Under Armour

So sexy. Nike is just ... blah. Why do they spell "armor" with a "u"?

by Anonymousreply 1912/20/2012

What kind of kids like Armour hot dogs?

Fat kids, skinny kids, kids who climb on rocks...

even kids with chicken pox.

by Anonymousreply 102/09/2012

I don't get the "u," either. It's an American co.

by Anonymousreply 202/09/2012

Expensive, right?

by Anonymousreply 302/09/2012

I am addicted to Under Armour. All the dudes at the gym and basketball court wear it. It is the cool brand right now.

by Anonymousreply 404/16/2012

Because that is correct way of spelling the word. It wasn't until we Ameicans became lazy that the U was dropped.

by Anonymousreply 504/16/2012

It is interesting that Under Armour has usurped Nike as the clothing of choice for jocks, wanna-be-jocks, and the cool kids. Somehow, their clothes have the "swag" and fit that the other lines lack. It is omnipresent at the gym.

Too many people I've seen wearing it who don't know that if you have even the slightest amount of body fat don't wear it.

Yes R7, and anyone with more than 1% body fat should be required to stay indoors at all times & never allowed to go out in public. Maybe that would spare your delicate sensibilities.

I'm on the thin side myself, but I don't expect everyone to be anorexic. Sounds like you have some issues, dear.

by Anonymousreply 804/16/2012

No. I'm just saying fatties shouldn't wear under armour.

by Anonymousreply 904/16/2012

R7 sounds, looks and smells obese.

by Anonymousreply 1004/16/2012

Under Armour is TERRIBLE. Cover up, assholes, cover up!

by Anonymousreply 1104/16/2012

UA gives me a boner.

by Anonymousreply 1204/16/2012

Maybe the problem is not the U in Armour. Maybe the first R should be omitted.

by Anonymousreply 1304/16/2012

True, r7. If you are not buff and muscular, don't wear Under Armour. It is truly body-hugging, accents your form in detail, which is not a good thing for most people.

by Anonymousreply 1404/16/2012

Skinny dudes look just as ridiculous in Under Armour as overweight dudes.

Pics please

Anyone know the identity of the model at the bottom of the page?
