hunks....

by Anonymousreply 16812/28/2012

Bowzer from Sha-Na-Na

by Anonymousreply 16912/28/2012

Ewan McGregor. The voice, those eyes, that beautiful cock.....

I still love him but don't feel the need to watch everything he's done, especially since he has been in so much crap lately. When I want to feel nostalgic I just watch "Moulin Rouge", "Trainspotting" or look for my "A life less Ordinary" DVD (Yes, I own it).

by Anonymousreply 17012/28/2012

Gil Gerrard (Buck Rogers) David Soul (Starsky & Hutch) Lee Majors (The Bionic Man)

by Anonymousreply 17112/28/2012

Russell Johnson, The Professor from "Gilligan's Island". I still have a thing for intelligent guys in chinos.

by Anonymousreply 17212/28/2012

Van Williams as the Green Hornet. I was 6 (and, yes, I guess I am an Eldergay...)

by Anonymousreply 17312/28/2012

Seconding Robert Fuller and William Shatner. Fuller especially. Fell in love with Shatner when I saw him in a movie with Patty McCormick. Anyone remember it?

by Anonymousreply 17412/28/2012

You're right r163, I forgot about Robert Vaughn, loved his ass in the Man from UNCLE. I have been watching old Ozzie and Harriet reruns on Cozi TV lately and I never remembered Ozzie Nelson having as nice an ass as he did. Rather plain face though, I think Ricky got his looks more from his mother.

by Anonymousreply 17512/28/2012

As an up and coming dyke in the late 1980's, I fell hard for Marina Sirtis as Troi in Star Trek-The Next Generation. Especially from Season 2 onward. She had it all, just like Bogie and Bacall...

by Anonymousreply 17612/28/2012

The (cough) Jonas Brothers

by Anonymousreply 17712/28/2012

It pains me to admit that it was Mel Gibson. I first saw him on HBO in The Road Warrior. I was around 11 years old. I was riveted to the screen. Back then he seemed really cool in his interviews and in his movies. Little did we know. I also liked Lee Horsley in The Sword & The Sorcerer.

by Anonymousreply 17812/28/2012

[quote]As an up and coming dyke in the late 1980's, I fell hard for Marina Sirtis as Troi in Star Trek-The Next Generation. Especially from Season 2 onward. She had it all, just like Bogie and Bacall...

You're not the only babydyke who felt that way. Marina has always said that she discovered she was most attractive to black men and lesbians.

by Anonymousreply 17912/28/2012

VOTN, I take it then that she would not eject black men and lesbians into space?

by Anonymousreply 18012/28/2012

I think that's authority she would only exercise if she were forced to be Major Rakal of the Romulan Tal'Shiar.

Myself, I would have preferred alone time with Wesley Crusher, but that's me.

by Anonymousreply 18112/28/2012

Mark Hamill in the original Star Wars. I saw the movie on opening weekend and as a 12 year old I was full-on for him.

by Anonymousreply 18212/28/2012

Johnny Crawford from "The Rifleman"

by Anonymousreply 18312/28/2012

There was a fabulous movie called ROLLER BOOGIE over 30 years ago and the lead actor was a skater named JIM BRAY. I went to see that movie 7 or 8 times over the course of a week. I begged my father to record it for me on the VCR when it was on cable so I could watch over and over. That's still my favorite movie. Most people have never heard of it.

by Anonymousreply 18412/28/2012

I am in agreement with the Robert Urich posts. Mmm, mmm good.

by Anonymousreply 18512/28/2012

Hayley Mills

by Anonymousreply 18612/28/2012

What? There is only one cute Jonas Brother and I don't know his name.

by Anonymousreply 18712/28/2012

Michael Landon, David Cassidy, Bert Ward, and Larry Wilcox

by Anonymousreply 18812/28/2012

R165, R166 - agree that Tyler was incredibly handsome and had one of the best bodies on TV at the time of Loving.

by Anonymousreply 18912/28/2012

John Schneider, Dukes of Hazzard

by Anonymousreply 19012/28/2012

I was 16 when I saw this movie. Hottest man ever. I rubbed my dick raw thinking about being with him.

Richard Gere if course, and I still find him super sexy.

by Anonymousreply 19112/28/2012

Mark Shera, S.W.A.T.

by Anonymousreply 19212/28/2012

Later of course Shera was Jedediah Jones.

by Anonymousreply 19312/28/2012

Mark Shera was HOT! I wonder whatever happened to him after S.W.A.T. and Barnaby Jones. I never saw him again.

by Anonymousreply 19412/28/2012

Nathan Hale

by Anonymousreply 19512/28/2012

Honey Boo Boo

by Anonymousreply 19612/28/2012

I used to sprout wood over Bruce Willis in Moonlighting. He was breathtaking when he had hair. He's sexy bald too.

by Anonymousreply 19712/29/2012

Kevin Costner. And I still have a crush on him.

by Anonymousreply 19812/29/2012

I'm a little younger, I guess. My first gay crush was on Sean Murray on N.C.I.S. - I always had a thing for bookish, nerdy types and he had/has it all.

by Anonymousreply 19912/29/2012

Melissa Anderson from Little House. That is, until I met her. She was not a very nice young lady. Quite rude. My crush was instantly over.

by Anonymousreply 20012/29/2012

Ben Murphy. In the 80s he was on the tv flops "Lottery" and "Berrengers", and was very handsome. But he has done nothing but guest appearances for the last 20 years. Now 70, but based on recent pics still a handsome silver daddy.

by Anonymousreply 20112/29/2012

Good Ben Murphy. Anybody want to post photos of the spread he did in Viva? This brings up the subject of which crushes have held up the best? And which look the worst?

by Anonymousreply 20212/29/2012

Murphy was hot in that pictorial that was soft focused to the max. However you did get a little shot of his cock while frolicking in the ocean with the nude girl.

by Anonymousreply 20312/29/2012

I used to get up at 2:00am to watch reruns of "In the Heat of the Night." I had such a crush on Alan Autry. I even watched that dumb Grace show when they brought him on as her love interest.

