Jesus Christ. Three sticks of butter? Three cups of sugar?
That’ll cause me to lose a few toes.

You need butter flavoring with three sticks of butter?

You can use regular AP flour mixed with some cornstarch for cake flour. I bake so few cakes that I stopped buying cake flour years ago and I’ve never had a problem with the substitution.
