Are you cut or uncut?

Uncut here. I think that extra skin would bug the shit out of me. I'd always be trying to roll it back.

by Anonymousreply 16505/02/2014

Cut. Love it.

by Anonymousreply 210/25/2011

Oops I meant I'm cut.

by Anonymousreply 310/25/2011

OP, dear, it sounds like you are cut.

by Anonymousreply 410/25/2011

I think you need pictures on this thread guys.....

x

by Anonymousreply 610/25/2011

Cut. Who the fuck cares? It happened 36 years ago. What am I going to do about it? AND I was adopted, so it happened even before I got to my parents.

by Anonymousreply 710/25/2011

I'm happy to say I'm still as God made me. Gay and uncut.

by Anonymousreply 810/25/2011

OP...foreskin is not "extra" skin. It's very much a part of my penis. Whether my penis is soft or hard, my foreskin slides very easily back and forth and feels great. And my foreskin covering my dickhead feels perfectly natural. And I do not have the urge at all to keep it skinned back. There's no need to.

Hygiene is not an issue at all. It's just like washing any other body part, and cut guys have to wash too. It's simply not an issue. I could not even imagine being cut and would never want to be. It's scary to even think of my dick without my foreskin. My foreskin is not something separate; as I said, it's part of my penis. And I never have the need for lube when jacking off. I love being intact.

by Anonymousreply 910/25/2011

When I found out that my parents had me mutilated, I killed them.

by Anonymousreply 1010/25/2011

The LORD your God will circumcise your hearts and the hearts of your descendants, so that you may love him with all your heart and with all your soul, and live.

by Anonymousreply 1110/25/2011

But … I don"t fuck with my heart.

by Anonymousreply 1210/25/2011

Do you uncut people have an inferiority complex or something? Seriously, why all of the obsession about this topic?

by Anonymousreply 1310/25/2011

Ahhhh, this tread was started by a CUT person, although clearly he has some confusion about the whole thing...

by Anonymousreply 1410/25/2011

Uncut .... I was a real premie baby. In an incubator for like a month.

by Anonymousreply 1510/25/2011

R13. About 80 percent of the world's males are uncircumcised. And the vast majority of those are for religious reasons--and even that's a stupid, illogical reason. No, we uncut people--as you say--have no inferiority complex.

But cut Americans need to stop thinking that their cut status is the way things should be. Fortunately, the cut rate is rapidly declining here. It's a rather barbaric, uncivilzed procedure for no reason. Cutting would only necessary in a relatively small percentage of males. And it should be treated as such--individually for those few who may need it. Nowadays, there is a prescription cream that helps to stretch the skin if necessary, so often times cutting can be avoided. But most men never need to be cut--and would never choose it anyway. And by the way, the OP is cut. He posted this thread. Perhaps it's his obsession.

by Anonymousreply 1610/25/2011

Congratulations (r16). You just proved (r13) correct.

by Anonymousreply 1710/25/2011

Guys have a close relationship with their cocks, so it's no surprise that everyone cheers for their own team, whether it's cut or uncut. There are nice and nasty peckers on both sides of the divide. Why are we so goddamned partisan about everything these days? I'm glad there's a wide variety of penises out there. I guess cocks are like snowflakes in that regard.

by Anonymousreply 1810/25/2011

I am uncut and love it - I can't imagine it any other way. Every time I look at a cut penis it looks so funny to me - like something is missing - like an ear or something - it's just weird. It's like a dog with cropped ears or a tail - no reason to do it other than some weird tradition - circumcision was an invention of the church because it was believed to curtail masturbation or at least the enjoyment of it - it's sick, twisted and weird just like everything else about religion - it's warped like having imaginary friends and believing in virginal births -

by Anonymousreply 1910/25/2011

A question for uncut tops: During penetration does your foreskin stay retracted, or does it move back and forth when you stroke in and out? Is it the same (as far as movement) whether you have a condom on or not? Just curious.

by Anonymousreply 2010/25/2011

Notice the poll results show 66% (so far) are cut, but the lengthy replies are from the uncut, including the always reliable "mutiliation" troll and "majority of the world is uncut" troll. You'd think they got paid a quarter every time they write these same posts.

by Anonymousreply 2110/25/2011

R20, it all depends how long your strokes are & how much foreskin you have. I don't have a lot of skin but when I'm fucking quick back and forth, fskin is pulled back & forth too. Long strokes & fskin pulls all the way back and I slide the rest of the way.

by Anonymousreply 2210/25/2011

R20...during penetration my foreskin does not stay retracted. It moves back and forth as I go in and out with or without a condom. But it feels totally natural for it to slide back and forth; it's not a problem at all. Some guys' foreskins stay retracted but not many since the foreskin is designed to have some movement.

by Anonymousreply 2310/25/2011

I'd love to see Tristan's foreskin.

by Anonymousreply 2410/25/2011

Cut is beautiful. Uncut is NOT.

by Anonymousreply 2510/25/2011

I just know I am a bit bummed when an uncut dick shows up at my glory hole.

by Anonymousreply 2610/25/2011

You left out "Euro-cut" ... just a little off the top, but can still pull the skin all the way over the head when erect.

by Anonymousreply 2710/25/2011

R27--there is no such thing as "Euro-cut." Most European men are totally uncut. They are not cut "just a little off the top." They are simply not cut at all.

by Anonymousreply 2810/26/2011

R28, don't be an idiot. Really.

I know Eruopeans are generally uncut. But when a few ARE cut, it's more "take a little off the top". I've heard it called a "Euro-Cut" by several different sources.

