Relic, the previous horror movie from the director of this, is a fantastic and scary and surprisingly moving film though, so I understand why the two wanted to work together. I think there could be a good way to get a movie out of this story. Also DIANNE WIEST is probably playing Minnie!I would never bet against Dianne Wiest

R18 - Relic (not to be confused with the monster in the museum 90s flick) was a surprisingly decent horror movie with an unsettling ending.

Paramount + now confirms that it is a junkheap.

I thought it MAY have potential, but not now.

Everything on the plot was hidden too- even on IMDB - few character names, ect so nothing about it would be spoiled. This led me to believe that the film would be awesome.

I love both Dianne Weist and Ruth Gordon but Dianne is no Ruth. Unless this is a prequel set in an alternate universe like Cruella and Wonka both were.
