I was Roy. One dance and then backup vocals.
Were you ever in A Chorus Line? Who'd you play?

I got cast as Greg in a national tour, but when I showed up for the first rehearsal, my part had suddenly been taken over by the director's boyfriend.
I had canceled a vacation, and had done all kinds of stuff to plan for this tour, including getting a sublet lined up for my apartment.
I was so fucking pissed off, but there was nothing I could do.

cassie in high school. I'm a guy, but had the best backbend.

I played Val in high school. I'm a guy, too, but I had the best tits.

I wanted to play Val. The girl parts are really better. Zach is cool but the boys are boring and Paul makes my skin crawl.

This thread would have a lot more hits if it were "Who Did You Play in GREASE?"

Don, local production. Since my character didn't make the final cut I never bothered to learn the tap routine and just winged it every night. The gay guy's in the cast, from the city's ballet company all thought I was straight so I got a lot of blowjobs near the end of the run.
|by Bitter||reply 11||05/14/2013|
I played a cut dancer. I never learned the ballet combination and would always just act like I missed the count and got confused and that was why I was cut.

I was cast in a community college production as Frank, one of the cut dancers. The director told me I wasn't a strong enough dancer, and my personality wasn't big enough for a featured role. He told me to stick with it, because he expected some people to drop out, and I could move up. I went to one miserable rehearsal, and the next day I got auditions for role in a movie and a national commercial. I dropped out of the show, got three callbacks for the movie, and booked the commercial.

Was there nudity, or could they tell you were cut through your leotard?

I played Greg in college. When I see the videotape now, I realize we were all horrible. The dude who was Richie sang "Gimme the Ball" in his falsetto. Beyond bad.

It was Thanksgiving time, I was a pumpkin

I played "Fudgie" the chorine with a rimming fetish. "Gimme the butt! Gimme the butt! Gimme the butt, yeah!"

I did 17 companies of the show from 1986 through 2005, and doing it, got to travel to every state in the US and then all over the world including all over Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore,Taiwan, and even New Zealand. I started our as Mark, the really young green one in a few companies, then variously played played, Larry, Bobby, Al, understudy/swing and finally ended up playing Greg, the old jaded one. I understudied Zach a couple of times too.

I was ASM for a community production in the mid 80s. After working with it for three months, I realized that it isn't all that...

the gay one
|by Bitter||reply 22||05/22/2013|