So pull the stick out of your ass, and stop being such a dense literalist "know-it-all" who's just wrong.

by Anonymousreply 2910/26/2011

R7 is OLD.

by Anonymousreply 3010/26/2011

I think cutting is barbaric and would never do it to my own child. HOWEVER, I think uncut dicks are disgusting and am not attracted to them at all. They look weird and are not sexy at all. Nothing is more of a turnoff than seeing a hot guy and then seeing that he's uncut. What a waste.

by Anonymousreply 3110/26/2011

When I see an uncut guy at the gym showers it's like I'm not seeing him fully naked. It's like he's still wearing this little turtleneck piece of clothing so it's basically like he's still wearing a speedo or something. Only when I see a cut guy do I think Wow, there's a naked guy there.

by Anonymousreply 3210/26/2011

Uncut and love it. If we (uncut) really want to, we could still choose to be cut. Cut guys could NEVER even have that option. So sad.

by Anonymousreply 3310/26/2011

Uncut here and glad to be so. I like my cock with full sensitivity intact, thanks. I wouldn't kick a hottie out of bed for being circumcised though.

by Anonymousreply 3410/26/2011

Cut, and I'm another one who believes it is mutilation to do it to an infant without his permission.

It's my body, not theirs, and they don't have the right to make that choice for me.

Anyone 21 or older -- or even, say, 16 or older -- who wants to be circumcised should have the right to do so, but no one, not even parents, should have the right to carve up a baby.

by Anonymousreply 3510/26/2011

YAWN! Does anyone have an observation that hasn't been repeated a million times on DL?

by Anonymousreply 3610/26/2011

Like yours, r36?

by Anonymousreply 3710/26/2011

Cutting only works if it's done at the root!

by Anonymousreply 3810/26/2011

Great contribution, R37! Sounds like a response from Teresa Giudice.

by Anonymousreply 3910/26/2011

Cut here, wish i was uncut. I docked a few times with guys, and the feeling is amazing, it feels completely different. Foreskin is a huge turn on.

by Anonymousreply 4010/26/2011

Cut. I'm 55 (shriek, kill it kill it). But I think that was standard practice back in the Jurassic age.

All the kids my age were cut (jr, high and sr high showers). I don't remember being circumsized, hold no resentment towards my parents. You want them cut, you want them uncut. It's the parents decision.

by Anonymousreply 4110/26/2011

Intact with a foreskin.

Circumcision of infant boys is genital mutilation and I feel bad that guys who are cut didn't have a choice in the matter.

ALL of my cut male friends have said how if they had a choice they would not have wanted to have their foreskin ripped off or torn off which is what happens when a kid is cut.

by Anonymousreply 4210/26/2011

Can you be partially cut? Either that, or my foreskin was huge. I still have some. I look like I'm in the middle. Sometimes I look cut, other times uncut.

by Anonymousreply 4310/26/2011

I was cut when I was a teen, far prefer being cut, and I'd not ever go back to having a foreskin.

by Anonymousreply 4410/26/2011

Don't orgasms feel stronger amongst the uncut though?

by Anonymousreply 4510/26/2011

Foreskin contains 20,000 nerve endings, and that does not include the glands. You lost a huge amount of sexual pleasure from circumcision. That doesn't mean that you don't find sex fulfilling, but you're not getting the full experience.

Foreskin: 20,000 nerves endings

Clitoris: 8,000 nerve endings.

I was cut. I wish I wasn't. I don't hold a grudge or anything, and my parents weren't aware of what they were doing. The Christian Right started circumcision in America as routine in an effort to stop masturbation. The rate of circumcision has gone down dramatically. I can understand if you have a tight foreskin and get cut, but other than that, it's completely unnecessary. It's robbing you of sexual sensation. This isn't an attack, btw. If you don't mind being cut, good for you!

by Anonymousreply 4610/26/2011

That's because you're uncultured. The majority of the world's men are uncut. You have been bred into a culture that has a very small world view. Your opinion resulted from ignorance.

by Anonymousreply 4710/26/2011

Please review R21's post, then look at the subsequent posts. They just illustrate the obsession of the uncuts.

by Anonymousreply 4810/26/2011

R48. Then stop the unnecessary barbaric cutting, and you'll happily silence those who rightfully speak out about this subject. The owner of the foreskin should be allowed to keep and enjoy his foreskin. It's not a doctor or the parents' decision to cut it off.

by Anonymousreply 4910/26/2011

Numbers are a simplistic view of physical stimulation. I have far, far better orgasms after now I'm cut.

by Anonymousreply 5010/26/2011

..and R50, anecdotes such as yours simply apply solely to the individual. Perhaps your foreskin was tight. Most uncut guys' orgasms are great!

by Anonymousreply 5110/26/2011

I'd tolerate uncut cocks b if their owners weren't insufferable.

by Anonymousreply 5210/26/2011

better, that is.

by Anonymousreply 5310/26/2011

R49, please fight to have this put on your local and state ballot. Nothing takes precedent over this issue!!! No one cares if there are jobs or homes, as long as the foreskin is intact! You lead the charge; we will follow.

by Anonymousreply 5410/26/2011

When we American eldergays were in junior high, the only uncut boys were blacks and poor people, i.e., babies not born in hospitals. Later on, all the other dicks we enjoyed were cut, unless we traveled. Before long, we will be gone, the present movement will gain favor and the world will be smeggy forever.

by Anonymousreply 5510/27/2011

I am cut, but frankly I have no feeling about the difference between the two. I love cut cock, I love uncut cock, I don't really perceive a huge difference, just that all cocks are different and beautiful in their own way.

by Anonymousreply 5610/27/2011

I find the the anti-circumcision trolls HILARIOUS. For some reason, they set me off....there is a world of difference between female genital mutilation in developing countries and male circumcision in 2011. The obsessive and angry language point to deeper issues.

