He's on one of those cam sites.. he's really cute and nice. He just wants to come see me in the states. Should I buy him a plane ticket? He said he would stay with me for as long as I wanted him to. What to do...
i''m addicted to a Romanian rent boy
|by Anonymous||reply 95||01/17/2013|
Well, sure! What could go wrong?
|by Anonymous||reply 1||04/28/2011|
Opening soon, "Orphan II," starring OP.
|by Anonymous||reply 2||04/28/2011|
One life to live.%0D %0D Don't deny yourself your only chance for happiness.
|by Anonymous||reply 3||04/28/2011|
Sure, could be fun! Just hold on to the return ticket until you're ready for him to go.
|by Anonymous||reply 4||04/28/2011|
I don't know. Sounds fish on the boy's side. Can you go over instead?
|by Anonymous||reply 5||04/28/2011|
R5 - He says he's poor and doesn't want me to see his house or where he lives. He wants to see the US and is happy to service me as payment for a ticket and place to stay. Besides the fact he is hot (at least on cam) he seems smart and funny. I am a dork with no social ties right now, so having a Romanian rent boy is somewhat appealing. Of course, I would prefer not to be murdered or scammed out of all my savings...
|by Anonymous||reply 6||04/29/2011|
"He says he's poor and doesn't want me to see his house or where he lives." There has to be a hotel or motel. If you sponsor him to come over and he just disappears, you'll be in trouble with the feds. That's something you have to think about.
|by Anonymous||reply 7||04/29/2011|
He will need a visa. Hard to come by for rent boys with no wife or income from penniless nations. If you sponsor him to come here and he bolts, you will be in a lot of trouble. The State Department and other authorities watch these things. Go to Romania and stay in Brasov (charming town, much nicer than the capital Bucharest). Get a hotel room or apartment and spend time together. That way you won't need to see where he lives. He will behave better there than he will in the US. If you get along, bring him over here. Do not do this on the first try.
|by Anonymous||reply 8||04/29/2011|
I wouldn't do something like this, but you need to listen to your gut. You have some doubts about the whole thing which is why you're asking for advice. Again, listen to your gut.
|by Anonymous||reply 9||04/29/2011|
Romanians are notorious for taking advantage of situations like this OP. Be careful.
|by Anonymous||reply 10||04/29/2011|
u. r. in. sane.
|by Anonymous||reply 12||04/29/2011|
What R8 said.%0D %0D Bring him to the States and he will be long gone after the plane touches down.
|by Anonymous||reply 13||04/29/2011|
Can't someone just get a tourist visa upon request?
|by Anonymous||reply 14||04/29/2011|
Oh, I don't know. I think the rent boy will at least stop and rob OP blind before he bolts, never to be seen again.
|by Anonymous||reply 15||04/29/2011|
Molly, you in danger, girl!
|by Anonymous||reply 16||04/29/2011|
Not from Romania R14. I know a respectable Romanian couple with property and a little money who were turned down for visas. Italy and France are now considering revoking visas for Romanians within the European Union.
OP, go to Romania and check it out. It's a weird but interesting and low-key country. Find out more about it and go. If your rent boy does not work out, maybe you can find another one there.
|by Anonymous||reply 17||04/29/2011|
r17 - Why do Italy & France want to revoke visas for Romanians?
|by Anonymous||reply 18||04/29/2011|
This thread is useless without a picture of said Romanian rent boy.
|by Anonymous||reply 19||04/29/2011|
Europeans think Romanians are all gypsies and don't want them in their countries.
OP, your story has all the makings of an episode of L&O:SVU. If you get out alive, give Dick Wolf a call.
|by Anonymous||reply 20||04/29/2011|
Many Romanians have been victims of human trafficking for sex industry. And they are often known for visiting foreign countries and then disappearing, becoming illegal immigrants in those countries.
