Romney Wants WAR w/ Syria

Moron.

by Anonymousreply 4308/28/2013

Policy of paralysis?

Did Romney not notice that Russia is still arming Syria and has a naval base at Tartus?

by Anonymousreply 305/30/2012

Of course he noticed. He wants war with Russia too.

by Anonymousreply 405/31/2012

He's not the only one.

by Anonymousreply 505/31/2012

Let's just let them keep killing their own kids.

We've got to concentrate on Raul's feet and Jenna Wade versus Pamela Barnes.

by Anonymousreply 605/31/2012

Will any of Mitt's five sons be fighting?

by Anonymousreply 705/31/2012

Do the Obama daughters roll bandages now?

by Anonymousreply 805/31/2012

Are you kidding, R7?

I was a Pro-Vietnam Draft Dodger. Do you really think the sons of the wealthy and the privileged are going to risk their lives fighting in wars?

That's what we have the poor & the blacks for.

by Anonymousreply 905/31/2012

[quote]Of course he noticed. He wants war with Russia too.

Quit lying!

He wants war with the SOVIET UNION!

by Anonymousreply 1005/31/2012

Let me guess, Syria has something that Romney and his pals can exploit. Is it oil, gold, cute guys, dogs you can put in a cage on the top of your car?

by Anonymousreply 1105/31/2012

It's easy for Romney to make war-mongering statements when he doesn't have to make decisions or deal with the consequences. He doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about anyhow.

by Anonymousreply 1305/31/2012

You know the GOP is fucked up when they even tried to turn Obama getting Bin laden into a negative for Obama.

They are such complete turds. Failures.

by Anonymousreply 1405/31/2012

Hey Shitt Romney, put your money where your mouth is. Or in other words, put your sons where your big blowhard mouth is and have them enlist in the military.

And then we'll see how fast you want war.

by Anonymousreply 1505/31/2012

So does the new Socialist President of France, Francois Hollande. Ok, he tries to make himself sound reasonable by saying the UN should back such action but he is unilaterally pushing the rhetoric for war, and that is particularly dangerous from one of the five permanent members of the UN Security Council.

In fact, Hollande has gone even further than Romney, who advovated arming rebel groups. Seems Hollande wants a full-scale UN-backed, UN-led (or maybe just France) invasion.

by Anonymousreply 1605/31/2012

After last weeks killing of innocents by Syria's military, any war over there will most likely start under Obama's watch. Syrian diplomats are being expelled from several western nations this week. That doesn't bode well.

Romney Campaign Plans Pre-Election Military Strike Against Iran

Romney to Command Iran Strike (San Diego) UCS News --

The Romney Campaign released the Governor's plan for a pre-election Air strike and limited ground invasion of Iran. The plans include the list of private contractors, targets and detailed time line for the ambitions October strike. Speaking at a Memorial Day event at a veterans museum in San Diego, Romney made the announcement.

"If The President won't lead our military into Iran, I will," said Romney.

Mitt Romney warned the "World is not safe with Barack Obama in control of the US army," and cast the upcoming election as a choice between a nation that is weakened militarily versus "A strong America."

Romney went on to detail the command structure of his planning attack on Iran. Newt Gingrich has been tapped to lead the ground forces, while Rick Santorum and Rick Perry will lead the contracted air units.

"It's a great day for America" Romney stated. "With bold American entrepreneurs conquering space I'm going to prove we can conquer foreign powers on Earth."

"It's a great day for America" Romney stated. "With bold American entrepreneurs conquering space I'm going to prove we can conquer foreign powers on Earth."

Lord, did he really say that? What an oddball...

by Anonymousreply 1905/31/2012

R18's article is a joke, R19.

by Anonymousreply 2006/01/2012

No no no to war.

by Anonymousreply 2106/01/2012

Like you have a choice, R21.

by Anonymousreply 2206/01/2012

Syria has a great port and would make a perfect place to run a pipeline to get the oil from Iraq to Europe and the USA, without going thru the Arabian (Persian) Gulf.

That is why the USA is gonna interfere like it did in Iraq.

by Anonymousreply 2306/01/2012

I am lost. I see all of the bloodshed in the news, but cannot grasp why. The president of Syria is insane....correct? Is he just killing people who he thinks are against him, and blaming it on 'terrorists'? What is he trying to gain exactly?

by Anonymousreply 2406/06/2012

Romney has no sense of limits so he would think nothing of using nuclear weapons. For anything. Hell, he'd nuke Juarez.

by Anonymousreply 2506/08/2012

Obama goes to WAR w/ Syria!

Oh the Irony!

by Anonymousreply 2606/13/2013

R26, Would someone please tell me why USA always has to play "Superman" and get involved with other countries' conflicts?

Did MR advocacy of Mid-East war have anything to do with his views on LDS prophesies?

by Anonymousreply 2706/13/2013

Presidents always go to war to distract from their own failing and scandal.

by Anonymousreply 2806/13/2013

McCain has been campaigning for this war. Obama is granting his wish.

by Anonymousreply 2906/13/2013

I think Obama's team have been scared by the protests in Turkey. But how stupid to support the Syrian rebels.

by Anonymousreply 3006/14/2013

The M-I C God must be kept fed!

by Anonymousreply 3106/14/2013

"Would someone please tell me why USA always has to play "Superman"...?"

Because the "S" stands for "Hope"!

by Anonymousreply 3206/14/2013

Tribes and sects have been killing each other for hundreds of years and that will never change. Romney profits from the military industrial complex and no one in his family has to serve. Some fucking patriots

by Anonymousreply 3306/14/2013

It ain't about the rebels. If it were we'd be going to Saudi Arabia.

by Anonymousreply 3406/14/2013

They told me if I voted for Romney that the US would attack Syria. And they were right!

by Anonymousreply 3508/27/2013

He's a stupid fucking idiot. He always has been...damn fool. Send his boys to war, then see what he wants.

by Anonymousreply 3608/27/2013

$$$$$$$$$$ & $

by Anonymousreply 3708/27/2013

And he warned about Russia too.

by Anonymousreply 3808/28/2013

But what is it good for?

by Anonymousreply 3908/28/2013

Funny how people whose kids will never fight in a war are the first ones to want to go to war.

We really have lost the link between the military and the population. The number of actual veterans in congress has dropped.

Not to mention, of course, these are the same guys who will make millions of dollars from a war economy - yes, we're looking at you Cheney, former head of Haliburton.

by Anonymousreply 4008/28/2013

[quote]Funny how people whose kids will never fight in a war are the first ones to want to go to war.

Exactly. Malia and Sasha are too young.

by Anonymousreply 4108/28/2013

He's not sending troops, you moron.

How many Americans were killed in Libya, R41?

You do understand how a no--fly zone works, right?

by Anonymousreply 4208/28/2013

How many voters fell for this Liberal bullshit?
