Chin implant. What else?
Over the years, what plastic surgery did Liz have?
|by Anonymous||reply 34||11/25/2012|
She had everything done known to manking. You can't list all of it on the internet, not enough bandwidth.
|by Anonymous||reply 1||03/23/2011|
mankind not manking
|by Anonymous||reply 2||03/23/2011|
besides facelifts and the chin, anything?
|by Anonymous||reply 3||03/24/2011|
Stomach stapling, although I don't know if that counts as "plastic surgery".%0D %0D Several chin lifts.

She looked like warmed over shit much of the time and periodically throughout her later career. What makes you think she had surgery? She looked like Liz for her entire life. No duck lips. No pulled, taught face. No "Joker" look. No "windtunnel" look. Just fat and then thin and then fat and then thin. I would guess that she didn't have ANY work done.

These younger actresses are just butchering their faces, which Miss Taylor *never* did.
I saw Rose McGowan in SVU last night. Sweet Baby Jesus what has she done to her face?!!
|by Anonymous||reply 6||03/24/2011|
Her chin looked different later in life, especially in the early 1990s around the time she married the Fortensky. Whether this was due to weight loss or surgical intervention, I don't know. Elizabeth Taylor's original chin was soft, full and rounded looking even when she was young and relatively slender.%0D %0D If you go to the 17th photo in the gallery devoted to Elizabeth Taylor at the LA Times I've linked to below, Taylor's chin looks pointier compared to its appearance in older images shown in the same photo gallery. It could be an effect of the lighting, however.

[quote]No pulled, taught face.
Around the time she did Poker Alice, after her significant weight loss, her face was pulled so tight she could barely make any expression. However, it was still really good work; she still looked like herself, only tighter.

Oh brother, R6! May I assume you're 18 years old?
|by Anonymous||reply 9||03/25/2011|
Oops, I meant R5. %0D %0D "would guess that she didn't have ANY work done."%0D %0D LOL.

Was the photo of a morbidly obese Liz on the cover of "Hollywood Babylon" real or was it doctored? I can't believe she was ever that heavy.
If she was really that heavy, then she must have had some sagging skin removed after she lost all that weight.
|by Anonymous||reply 11||03/25/2011|
According to one bio, Liz was hirsute and had to have a lot of electrolysis (as did her BFF Monty)
|by Anonymous||reply 12||03/25/2011|
She stopped being hot 1 January 1990.
|by Anonymous||reply 13||03/25/2011|
"I would guess that she didn't have ANY work done."%0D %0D Around the time she turned 70, all the sags and wrinkles on her face just vanished! She suddenly looked almost like her younger self, at least from the chin up.%0D %0D Very good work, I have to say. Nothing freakish or too tight, her face just looked younger than the rest of her.

Who inherits the diamonds now that Michael is gone?
|by Anonymous||reply 15||03/25/2011|
von Ryan, R15.
|by Anonymous||reply 16||03/25/2011|
she had her cunt lips reduced
|by Anonymous||reply 17||03/25/2011|
Yeah, who gets the diamonds and jewels?%0D %0D Her daughters? Her male and female descendants? Charity? Her little doggie?%0D %0D

When she lost all her hair due to some illness or other (something with her brain?) and they ran photos of her bald, she said the one good thing to come out of the baldness would be that everyone could see behind her ears where plastic surgery scarring would be and that there were no scars = no work.
|by Anonymous||reply 19||03/25/2011|
I thought Liz looked totally foxy with the shaved head! Her "What? Me worry?" attitude was so great. She's fucking Liz Taylor, what does she have to prove, was sort of the vibe. I love her!
|by Anonymous||reply 20||03/25/2011|
R19, she had a brain tumor in 1997 at the age of 65. R14 said around 70 all the sags and wrinkles on her face just vanished.

Why do I feel like if Liz had plastic surgery she'd be the first to admit it to Barbara Walters? Fuck, she'd probably make a cottage industry out of it.
|by Anonymous||reply 22||03/25/2011|
Wasn't there a rumor she had work done on her nose like Marilyn, although I don't see it.
|by Anonymous||reply 23||03/25/2011|
I doubt Liz had a nose job, she had a pert little nose when she made "National Velvet" as a kid, and has had the same nose ever since.%0D %0D
|by Anonymous||reply 24||03/25/2011|
She would NOT have admitted to plastic surgery. I think after she lost all the weight she had to have had some surgery. When you are after 40 and lose that much weight the skin does not snap back. Especially under the eyes and under the chin.
|by Anonymous||reply 25||03/25/2011|
No surgery. 100% natural beauty. The scars would have been evident when she shaved her head.
|by Anonymous||reply 26||03/26/2011|
Do formaldehyde injections and having her jaw stapled shut count as plastic surgery, OP?
|by Anonymous||reply 27||03/26/2011|
She had tons of plastic surgery, don't be naive. %0D %0D However she was one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen in her younger years. Stunning.

[QUOTE]No pulled, taught face
Taut, bitches, taut.
|by Anonymous||reply 29||03/27/2011|
If Liz had plastic surgery, she would have copyrighted the process, marketed the technique, and made herself a second billion dollars.
|by Anonymous||reply 30||03/27/2011|
She had her idiosyncracies, and one of them was to be served by young, gay men. The men who took her out for walks in the park were gay, and so were her personal assistant - Tim Mendelson, hairdresser - Jose Eber, and manager Jason Winters. %0D %0D Winters is touted to have shared a great camaraderie with Taylor, so much so, that people, including her own children, are expecting that he will inherit millions from her. %0D %0D The will is expected to be read this week.%0D

full face lift around 1987
|by Anonymous||reply 32||11/25/2012|
"No surgery. 100% natural beauty."
Oh sure, her face got naturally smoother as she got old.
And her nose got smaller.

8 husband-ectomies. Only 7 took, one had to be performed twice.
