This will now be a thing that exists!
The second movie showed that this world doesn’t have much juice left in it. I am guessing the series will be just kind of generic cyberpunk.

2049 was a masterpiece. Obviously i blocked you for your lack of taste.

I am actually excited by this.
Oriental replicant pussy karate!

There's a Philip K. Dick series on Amazon I think, already, so this isn't too surprising. However, 2049 was a flaming piece of shit so this will probably suck as well.

Better her than yet another film starring Zendaya

FF R2 as the sort of cunt who blocks people even though he still wants to read what they say. Exhausting.

More strong womenz shit I'll pass on. Like everybody else.

Was Lily Gladstone unavailable?

To get an Academy Award winner and an Asian in one is too good to pass up.

I like Asian films but I forget about them after an hour.

I have to say, I'm watching "Under the Bridge" on hulu, and Lily is great in it R12! I was surprised, she seemed so hyped up for the one movie, I figured she's over rated. Playing a lesbian cop suits her, or excuse me, suits they/them.

R15 I am enjoying "Under the Bridge" as well. I like Lily in her role as the soft butch cop.

R3 also enjoys eating simmering armadillo feces out of a soaked-through and sagging paper plate, something else I haven’t recognized the “taste” of.

I just bet you worked on that pithy post for HOURS, r17.

No, it took me five seconds, lover of garbage films at r18. Now off to Netflix with you, easily entertained one. Maybe power rangers is on — “a masterpiece!!!”

R14 only this isn’t an Asian film retard. It’s an American film in Hollywood.

It took me a couple of viewings to appreciate 2049, but I came around. Jared Leto was so fucking annoying in it though. I fast forward through his scenes.

I watched 2049 the other night. It doesn't hold a candle to the original but it's still a pretty good movie. I wouldn't call it a masterpiece but it's definitely not a piece a shit. We need more big budget cyberpunk noir movies. Jared Leto was very hammy, r21.

Once the pussy takes over a franchise from the men, the franchise dies.

2049 was visually gorgeous. I loved looking at it. I liked Harrison Ford in it. But didn’t feel Gosling was very good and Leto was even worse. He was cartoonish and out of place.
The best character isn’t in the movie enough, and that is the hologram played by Ana De Armas

R24 here. Also, 2049 was incredibly atmospheric, which I liked.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | May 8, 2024 3:13 AM |
I liked Gosling because he's good at barely emoting. His character is unambiguously a replicant unlike Deckard in the original. I liked Robin Wright in 2049. She's very severe.

R26 good point. Gosling’s lack of facial expressions and lack of ability to emote worked here.
I actually forgot Robin Wright was in this.

Stick to killing poodles for the buffet bar, honey. Leave the acting to real pros. These foreigners take our men, our movie roles, and our 10inch black dildos without even saying thank you. Build that wall around the ocean too, Trump!!!!!
