I hate that gray skunk like hair. Hideous
|by Anonymous||reply 1||05/13/2012|
Nope. Seems like it, but nope.
|by Anonymous||reply 2||05/13/2012|
Wouldn't be surprised if she had sampled the girls, at least.
But love her.
|by Anonymous||reply 3||05/13/2012|
I don't think so, she's just butch.
|by Anonymous||reply 4||05/13/2012|
Every now and then she falls apart.
|by Anonymous||reply 5||05/13/2012|
Nope. Move along, nothing to see here.
|by Anonymous||reply 6||05/13/2012|
R5 You have your Bonnies mixed up. You're thinking Bonnie Tyler, not Bonnie Raitt.
Bonnie was married to the dude who played Fred on "Roseanne" for a long time, but she seems like she's licked a muff or two in her day.

Wasn't Raitt notorious as a late-in-life Republican? I remember seeing her in "No Nukes around 1981 and then years later I heard she was voting Repug. Anyone know anything about this?
Too bad if it's true. She'd make a dashing dyke, too.
|by Anonymous||reply 8||05/13/2012|
Well, her dad was musical comedy stud/star John Raitt of Carousel and The Pajama Game, if that means anything.
|by Anonymous||reply 9||05/13/2012|
Her political contributions are mostly Democratic, including Dennis Kucinich campaigns. I spot one Republican woman on the list.
|by Anonymous||reply 10||05/13/2012|
Don't know if she'still w/him, but she most recently was with Jackson Brown. She likes the pinga/dick. Some of you guys are delusional about the people you think are gay, esp on the guy front. Pathetic. BTW, I'm gay. And, I'm comfortable enough w/my sexuality that I don't project my sexuality on every crush or person who doesn't fit a convenient stereotype.
|by Anonymous||reply 11||05/13/2012|
Seen her in concert twice. She puts on a great show but I've read here she's a huge bitch behind the scenes. Hope it's not true. Never got a gay vibe from her.
|by Anonymous||reply 12||05/13/2012|
I've also heard she's a huge bitch.
|by Anonymous||reply 13||05/13/2012|
She was married to Michael O'Keefe--a total hottie back in the day with a great ass. I always thought he was too hot to be with her.
|by Anonymous||reply 14||05/13/2012|
One of the costume people on House worked with Michael on an episode he was a guest on, and said Michael has a huge cock.
Apparently he's in the John Corbett club - dudes who have to buy long midrise boxers to cover their junk.
|by Anonymous||reply 15||05/13/2012|
Tell more about John Corbett - know he's a huge guy (isn't he like 6' 5"), but didn't know he was ' huge'. Tell more.....anyone ?
|by Anonymous||reply 16||05/13/2012|
I sat at a table next to Michael O'Keefe and a group of his buds back in the 80's. It was at some new-wave performance--Lene Lovich or someone similar, I think at the Bottom Line. What I mostly remember was O'Keefe being a drunken asshole, rude and disruptive. I was really surprised and disappointed, as I'd been a big fan ever since The Great Santini.
|by Anonymous||reply 17||05/13/2012|
Michael O'Keefe Crotchwatch
|by Anonymous||reply 18||05/13/2012|
R17, Michael has been buddhist for years, so he may have changed his drunken asshole ways.
|by Anonymous||reply 19||05/13/2012|
Quite shocking what people here don't know about Raitt?
*A late-in-life Republican? That one is so bizarre that you have to wonder if the person even knows who Raitt is. Very, very left-wing. One of those leftists who is "upset" about Obama not creating a socialist paradise. Sorry Bonnie. Would you prefer Mittens?
*Lover of Jackson Browne, and former partner of O'Keefe. The former is hung like a moose, and so is the latter. Don't know if Browne is a Buddhist. O'Keefe is, which would make him a lot of fun at a dinner party (*eyes roll*).
*To the credit of Raitt, no one else in popular music has put as much time and money into causes she believes in. Very generous in her committments to causes.
*Yes, I have heard that she can be a real pain in the ass offstage.
|by Anonymous||reply 20||05/13/2012|
I used to hear that she'd go out onstage drunk.
|by Anonymous||reply 21||05/13/2012|
If they do a movie on her life, Lea Thompson should play her. They're almost the spitting image of each other.
|by Anonymous||reply 22||05/13/2012|
Never heard she was a bitch but a CUNT? Oh yeah!
|by Anonymous||reply 23||05/13/2012|
I heard that she doesn't always squeeze the toothpaste from the end of the tube.
|by Anonymous||reply 24||05/13/2012|

Aren't you just wonderful and superior in everyway r11! You seem to be quite in love with yourself....now go back to your mirror.
|by Anonymous||reply 25||05/13/2012|
What R25 said
|by Anonymous||reply 26||05/14/2012|
A lot of posters get very nervous when confronted with the possibility that everyone in show business isn't gay.
|by Anonymous||reply 27||05/14/2012|
She's doing two shows in June at the Beacon in NYC, would like to go as she's a rock legend I've never seen.
|by Anonymous||reply 28||05/14/2012|
I always liked Linda Ronstadt's voice better, and her albums were more entertaining than Bonnie's, but at least Bonnie has continued on.
|by Anonymous||reply 29||05/14/2012|
I am SO not a fan of hers. White girls singing the blues just wears me the fuck out. It's showboating and posturing, pure and simple. And boring. She was better on her first few albums, where she leaned more folk than blues.
|by Anonymous||reply 30||05/14/2012|
I was never really a fan, but I really like this cover of "Right Down the Line"
|by Anonymous||reply 31||09/25/2012|
[quote]Wasn't Raitt notorious as a late-in-life Republican?
She is from a very long line of Quakers so I don't see how she could be a late in life Republican at all.
|by Anonymous||reply 32||09/25/2012|
She is no Republican. Go to Wiki - her political activism is for the left. And the latest video of Right Down the Line features same sex couples.
|by Anonymous||reply 33||09/25/2012|
She went to Radcliffe for a semester, for those pro and anti-Harvard.
|by Anonymous||reply 34||09/25/2012|
I just got to meet Miss Raitt this past summer, she is straight and sober and talented as ever. As far as her off stage that night I was back stage and waited patiently to meet her. She gracefully met each and every person in the room around 15 or so and took time to talk to them and take photos including myself. She is a left wing crusader for NO NUKES alongside Jackson Browne and Stephen Stills presently touring for the cause and she has never sung a song that did not sound outstanding. A true American Icon. Those who degrade her are clueless and should sit down and listen to every one of her albums they are all GREAT.!!!
She learned much of her slide guitar style from Lowell George need I say more!!!