I had an ex who was like this. As I am circumcised, his incessant raging against it finally split us up.

by Anonymousreply 5710/27/2011

Not cut.

I find cut penises to be gross especially when there is a lot of scarring on them or when the frenelum that's on the underside of the glans has been completely ripped off, and removed.

by Anonymousreply 5810/27/2011

I'm Jewish, American, am, as you would expect, cut, and have no real problem with male circumcision.

However, I am certain that if male circumcision were not an Old Testament covenant, and had never become practice in the U.S., the lunatics on the American right would be using it as a political rallying call, as yet another Islamophobic example of Muslim brutality.

What's more, a great many idiotic Americans would take it seriously. And the reckless American media would delight in fanning the flames of the controversy.

What a stupid world we live in.

by Anonymousreply 5910/27/2011

I was cut at age 24. Don't miss the foreskin much. It took some getting used to. Sex is still awesome.

by Anonymousreply 6010/27/2011

R59 Having a bad day?

by Anonymousreply 6110/27/2011

The removal of foreskin from infant boys is genital mutilation, and yes you can compare it to female genital mutilation.

Ultimately, the message is clear: genital mutilation is gendered. These male and female genital operations are not merely seen to differ in degree, they are seen to differ in kind. Thus, despite the heterogeneous voices speaking out against female circumcision, a common thread unites many: all forms of female genital cutting are seen to constitute a sexual mutilation and violation of bodily integrity, and male genital operations are dismissed as benign.

by Anonymousreply 6210/27/2011

Uncut, with overhang, so the head stays covered when I'm hard unless I pull it back. I like it just fine. Despite all the foreskin phobia I read here, I've never had anyone express any problem with it. Maybe because it's bigger than average? If anything, the prominent veins on my dick make me self-conscious. I think it looks fairly brutal, but I never let it stop me taking off my clothes. No compliants on any score.

For my own taste, cut or uncut, a sexy guy is a sexy guy.

by Anonymousreply 6310/27/2011

I'm surprised that people have such strong feelings about it. I'm an American living in Europe, so I feel like a bit of a freakazoid at the nude beach, but hey -- a hard cock is a sexy thing no matter how you look at it.

by Anonymousreply 6410/27/2011

I was uncut until 23 years old. Hated it! My choice! Love it now and sensation still the same.

by Anonymousreply 6510/27/2011

R64, only the uncut have strong feelings toward it, but they can only repeat the same thing over and over...they're robots.

by Anonymousreply 6610/27/2011

R66 I've been with A LOT of men who had no feelings in certain parts of their penis and it was because they are cut.

One guy I grew up with had to have a skin graph from his testicles since they fucked up his circumcision and his balls don't hang at all and there are lots of nasty scars on his cock and balls.

by Anonymousreply 6710/28/2011

whenever a child is circumcised, by far the greatest loss is his choice to make decisions about his own body and his own sex life when he becomes an adult.

The Foreskin which comprises up to 50% (sometimes more) of the mobile skin system of the penis. If unfolded and spread out flat the average adult foreskin would measure about 15 square inches( the size of a 3x5 inch index card). This highly specialised tissue normally covers the glans and protects it from abrasion, drying, callusing(keratinisation), and contaminants of all kinds. The effect of glans keratinisation has never been studied. [1. M. M. Lander, "The Human Prepuce," in G. C. Denniston and M. F. Milos, eds., Sexual Mutilations: A Human Tragedy (New York: Plenum Press, 1997), 79-81. 2. M. Davenport, "Problems with the Penis and Prepuce: Natural History of the Foreskin," British Medical Journal 312 (1996): 299-301.]

The Frenar Ridged Band, the primary erogenous zone of the male body. Loss of this delicate belt of densely innervated, sexually responsive tissue reduces the fullness and intensity of sexual response. [Taylor, J. R. et al., "The Prepuce: Specialized Mucosa of the Penis and Its Loss to Circumcision," British Journal of Urology 77 (1996): 291-295.]

The Foreskin's 'Gliding Action' - the hallmark mechanical feature of the normal natural, intact penis. This non-abrasive gliding of the penis in and out of itself within the vagina facilitates smooth , comfortable, pleasurable intercourse for both partners. Without this gliding action, the corona of the circumcised penis can function as a oneway valve, scraping vaginal lubricants out into the drying air and making artificial lubricants essential for pleasurable intercourse. [P. M. Fleiss, MD, MPH, "The Case Against Circumcision," Mothering: The Magazine of Natural Family Living (Winter 1997): 36-45.]

Nerve Endings Circumcision removes the most important sensory component of the foreskin - thousands of coiled fine-touch receptors called Meissner's corpuscles. Also lost are branches of the dorsal nerve, and between 10,000 and 20,000 specialized erotogenic nerve endings of several types. Together these detect subtle changes in motion and temperature, as well as fine gradations in texture. [1. R. K. Winkelmann, "The Erogenous Zones: Their Nerve Supply and Its Significance," Proceedings of the Staff Meetings of the Mayo Clinic 34 (1959): 39-47. 2. R. K. Winkelmann, "The Cutaneous Innervation of Human Newborn Prepuce," Journal of Investigative Dermatology 26 (1956): 53-67.]

The Frenulum The highly erogenous V-shaped web-like tethering structure on the underside of the glans; frequently amputated along with the foreskin, or severed, either of which destroys its function and potential for pleasure. [1. Cold, C, Taylor, J, "The Prepuce," BJU International 83, Suppl. 1, (1999): 34-44. 2. Kaplan, G.W., "Complications of Circumcision," Urologic Clinics of North America 10, 1983.]