This thread reminded me of my crush on him so I did a quick wiki search. Boy, was I disappointed. He is a true born again christian rethug - ex-mayor of Fresno - who has fought long and hard against gay marriage. Fuck him.

by Anonymousreply 20412/29/2012

When I was very young, I had a serious crush on Sajid Khan who was on Maya with Jay North. I had no interest in North, but Sajid would get me humping the pillow on the floor. I wonder if my mother realized what I was doing???

by Anonymousreply 20512/29/2012

Lloyd Bridges in SeaHunt!

by Anonymousreply 20612/29/2012

Eric Scott, Ben on [italic]The Waltons.[/italic] Later moved on to Lance Kerwin of [italic]James at 15.[/italic]

by Anonymousreply 20712/29/2012

John Steed from the Avengers. What an elegant man with manners. And unlike all the gun nuts in the UK never did that British gentleman ever once use a pistol!Oh and how he beguiled Honor,Diana and Linda. Patrick played him with a reserve and charm that only the son of a lesbian could do so well...which he was of course.

by Anonymousreply 20812/29/2012

R200 = Nellie Olsen

by Anonymousreply 20912/29/2012

One more vote for Robert Urich. I never missed an episode of Vegas back then. I'm glad my parents never asked me why I kept one of the sofa pillows in my lap while he was on. I recently bought a couple of seasons of DVD and I still see the appeal.

by Anonymousreply 21012/29/2012

I liked Don Johnson on Miami Vice. As a teen, I fantasized about Crockett taking me onto his boat and the two of us getting down to some serious wining, dining and sixty-nining. Tubbs could have joined in as well. Elvis, the gator, could have watched us.

by Anonymousreply 21112/29/2012

My first celebrity crush, when I was all of 11 and starting to realize what a hormone was, was Jon-Erik Hexum.

God, I loved that man. I made sure that I never missed an episode of Voyagers (even though I couldn't stand the kid he had to drag around) and then, later, Cover Up.

He's still the template for my "type" even after all these years. And that voice! My God, what that rich, deep, resonant voice would do to me below the belt...

by Anonymousreply 21212/30/2012

Everyone else seemed to be into Tom Cruise back when Risky Business came out. My crush was on Bronson Pinchot. He was just nerdy cute and I fell hard for him. Strange, yes. But I was only 12.

by Anonymousreply 21312/30/2012

Hard to resist Tom in those underpants.

by Anonymousreply 21412/30/2012

Christopher Reeve. My parents took me to see Superman-The Movie on Christmas Day 1978 (I was 13) and I thought about that beautiful man for months. I had Superman (Reeve) memorabilia all over my bedroom. I usually don't like "pretty" men - he was the exception to that rule. I was crushed when he had that terrible accident in the 1990s. So tragic.

by Anonymousreply 21512/30/2012

I stayed up late one night when I was a kid to watch 'Road House' with Patrick Swayze. The movie was so-so, but I developed a major boner. I had to whip it out and toss off a quick one. I kept looking back to make sure my parents or siblings weren't coming down the hallway. I didn't want to get caught but the force was too strong. I had to wank.

by Anonymousreply 21612/30/2012

Keir Dullea and Gary Lockwood in 2001: A Space Odyssey.

by Anonymousreply 21712/30/2012

Parker Stevenson, Hardy Boys Greg Evigan, BJ and the Bear

by Anonymousreply 21812/30/2012

Second Gary Lockwood. I saw Keir Dullea in New York in a play about a locker room that showed nudity. Needless to say, he showed much less than Austin Pendleton, Ron Liebman, or Tony Roberts. Anybody remember it?

by Anonymousreply 21912/30/2012

The play was "Doubles" and set in a locker room. I checked it on IBDB and Dullea must have taken over from John Cullum. Dullea must have taken towel dancing lessons.

by Anonymousreply 22012/30/2012

Robert Redford in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid!

by Anonymousreply 22112/30/2012

Jordan Knight of NKOTB.

by Anonymousreply 22212/30/2012

Why is it getting more difficult to post inline pics?

by Anonymousreply 22312/30/2012

In the 80's, Matthew Broderick was the subject of many of my masturbating sessions. From the time I saw him in War Games through the rest of the 80's I would close my eyes and imagine his beautiful mouth on my cock. When I saw Torch Song Trilogy and saw the scene of him and Brian Kerwin kissing, I almost pulled my cock off.

by Anonymousreply 22412/30/2012

R224- That's all in the past. Now he's overweight, and making a lousy clumsy attempt at suave leading man material.

by Anonymousreply 22512/30/2012

I still like him.

by Anonymousreply 22612/30/2012

R24 = Nathan Lane

by Anonymousreply 22712/30/2012

r225 He may not look like he used to but neither do I and neither will you when you're 50. Yeah, he could lose about 20 but he has endured and is still around, so I give him credit for that. I saw his show and I enjoyed it. I didn't pull on my cock though but I do enjoy those memories of the 80's.

by Anonymousreply 22812/30/2012

Connie Chung and Maury Povich

by Anonymousreply 22912/30/2012

You are right R228. And he is selling tickets. If it wasn't for Broderick, Crazy for.... umm I mean, Nice Work If You Can Get It would have closed by now.

by Anonymousreply 23012/30/2012

Probably everyone mentioned in this thread is on this list.

by Anonymousreply 23101/01/2013

Alan Sues
