Itchy Titties!

Paging Dr. DL --

WTF is going on? My nipples got itchy yesterday and they're still inch today. Super itchy, like I-want-to-scratch-them-raw itchy!

This has never happened to me.

Any one ever have the same thing? What'd you do to stop the itch?

by Mid-50s, malereply 4505/27/2013

Not my nipples, but now in my 40s I get eczema in the area under my pecs (I will not call them "moobs" even if it is more accurate.) My doc prescibed Protopic, which keeps it under control.

by Mid-50s, malereply 102/01/2012

I'd put Chewy McNip on the case. He'll take care of everything...

by Mid-50s, malereply 202/01/2012

Scabies.

by Mid-50s, malereply 302/01/2012

Nipples to the day!

by Mid-50s, malereply 402/01/2012

Thank you, r2. The Doctor is in.

OP, are your nipples dry? Cold weather does tend to dry out the skin and nipples are particularly sensitive to that.

May I suggest rubbing and playing with your nipples whilst applying some unscented, flavorless moiturizing lotion? Or have a friend tenderly suck on them for a few hours. Or for extra protection, use both treatments as often as you like, but try not to exceed 4 or 5 times a day. Also, It's a good idea if you friend wears chap-stick or a soothing lip-balm. No sense in making his lips chapped!

by Mid-50s, malereply 502/01/2012

Thanks Dr. Chewy.

It's abnormally warm here, shorts-wearing warm. So the cold weather theory is out.

I just got out of the shower and afterwards oiled my nips with some unscented baby oil.

Still itchy, now greasy.

I will keep you "abreast" of my progress tomorrow!

I am sending you a $400 check written on a "river bank." (know that turn of phrase?)

by Mid-50s, malereply 602/01/2012

OP, you're going through "the change"

by Mid-50s, malereply 702/01/2012

The only thing that really works for this condition is extremely fresh saliva. So fresh that it has not been exposed to air.

by Mid-50s, malereply 802/01/2012

OP, I occasionally get itchy nips too. I've never known why, and it never seems to be associated with anything else. After a little while it goes away.

by Mid-50s, malereply 902/01/2012

Wipe them with Qtips after lactating.

by Mid-50s, malereply 1002/01/2012

Thanks, 9. I think I better call in sick the rest of the week, whaddaya think?

10, my nips aren't the lactating kind.

by Mid-50s, malereply 1102/01/2012

I've had a similar problem in the winter months.....Burt's Bees chapstick works wonders on them.

by Mid-50s, malereply 1202/01/2012

Its a symptom of high blood sugar.

Are you diabetic? Excessively thirsty? Frequent fatigue?

Get checked if it continues

by Mid-50s, malereply 1302/01/2012

Actor Roger Moore's nipples fell off.

This is true. Admittedly, it's not directly relevant.

by Mid-50s, malereply 1402/01/2012

Lotion up those ashy tits, OP!

by Mid-50s, malereply 1502/01/2012

OP, you might get your hormones checked. Just a guess, but it sounds like you might have low T/elevated estrogen. Itchiness can be one of the first signs of gynecomastia (male breast development).

by Mid-50s, malereply 1602/01/2012

R9 here with the occasionally itchy nips. My blood sugar and testosterone levels are in a normal range.

by Mid-50s, malereply 1702/01/2012

*sighs*

...I miss my nips.

by Mid-50s, malereply 1802/01/2012

Nips're still itchy, Dr. Chewy!

Should I re-grease w/ baby oil or switch to hydrocortisone creme?

This is a ridiculous thing to be discussing … but the itching is intense!

Surely women get "itch tit" -- can a female DLer weigh in? What do you do?

by Mid-50s, malereply 1902/01/2012

[quote]Lotion up those ashy tits, OP!

lol

by Mid-50s, malereply 2002/01/2012

Get some sandpaper, bitch.

by Mid-50s, malereply 2102/01/2012

You could also have a mild yeast infestation. Try mixing some Neosporin with the benzocaine in it with some jock itch cream (Clortrimozole) and apply that. Alternate that treatment with soaking cotton balls in white vinegar and applying to nipples. Then re-dress with the ointment. See if that gives you some relief. The Metformin Troll is right - get your blood sugar checked too.

by Mid-50s, malereply 2202/01/2012

I'm sorry to say you have cancer, OP. Please pay your co-pay at the desk.

by Mid-50s, malereply 2302/01/2012

You in danger, gurl!

by Mid-50s, malereply 2402/01/2012

you could just scratch them.

by Mid-50s, malereply 2502/01/2012

My pussy stinks.

by Mid-50s, malereply 2602/01/2012

[quote] You could also have a mild yeast infestation

Oh, dear.

by Mid-50s, malereply 2702/01/2012

Change your washing detergent

by Mid-50s, malereply 2802/01/2012

Or start using detergent.

by Mid-50s, malereply 2902/01/2012

You think it might be contact dermatitis from my laundry detergent then, R28?

I did try a new one last week and washed my whites in it.

Maybe I'll give this detergent to my sister and let her use at her house for her family!

by Mid-50s, malereply 3002/01/2012

They're dry. Umpy.

Please never again mention your nipples on this forum. Umpy.

Please never again mention anything on this forum. Umpy.

by Mid-50s, malereply 3102/01/2012

Chewy, you old whore! How are you buddy?

by Mid-50s, malereply 3202/01/2012

[R31] Yeah, this reeked of Umpy for me too.

by Mid-50s, malereply 3302/01/2012

Not the Umpster

by Mid-50s, malereply 3402/01/2012

Female here. I've had it too. I'd just scratch them, complain loudly, and put lotion on them. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. I'm fascinated by some of the theories here, though.

r3, no, I've had scabies and the first place they start is in the webbing between your fingers and in your palms. You will go to a doctor because the itch will keep you from sleeping and nothing is visible that may be causing it. Not so much on the titties, more on the extremities, though, so not to worry!

by Mid-50s, malereply 3502/01/2012

Gurl, my titties have been itching me soo bad the last couple of days I had to find this here thread!

I will say have somewhat pronounced breasts for a man, a touch of gynecomastia. My nipples have always been puffy and large. I hope Im not about to start lactating or some shit.

by Mid-50s, malereply 3605/26/2013

If it's scabies you're fucked. I had it in the 80's and I thought I was going to die. It probably isn't unless you had bodily contact with some random person in the past 3 days. Try a small dab of hydrocortisone cream OTC on each nip. That should do it. If it spreads to your belly...it's scabies.

by Mid-50s, malereply 3705/26/2013

[quote] It probably isn't unless you had bodily contact with some random person in the past 3 days

try three weeks.

by Mid-50s, malereply 3805/26/2013

Because it's probably dry as fuck where you live. Vitamin E cream every morning works like magic.

by Mid-50s, malereply 3905/26/2013

With my stinking pussy, you know there is some itch going on too.

by Mid-50s, malereply 4005/26/2013

How's ya tits, op?

by Mid-50s, malereply 4105/27/2013

When you jack off, make sure to stroke the nips a little more than usual. I jack off at least once a day and always work the nips...they have never given me a problem.

by Mid-50s, malereply 4205/27/2013

If changing the detergent does not clear it up, go to your family doc/internist. You could well have atopical dermatitus, or eczema. Quite treatable.

by Mid-50s, malereply 4305/27/2013

I thought this was going to be a joke post from someone claiming to be Jennifer Aniston.

by Mid-50s, malereply 4405/27/2013