Muscle Sheath Circumcision removes approximately half of the temperature-sensitive smooth muscle sheath which lies between the outer layer of skin and the corpus cavernosa. This is called the dartos fascia. [Netter, F.H., "Atlas of Human Anatomy," Second Edition (Novartis, 1997): Plates 234, 329, 338, 354, 355.]

by Anonymousreply 6810/28/2011

The Immunological Defense System of the soft mucosa. This produces both plasma cells that secrete immunoglobulin antibodies and antibacterial and antiviral proteins such as the pathogen-killing enzyme lysozyme. [1. A. Ahmed and A. W. Jones, "Apocrine Cystadenoma: A Report of Two Cases Occurring on the Prepuce," British Journal of Dermatology 81 (1969): 899-901. 2. P. J. Flower et al., "An Immunopathologic Study of the Bovine Prepuce," Veterinary Pathology 20 (1983):189-202.]

Lymphatic Vessels the loss of which reduces the lymph flow within that part of the body's immune system. [Netter, F.H., "Atlas of Human Anatomy," Second Edition (Novartis, 1997): plate 379.]

Oestrogen Receptors The presence of estrogen receptors within the foreskin has only recently been discovered. Their purpose is not yet understood and needs further study. [R. Hausmann et al., "The Forensic Value of the Immunohistochemical Detection of Oestrogen Receptors in Vaginal Epithelium,"

The Apocrine Glands of the inner foreskin, which produce pheremones -nature's powerful, silent, invisible behavioural signals to potential sexual partners. The effect of their absence on human sexuality has never been studied. [A. Ahmed and A. W. Jones, "Apocrine Cystadenoma: A Report of Two Cases Occurring on the Prepuce," British Journal of Dermatology 81 (1969): 899-901.]

Sebaceous Glands which lubricate and moisturise the foreskin and glans, normally a protected and internal organ-like the tongue or vagina. Not all men have sebaceous glands on their inner foreskin. [A. B. Hyman and M. H. Brownstein, "Tyson's Glands: Ectopic Sebaceous Glands and Papillomatosis Penis," Archives of Dermatology 99 (1969): 31-37.]

Langerhans Cells Specialised epithelial Langerhans cells, a first line component of the body's immune system in a whole penis. [G. N. Weiss et al., "The Distribution and Density of Langerhans Cells in the Human Prepuce: Site of a Diminished Immune Response?" Israel Journal of Medical Sciences 29 (1993): 42-43.]

Colouration The natural coloration of the glans and inner foreskin (usually hidden and only visible to others when sexually aroused) is considerably more intense than the permanently exposed and keratinized coloration of a circumcised penis. The socio-biological function of this visual stimulus has never been studied. The glans ranges from pink to red to dark purple among intact men of Northern European ancestry, and from pinkish to mahagony to dark brown among intact men of African and Asian descent. If circumcision is performed on an infant or young boy, the connective tissue which protectively fuses the foreskin and glans together is ripped apart. This leaves the glans raw and subject to infection, scarring, pitting, shrinkage, and eventual discoloration. Over a period of years the glans becomes keratinized, adding additional layers of tissue in order to adequately protect itself, which further contributes to discoloration. [P. M. Fleiss, MD, MPH, "The Case Against Circumcision," Mothering: The Magazine of Natural Family Living (Winter 1997): 36-45.]

Penis Size Much of the penis length and circumference is lost from circumcision because its double-layered wrapping of loose and usually overhanging foreskin is now missing, making the circumcised penis truncated and thinner than it would have been if left intact. An Australian survey in 1995 showed circumcised men to have erect penises an average of 8mm shorter than intact men. [1. R. D. Talarico and J. E. Jasaitis, "Concealed Penis: A Complication of Neonatal Circumcision," Journal of Urology 110 (1973): 732-733. 2. Richters J, Gerofi J, Donovan B. Why do condoms break or slip off in use? An exploratory study. Int J STD AIDS. 1995; 6(1):11-8. ]

by Anonymousreply 6910/28/2011

Blood Vessels Several feet of blood vessels, including the frenular artery and branches of the dorsal artery are removed in circumcision. This loss of the rich vascularity interrupts normal flow to the shaft and glans of the penis, damaging the the natural function of the penis and altering its development. [1. H. C. Bazett et al., "Depth, Distribution and Probable Identification in the Prepuce of Sensory End-Organs Concerned in Sensations of Temperature and Touch; Thermometric Conductivity," Archives of Neurology and Psychiatry 27 (1932): 489-517. 2. Netter, F.H., "Atlas of Human Anatomy," Second Edition (Novartis, 1997): plates 238, 239.]

Dorsal Nerves The terminal branch of the pudendal nerve connects to the skin of the penis, the prepuce, the corpora cavernosa, and the glans. Destruction of these nerves is a rare but devastating complication of circumcision. If cut during circumcision, the top two-thirds of the penis will be almost completely without sensation. [1. Agur, A.M.R. ed., "Grant's Atlas of Anatomy," Ninth Edition (Williams and Wilkins, 1991): 188-190. 2. Netter, F.H., "Atlas of Human Anatomy," Second Edition (Novartis, 1997): plate 380, 387.]

Complications Every year boys lose their entire penises from circumcision accidents and infection. They are then "sexually reassigned" by castration and "transgender surgery" and expected to live their lives as "females". [1. J. P. Gearhart and J. A. Rock, "Total Ablation of the Penis after Circumcision with Electrocautery: A Method of Management and Long-Term Followup," Journal of Urology 142 (1989):799-801. 2. M. Diamond and H. K. Sigmundson, "Sex Reassignment at Birth: Long-Term Review and Clinical Implications," Archives of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine 151 (1997): 298-304.]