So many countries have been very cautious about giving Romanians visas.
|by Anonymous||reply 21||04/29/2011|
Here's a Romanian boy ... doesn't say if he is a rent boy though.
|by Anonymous||reply 22||04/29/2011|
Aren't a lot of the Bel Ami performers from Romania?
|by Anonymous||reply 23||04/29/2011|
I thought they were mostly from Czech Republic.
|by Anonymous||reply 24||04/29/2011|
Didn't we do this one in season 4?
|by Anonymous||reply 25||04/29/2011|
This reminds me of the Portugeuese or Spanish gay reporter who brought his trick to New York, who then proceeded to murder him and flee. And by murder, I mean tear his heart of of his body amd flin body parts all around the hotel room.
|by Anonymous||reply 26||04/29/2011|
Although your Romanian boy probably just wants you to buy him a ticket and give him money, not to murder you. But getting him a visa would be hell and is besides not very recommended.
|by Anonymous||reply 27||04/29/2011|
Forget it. You must be so naive to even consider it.%0D %0D How can you be addicted to someone you've never even met? This sounds like a 'homosexual story' from 1962...with a horrid ending.%0D
|by Anonymous||reply 28||04/29/2011|
Yes we MUST have a picture...
|by Anonymous||reply 29||04/29/2011|
I'm a woman of Romanian origin and although there are many hardworking, nice Romanian people, I'm telling you OP, don't do it. Be very careful. If you go there, again, be careful. You don't know who he really is and what his intentions are. Just make sure you're always safe in every way.%0D %0D Good luck.
|by Anonymous||reply 30||04/29/2011|
Yah, remember what happened to Stephen Gately when he got involved with a Romanian hooker. He died and left he handsome husband a widower. Let that be a lesson to all.
|by Anonymous||reply 31||04/29/2011|
The kid will start hitting you up for cash beforehand. He'll claim he needs it for the visa, for respectable clothes, luggage, you name it. He'll want you to wire it. He probably has no plans to travel.
|by Anonymous||reply 32||04/29/2011|
Hmmm, so it sounds like Romania is like the Nigeria of sex-scams.
|by Anonymous||reply 33||04/29/2011|
R31--poor Mr Gately was involved (allegedly) with a Bulgarian dude. Different nationality.
|by Anonymous||reply 34||04/29/2011|
Oh G/Rumpy! Not again. What ever happened to the 19 year old Czechoslovakian rent boy?
|by Anonymous||reply 35||04/29/2011|
I'd bring R22 's guy over !!
|by Anonymous||reply 36||04/29/2011|
What could possibly go wrong?
|by Anonymous||reply 37||04/29/2011|
Go watch Birthday Girl. Stat!
|by Anonymous||reply 38||04/29/2011|
I say go for it! And be sure to post about every step of the process. With any luck we'll have some serious laughs at your expense. And if he doesn't kill you, but merely beats you and steals every valuable you possess, we can make this one of those Classic Threads we remember fondly in years to come.
If he DOES kill you, we'll want to know what was on your iPod when you died.
|by Anonymous||reply 39||04/29/2011|
You are just awful r39 and so am I for laughing hard...
|by Anonymous||reply 40||04/29/2011|
Who's going to start the "i'm addicted to a Romulan rent boy" thread?
|by Anonymous||reply 41||04/29/2011|
"i'm addicted to a Romanian rent boy" sounds like a great title for a rock opera!
|by Anonymous||reply 42||04/29/2011|
R28 is the only one who speaks with common sense.
|by Anonymous||reply 43||04/29/2011|
The ones urging the OP to proceed show just how desperate some of the queens here are for the slightest been of attention.%0D %0D How Blanche Devereaux-ish.
|by Anonymous||reply 44||04/29/2011|
we need to see what he looks like before we decide.
|by Anonymous||reply 45||04/29/2011|
Yes if he's super hot its worth risking your life...
|by Anonymous||reply 46||04/29/2011|

OP here - I told him I would buy a ticket for a one week trip to the states, (no visa needed for a short stay) but also no strings attached.. He's going to stay with me and just check out the US (East Coast) and we'll take it from there.. I think it will work out fine. He's super excited and swears he'll pay me back for the ticket. He's just so sexy, smart and I think a genuine person. I am hoping he won't kill me..
|by Anonymous||reply 49||05/01/2011|
"He's super excited and swears he'll pay me back for the ticket."%0D %0D I bet he will indeed.
|by Anonymous||reply 50||05/01/2011|
Do it, OP. Just make sure your affairs are in order.