Neurological Sexual Communication Although never studied scientifically, contemporary evidence suggests that a penis without its foreskin lacks the capacity for the subtle neurological "cross-communication" that occurs only during contact between mucous membranes and which contributes to the experience of sexual pleasure. Amputating an infant boy's multi-functional foreskin is a "low-grade neurological castration" [Immerman], which diminishes the intensity of the entire sexual experience for both the circumcised male and his partner.)

I'm glad I'm not cut.

I have docked men who are cut and they wish that they'd had a foreskin.

by Anonymousreply 7210/28/2011

If parents do not have the right to determine whether or not the child is circumsized, why do they have the right to determine whether or not the child is born or aborted?

by Anonymousreply 7310/28/2011

So somehow it's OK to remove completely healthy tissue and an essential part of the penis from an infant boy under the ruse of religion, yet westerners are in shock and horror when it's done to girls yet claim that it's perfectly fine and OK to mutilate an infant boy's genitals.

by Anonymousreply 7410/28/2011

"I'd always be trying to roll it back."

Who are you, Sam Walton?

by Anonymousreply 7510/28/2011

I think it's sad that most americans are cut.

by Anonymousreply 7610/28/2011

Speak for yourself r76. I think it's grrrreat.

by Anonymousreply 7710/28/2011

It should be a decision made by the person who has the foreskin as an adult--and not before. And then by the time he is an adult, the overwhelmingly majority of men would never choose to be cut becasue they know it's not necessary and foreskin feels so good.

And it doesn't matter at all whether or not male and female circumcision is alike or different or "he won't miss it," etc., etc. The primary issue is that no one--not parents or doctors have the right to cut a child's genitals unless there were some dire medical reason which is rare.

And if this sounds repetitive, that's too bad. The people advocating cutting spout the same rhetoric with reasons denying intact genital integrity and reasons that don't hold up--and yet we have to continue listening to them.

by Anonymousreply 7810/28/2011

In practice, I have a mild preference for cut but I've had fantastic sex with uncut guys so it's not a big deal to me at all. As wise folks said above, a hot guy is a hot guy.

Visually, I greatly prefer cut. I just think most uncut cocks look gross and that will never change, no matter how many times the DL foreskin fanatics post the same worn out screeds.

The millions of cut men who greatly enjoy penile stimulation and have rocking orgasms (myself included) render the arguments about loss of sensation ridiculous, IMO.

I think the wacko uncut freaks on DL are among the most noxious / obnoxious elements here.

by Anonymousreply 7910/28/2011

Always find it funny when I see the rants of anti- circ people against the practice. I was cut at the age of 25 because I got a nasty tear in my foreskin while camping, which then got infected before I could reach the hospital.

I loved having a foreskin, and assumed that I would lose sensation afterwards, but while the sensation at the head did change slightly as the skin became keratinized, the sensitivity remained more or less the same. however, what amazed me was how much more intense my orgasm became. Now I can feel an orgasm as much on the root of my dick as at the head.

Overall, I can't say that I lost any sensitivity, or have any regrets. The only thing I miss is having that extra skin to play with. Oh yeah, and no matter how often we keep claiming that uncut dicks are as clean as cut dicks, the fact is that cut dicks do smell better at the end of the day than uncut ones.

by Anonymousreply 8010/28/2011

Not only am I cut, it was cut twice. Apparently something wasn't right after the first one, and I was taken back in to be re-circumcised.

by Anonymousreply 8110/28/2011

When I look at uncut penises, I finally understand what women mean when they say, "The penis is so ugly. How could you look at those funny things?"

by Anonymousreply 8210/29/2011

The anti-circ with their insane rants, repeating the same thing over and over used to be hillarious, now they're just irritating.

I was circumcised as a teenager and those claiming there's no hygenic difference are deluding themselves.

Also, major medical journals, including the Lancet, have published studies that show circumcision drastically reduces female to male sexually transmitted, especially HIV. The reduction was so drastic that the UN (World Health Organisation has made it policy to encourage/support male circumcision in non-circumcising societies in Africa as one of the ways of reducing HIV rates ... and it's working.

No. Male circumcision is not like Female Genital Mutilation. The equivalent would be an amputation of the head of the penis, so stop trying to belittle a true atrocity by comparing it to the the far more innocuous (and beneficial in many ways) practice of male circumcision.

by Anonymousreply 8310/30/2011

Cut, thankfully.

by Anonymousreply 8410/30/2011

Sorry. I meant:

circumcision drastically reduces female to male sexually transmitted DISEASES, especially HIV.

RE: A question for uncut tops: During penetration does your foreskin stay retracted, or does it move back and forth when you stroke in and out? Is it the same (as far as movement) whether you have a condom on or not? Just curious.

Being uncut as a "top" is definitely different than being cut. For starters, we usually make better lovers because there is less friction inside the person even with the lube. We produce our own friction with or without a condom that feels amazing in the area of the penis that is sensitive. It's like an extra hand stroking you off while you are fucking someone....

by Anonymousreply 8612/18/2012

I'm not "un-anything". I am an intact male. My father saved me from the male genital mutilation which is so prevalent in America because it had happened to him just a couple of years earlier when he was in his 30's. He was unhappy about it for the rest of his life, and blamed my mother for sending him to the doctor to be "butchered", "fixed", "gelded", or whatever colorful term he used on any particular day. She had listened to the propaganda about cleanliness, etc. This smegna, or filth that they are so worried about is nothing more disgusting than the saliva in your mouth or the tears in your eyes. It keeps the head of my dick from getting all dried out and irritated. I would not let a doctor cut off the prepuce of my penis any sooner than I would let him cut off my eyelid and let the eyeball get all dried out and irritated and unprotected. And nobody ever caught AIDS from the prepuce of his own dick. HIV is a virus. That is just the propaganda from the American Medical Association because they have been engaged in male genital mutilation for nearly 200 years and they are grasping at straws in an effort to justify this barbaric malpractice. I understand that the vast majority of American men have no idea what they have lost, that they have been brainwashed into thinking that the prepuce of the penis is disgusting, and that women and gay men are likely to find the ordinary penis that has the prepuce chopped off more sexually attractive. This is all understandable, and if anyone of an age to give informed consent wants to experience genital alteration, they have every right to have their genitals surgically altered. But until the day I die, I will actively work to try to protect innocent baby boys from being mutillated without their consent. It should be criminal to mutilate a perfectly healthy normal child by cutting off part of his genitals. The AMA has a monopoly in this country and there is no way to boycott. But they will never stop me from speaking about the outrage of cutting off the perfect normal healthy prepuce of a perfect healthy normal penis of perfect normal healthy baby when the only pathology involved is in the mental illness of the delusional doctor.

by Anonymousreply 8712/18/2012

I am cut but I wish I were uncut. I much prefer it. So nice to suck on and look at. Sigh. BUt I"m happy to see that more Americans are being left uncut. Yum.

Well, R88, I'm the Intact Activist, and I had to learn over time to appreciate the intact penis. I grew up feeling like I was some kind of freak because my dick was still whole, and I wanted to be like everyone else, except my father kept warning me against it. Now it seems amazing that I ever felt that way, but the culture of mutilation is so strong that it took a long time to for me to realize that even if I am different, I am the one is whole and normal and healthy and not mutilated. I was ridiculed all through school, and I learned early on to inform a prospective sex partner that I am intact as soon as possible, because it is horrible to get naked with someone who is grossed out to see that my dick is whole. But I would not want to make someone like yourself feel badly, R88, like all those who ridiculed me throughout school. You did not do that to yourself, and you can not change what has happened, you must just accept it and go on with your life. They should invent some sort of prosthesis to be worn over the glanspenis to protect it, keep it moist, and try to reverse the processes of keritization and desensitization. But the AMA is so vested in their male genital mutilation that they will not approve of men trying to remedy what has been done to them. All you can do is just accept what was done to you and enjoy life anyway.

by Anonymousreply 9112/18/2012

Here in the UK a nurse has just been charged with manslaughter for 'botching' a circumcision. Given that the four-day old baby bled to death, that's quite a botch.

Amazing to me that despite all the gruesome connotations, the term 'botched circumcision' continues to have currency as a sort of occupational hazard. These things happen, and it's just bad luck if the surgery leaves you impaired for life or dead, is the tone.

Well, fine; but why not leave any botching as a considered risk for men to choose when they have all the information they want? They can then see the stats, see what they're likely to look like - decide for example on the extent of the cutting on their own penis, thanks - then choose their surgeon. Botch-risk would be discussed, as with all operations. (At a guess, the risk of gruesome error is much lower for more developed genitals.)

If such a reasonable cultural/medical shift ever happens, it'll be interesting to see how the choices fall.

The hygiene and aesthetics issues seem to me arguable at least. Most men wash their mouths, armpits, anuses and feet so as not to be obnoxious, so genitals are hardly a shower too far. Why do cutting proponents assume that men will be reluctant only to clean their penis? If anything, it's a (pleasurable) priority.

Aesthetics are nature's lottery anyway, but to claim that cutting is always a visual improvement is clearly wrong: some circumcisions are so harsh as to leave a lot of unsmooth shaft exposed, and visible scars.

Foreskins are sensitive, very pleasurable, natural, and fit for purpose. Let men know what they're like, what they were born with, and then later in life decide for themselves whether to keep or cut. It's a huge irreversible arrogance to make that choice for them.

Normal is quite subjective.

by Anonymousreply 9512/18/2012

Is it any different giving an uncut guy oral? Do I need to alter my technique?

by Anonymousreply 9612/18/2012

R96, the intact male has more nerve endings, and the glanspenis, has not developed a shell of keratin and lost sensitivity. Therefore in oral stimulation, you should understand that they usually do not need, and do not appreciate the same strong licking and sucking that the majority of American men would require. Also, I would advise you to just keep thinking about the eyelid constantly working over your eyeball it keep it moist, protected, and comfortable. The prepuce of the penis works over the glanspenis in the same function. A lot of men have fully retracted my foreskin, and held it in that position when they go down on me. Nothing ever feels as good as the movement of the foreskin over the head of the penis. Masturbation is so easy and so wonderful when a man is left intact. Being sucked off is wonderful also, but I'm just saying to involve the foreskin in it, instead of holding it retracted. As the stimulation and excitement builds up, you can apply stronger stimulation without causing pain, but go slow and build up to it. I enjoy getting head even if it is not exactly the way I like it, and I don't think any other intact men are going to push you away just because you might not be familiar with the whole genitals. I like to start with taking a shower together, let them wash me to suit themselves, and then they can go down on me without worrying about all that propaganda about intact males being dirty, filthy, unhygenic, etc. But now the lying, scheming, conniving, American dick-cutter doctors have come up with this horrendous disinformation that people catch AIDS from foreskin instead of HIV virus. That is a crazy notion, and to think it is highly educated doctors selling this bullshit to the public.