Personally, getting murdered is NOT my idea of fun.
|by Anonymous||reply 51||05/01/2011|
You should read this book, OP:
|by Anonymous||reply 52||05/01/2011|
Rpmanians by and large are pretty nonviolent people.
Do watch your possessions.
And I am amazed the US government allows Romanians in without a visa.
|by Anonymous||reply 53||05/01/2011|
What is his Skype name, OP?
Maybe we should all chat with him and see how we feel about him.
After all, you are our friends, and we want to protect you.
|by Anonymous||reply 54||05/01/2011|
I just checked online. As of March 2010 Romanians do need a visa.
And a good thing too.
|by Anonymous||reply 55||05/01/2011|
Romanians certainly have a very bad reputation here in Europe for being scammers. You practically just can not trust them. Of course your guy could be a really nice guy, but I've spent enough time at cam4 to know that if the guy is a Romanian and wants tokens/money he's probably got some angle and if he can he'll run with the money without keeping his end of the deal. (The regular Romanian dudes at cam4 of course know that if they want to come back to cam4 they have to be legit, since scammers are reported to the site owners.)
In one way I understand the desperation of many Romanians because the country is very poor and lot of people do what they do just to survive. Your situation does sound quite a lot like your rent boy is ready to shake you out of lot of cash. And you know, maybe you just are his dream come true: a rich American sugar daddy. He might not want to harm you but he might just want to get money from you.
Perhaps you should take precautions and maybe meet him first time with a friend of yours just to let the rent boy know that he's been seen and that you will be in contact with your friend daily, and that if something happens to you your friend will know pretty soon.
Then again maybe your guy's just a regular dude out for a little vacation. But, I've met enough bright eyed bullshitters in my life to not really trust anyone. And sometimes you don't need a Spidey-sense to know what might be on the way.
|by Anonymous||reply 56||05/01/2011|
lol at R39. Thanks for the laugh.
|by Anonymous||reply 57||05/01/2011|
The only thing you should be addicted to is yourself OP. I'm serious.
|by Anonymous||reply 58||05/01/2011|
There is a lot of paperwork, $$ and proof required for Romanians to visit the US. There is presumably a long wait too.
If he told you he can just come here without a visa he is wrong. You might want to check the requirements yourself.
|by Anonymous||reply 59||05/02/2011|
"He might just want to get money from you"? Ya think, r56?
|by Anonymous||reply 60||05/02/2011|
I am hoping he won't kill me..%0D
|by Anonymous||reply 61||05/02/2011|
When will Dennis learn his lesson?
|by Anonymous||reply 62||05/02/2011|
He'll pay you back? Hahahahahahaha! He's a rent boy...will you even get a blow job out of it?
|by Anonymous||reply 63||05/02/2011|

|by Anonymous||reply 65||05/02/2011|

Isn't Romania where all those "Hostel" horror flicks are based?
|by Anonymous||reply 72||02/16/2012|
You asked for advice so here is my take.
No. Don't try to help someone you have never met who you may be obsessed with. If I have to tell you why it might not be a good idea, well then you might as well send him the plane ticket and muck up your life, and maybe his too.
|by Anonymous||reply 73||02/16/2012|
I wish he was from Taiwan so I could call this Linsanity.
|by Anonymous||reply 74||02/16/2012|
I am DYING to know what the outcome of this thread was. OP, if you're still alive, PLEASE tell us what happened!