R98, if you are not going to get emotional about the protection of innocent babies, then what would you get emotional about? These babies are guilty of nothing but being born male, and the American dick-cutter doctors subject them to life-changing male genital mutilation which the innocent baby boys can not consent to, or defend themselves from. It behooves every person who cares about human rights, who cares about human free will, who cares about justice to stand up and defend the rights of these helpless innocent baby boys who can not speak for themselves, much less stop an American dick-cutter doctors from chopping off part of his genitals. Yes, I am being emotional, I'm being frantic, I am being preachy, because the majority of perfectly formed American baby boys born today will be sujected to infant male genital mutilation within the next couple of days. And they will have to live with this loss of genitalia for the rest of their lives even though they did not choose to have this done to them, and are completely helpless and totally powerless to stop it from being done to them.

by Anonymousreply 9912/18/2012

Come to think of it, so would foreskin lovers.

by Anonymousreply 10912/18/2012

I'm cut, my partner isn't. I usually cum quicker, but harder than him. I don't regret being cut, and my 'mutilated' dick works more than OK. My partners dick isn't 'unhygenic' because he does this thing called washing.

by Anonymousreply 11012/18/2012

Everyone is very self-conscious of their genitals (which is why everyone is obsessed with size and such), and nobody wants to be told their genitals are bad in any way, so it's not surprising people on both sides get so worked up over the issue.

As for me, I'm uncut, and I would prefer a man I'm going to be with also be uncut, but it's not a big deal if he isn't.

by Anonymousreply 11112/18/2012

Where are all the trolls claiming they had sex with swarthy uncut Muslims? C'mon I know you're out there....

by Anonymousreply 11212/18/2012

Wish I wasn't cut as I wouldn't have to use lube.

by Anonymousreply 11312/18/2012

I'm uncut. I've tried jerking off with the skin retracted but it isn't nearly as enjoyable. I also prefer guys who are uncut. I especially don't like it when guys have a two-toned cock. It just looks wrong. I don't think I ever saw a cut cock until I moved to the USA. I was made fun of in school by guys who were not used to seeing an intact penis.

by Anonymousreply 11412/18/2012

I remember being uncut, R113. It equals out. If you don't want to use lube, but want it lubed, just spit on your hand.

by Anonymousreply 11512/18/2012

Uncut is so much more fun. Masterbating is easy and I've never had a complaint. Jeepers, why is this still a debate??

by Anonymousreply 11612/18/2012

I'm uncut but I admit it's not attractive or healthy.

by Anonymousreply 11712/18/2012

Ciaran has a point. The multicolored-ness that shows up on some cut cocks bothers me.

by Anonymousreply 11812/18/2012

Well, R113, I'm the Intact Activist, but I would not want to make you feel badly and there is little that you can do but to just accept it that your penile prepuce was cut off, and enjoy your life anyway. There are proponents of stretching the skin and trying to restore a prepuce to their penises, but I don't know that they have any success. A proper prosthesis from synthetic material designed to breath and perform like human mucosa should be designed, and used with a product like the artifical tears which people use when their eyes do not produce enough moisture. I would not try to improvise and possibly do more damage, as long as medical science stubbornly refuses to try to mitigate their malpractice and develop a scientifically designed prosthesis. My activism is for the protection of innocent babies, not to further traumatize anyone who has already had the prepuce of his penis cut off. R98, R106, R108 is obviously a very damaged person to rant and rave against someone who only wants to protect innocent babies from infant genital mutilation when they are guilty of nothing except being born as perfect, complete, normal males. Again, there is no pathology which justifies cutting off part of the genitals of these innocent boys. The only pathology is the mental illness of the dilusional American dickcutter docators.

by Anonymousreply 11912/18/2012

Hilarious R119, that's just the level of retardation and neurosis of foreskin activists of either side.

by Anonymousreply 12012/18/2012

That big scar cut penises have is gross.

by Anonymousreply 12112/18/2012

Yes, R121, if they would wait until the man was sexually mature, they could do a much better job at penis alteration, IF the man wanted that done. They can't tell what they are doing with a tiny little baby penis. Sometimes the frenulum is still there, and sometimes it is missing, and sometimes there is a hunk missing from the glans. Sometimes the tissue where the cut was made fuses to the glans as it heals. But sometimes half of the prepuce is still there as well as the frenulum, so it is obvious the doctors just don't know how it might turn out. Most of them don't look so bad, especially if the man is light-skinned. If they have a lot of melanin in the skin, the scarring will not blend in very well. But the cosmetic effect is just superficial. Much more important is that when they cut off a part of a person's body, he loses the function of that part of his body. Nothing can be done for those who have already been subjected to this barbaric practice, but innocent babies should be protected, and infant male genital mutilation should be outlawed with all haste.

by Anonymousreply 12212/18/2012

I'm uncut. Didn't think anything about it until I went into this "Foreskin Awareness Booth" this summer at Brooklyn Pride. The guy said so much that made so much sense. Foreskin is meant to protect the head of the penis. Without it, the head just rubs up against everything and it damages the sensitive nerve endings found there. I have those nerve endings, and my orgasms are super intense. I can also jerk off with no lube. I dunno. To each their own, but I think cut dicks and the dry, flaky penis heads that come along with them are very unappealing.

by Anonymousreply 12312/18/2012

I'm cut and am always amazed how many cut guys I'm with cannot get over the fact that I can masturbate with no lube.

by Anonymousreply 12412/18/2012

I've met so many cut guys that are just fascinated by my foreskin, obsess about it and are pissed off because they don't have theirs.

Why would you do it to someone when... a. it's unnecessary b. it's cruel c. it's not your body, it's your childs

You don't hack ears off because you get dirt behind them. As long as you exercise a little personal hygiene..

My cock is so sensitive, when I draw the skin back and forth over my head it's like wet lips sliding back and forth on my cock head.

by Anonymousreply 12512/18/2012

by Anonymousreply 12712/18/2012

American here who worked for 5 years as a public health nurse. Part of my job was to work the STD/HIV clinic, so as you can imagine I have seen more than my share of cock, mostly cut.

What I found surprising was that many young guys revealed to me how the scarring from their circumcisions caused sexual problems for them. They were fine when flaccid, but as soon as they got an erection, the scarring made their penis "pull" one way or another and it was uncomfortable during sex. One patient showed me his erect penis and it was bizarre, you could actually see the keloid-looking scar pulling it way to the right. These boys wanted to know if there was anything that could be done; the doctors at the clinic kept cards for local plastic surgeons for them to call. I felt really bad for them becasue they seemed really embarrassed about it and were so relieved when they finally had someone to discuss it with.

I have an 8-year-old son, we decided not to circumcise him. If he wants it done when he is older, that is fine, but I want it to be HIS choice.

And lastly, I think cocks are beautiful whether they are cut or intact. I just think the "cut" part should be decided by the one that owns the penis, when he is old enough to make the decision himself.

by Anonymousreply 12812/18/2012

128 I don't buy one bit of your story. While I'm not a pubic health nurse (and neither are you I suspect) I am a circumcised gay man who has seen plenty of cock of both varieties. Never heard of this scarring problem and never experienced it.

You anti-circumcision people really need to get a life and not take this issue so seriously.

by Anonymousreply 12912/18/2012

What you are talking about, R127, is the result of bacterial or fungal infection. Most of the time, all it takes to prevent it is a daily bath or shower, retracting the prepuce to rinse under it with plain water. I've always used bath soap on mine as well as water just because of the propaganda, and I want to be sure that I have no odor. I don't have anything to do with those who tell me that they want me to grow "dick cheese". I am not getting infected to suit anybody's fetish. I am promiscuous and make sure each potential partner knows in advance that I am intact, but meticulously clean. I usually suggest that I like to start with taking a shower together. I don't discrimate either way in sex partners. I was self-loathing when I was growing up being ridiculed as dirty, filthy, unclean, etc. but my father kept warning me, and telling me to tell the other boys that I had what I was born with, and it was them who no longer had what they were supposed to have. But for a few years, I had a preference to play with altered, rather than intact males myself, because of all the propaganda. Now I prefer the intact, but I would not reject someone over something that was done against him when he was a baby.

by Anonymousreply 13012/18/2012

Uncut here (born in Europe.) As R130 said, if you regularly wash under the foreskin when you shower, there is no difference in smell compared to a cut penis. I've never felt that my sexual partners were somehow put off by the foreskin. If anything, I was at times bothered that they were too obsessed with it, playing with it for too long instead of servicing other parts of my cock. It's just extra skin, why such fascination with it?

by Anonymousreply 13112/18/2012

I love uncut cock. I like to chew on that Xtra skin mmmm

by Anonymousreply 13212/18/2012

Foreskin is not extra skin. It's a perfectly healthy, sexual and sensual part of the penis that should not be cut off. It's barbaric to cut. Be civilized. Leave the foreskin alone and intact.

by Anonymousreply 13312/18/2012

@ R129 It's all true, why would I make it up???

Such animosity and bitterness... don't take it out on me just because your parents left you with a bald eagle.

Haha... was just thinking how ironic that the bald eagle is the USA's national emblem... a country full of bald eagles...

by Anonymousreply 13512/18/2012

So let me get this straight, R128.

You are a nurse at an STD/HIV clinic and as part of your job your patients would get erections so that they could "show you which way their dicks bend" and ask if there is anything they can do about that? Did you have any patients with "painful ejaculations" demonstrate those for you as well?

Remind me to get checked out at that clinic!

by Anonymousreply 13612/18/2012

I am a cut, long thick dicked Italian guy with a beautiful head, perfect shaped with way too much pre-cum and juice. No lacking in sensitiveness. It's all I know. I like it. My cock is gorgeous.

My partner is a bigger thicker dicked, uncut smooth cock black man with tight 4skin and a very sensitive head. He used to cum by just pushing against my ass, and would only let me suck him for 20 minutes max. We have grown since then...

I do wish he were cut. There you go, but I ain't throwing him out anytime soon.

[quote]Shia Islam Most Shia traditions regard the practice as obligatory. They rely on sayings that come from classical Shia authors.[11] In one narration Muhammad was asked if an uncircumcised man could go to pilgrimage. He answered "not as long as he is not circumcised". They quote Ali as saying: "If a man becomes Muslim, he must submit to circumcision even if he is 80 years old".[12] Another narration from Al-Sadiq says: "Circumcise your sons when they are seven days old as it is cleaner (athar) and the flesh grows faster and because the earth hates the urine of the uncircumcised".It is also believed that the urine of the uncircumcised is impure, and if one prays with unclean genitals their prayer will not be heard. Another hadith of Muhammad states: "the earth cries out to God in anguish because of the urine of the uncircumcised", and that "the earth becomes defiled from the urine of the uncircumcised for forty days".

Penis obsession from a homophobic religion.

Who is taking what other men -- or, preferably, their parents -- do with their cocks more personally than you, R161? That therapist you were seeing? Do you think you can get a refund?

When I was young I had some negative experiences with guys whose foreskin was almost entirely closed over the head, as though someone sewed it. Horrible!

I'm cut and wish I hadn't been curcumcised. No one ever made a dick better by cutting part of it off and throwing it away.

Not true, R164. Whoever my mohel was did a lovely job. I like my nice, circumcised schlong. I would be so depressed if I had a foreskin. I felt so sorry for the first kid I ever saw who had one, I treated him much nicer than I otherwise would have. I thought his dick was deformed. I would never have wanted to be such an object of pity, which is what I would have been in my universe at that time.