charlie, time for your nap. You're offering advice to a post in April.
We need to find out what happened to the OP, if in fact this was a real post.

I have a similar situation. Only mine is a Romulian rentboy.
|by Anonymous||reply 79||02/16/2012|
I guess OP was an E.S.T. who got bored.
I have to laugh at all the people on this thread suggesting OP go to Romanis instead. 1) The boy said he wanted to come to America that was the deal and 2)Good God, if OP wasn't safe with the boy here in his own town where he knew people then why the fuck would OP be safe abroad knowing no one with no one to know his whereabouts? I mean really? and finally, 3) Prostitution is human exploitation, period. OP is an idiot.
|by Anonymous||reply 80||02/16/2012|
Hello, in search for this guy, I am led to this site. Trust me, he is doing the same thing to me. Although, he is using a different name. But after looking closely at his pictures, I noticed the photographer's name on one. I searched the photographer and bammmmm, there he was. I told him that I wanted to see his face on a webcam and told me that he was too poor and jobless. Needless to say, I sent him $100 dollars through Western Union and I left a comment with them. Do not give the money if his CNP number does not match his idea or photo (this was because I had him send me a copy of his I.D.) The address he gave and the I.D. cannot be matched anywhere. Please leave him alone. When I looked at his FB, hell I noticed he is dressed better than me. Hustler, hustler, hustler. Leave him be! ****so glad my search led me here****
|by Anonymous||reply 81||06/15/2012|
I feel sad for most of the people who have responded in this thread.
|by Anonymous||reply 82||06/15/2012|
You do realize that the guy you like is not in Romania. He's most likely in a city close to you. They use a proxy to get a Romanian IP address.
Then you send the ticket and they cash it in and you never see them again or you see him because he's local
Or he is Romanian and he comes over and kills you.
Either way have fun.
|by Anonymous||reply 83||06/15/2012|
OP, in this economy you should be sponsoring corn fed American rentboys, who heaven knows, would probably be prepared to hang upside down naked covered in cupcake sprinkles for a tenth of the cost of a return ticket to Bucharest.
|by Anonymous||reply 84||06/15/2012|
I have been to Romania twice and I am going again at the end of August to meet rentboys. I have many of their mobile numbers already. Romanian guys are hot, straight (which is what I like) and best of all many, many of them are super-hung! Go here: www.gayromeo.com and search for XXL escorts from Romania and tell me they are not amazing! Plus they are poor and need money and are much cheaper than in western Europe. Romania is very safe place, the only thing you have to be careful of the taxi drivers and pickpockets, that's it.
|by Anonymous||reply 85||07/23/2012|
hi all. for those who are interested i have 29 years old and i am available for rent in Romania or anywhere in Europe. i am open minded and open to anything new. contact me at email@example.com

r86 joins the long line of people who don't see the difference between straight and straight-identifying. Hint: if he's gladly letting another guy fuck his ass, he's NOT straight!
So, did the OP get chained to a radiator and killed? Who sends money to people they met online?!
|by Anonymous||reply 88||08/10/2012|
R89, my landlord did that (also to a boy in Romania, I believe), he the boy took him for 19K.
My landlord is 69 and now has a Filipino "online boyfriend."
|by Anonymous||reply 89||08/10/2012|
If you go, take him and his family gifts of toilet paper and creamed corn. Those are the items Romanians request most often from their visiting American friends and family.
|by Anonymous||reply 90||08/10/2012|
I've just recently discovered chaturbate and cam4 and am surprised at how many Romanians are there-- mostly on the gay side, but some on the straight. And they all seem to work out of the same studio with the same tacky decor. Is there some sort of entity that employs these people to whore themselves out for tokens? And it also seems that a lot of them lie about their locations and languages.
|by Anonymous||reply 91||01/17/2013|
Sure, this could never end in murder!
|by Anonymous||reply 92||01/17/2013|
