What about LuAnn's art-filled, luxury condo?

by Anonymousreply 1April 24, 2024 9:54 PM

maybe they can tear it down and put in an alleyway.

by Anonymousreply 2April 24, 2024 9:56 PM

She must be desperate for cash.

Who knew that living beyond your means and spending money like you have an endless supply could lead to this? Who could possibly have foreseen this happening.

by Anonymousreply 3April 24, 2024 10:02 PM

Right smack next door to an ugly, busy parking garage and about 20 yards from the subway entrance.

Murdoch NY Post. intern at again; clicks and SEO for people who hate gays

by Anonymousreply 5April 24, 2024 10:04 PM

The one thing not off the market is her Morgan surname. Divorcees like her milk those for eternity.

“Now, as an empty nester, I am ready to share this turnkey, easy-to-manage jewel over to someone new to enjoy as we did.”

The “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” alum’s home has been on and off the market since 2013. It was initially listed for $9.95 million.

After Morgan filed for bankruptcy in 2010, court documents revealed that she was almost $20 million in debt, with more than $13 million in assets. The case was settled five years later and she was allowed to keep her lavish townhome.

What a dump

by Anonymousreply 8April 24, 2024 10:11 PM

No fucking privacy is truly irritating. The "garden" is useless due to the lack of privacy.

The home and location are first rate.

by Anonymousreply 9April 24, 2024 10:12 PM

Remember when she admitted to the bathroom sink falling off the walk after she was fucked by a builder on it.

by Anonymousreply 10April 24, 2024 10:13 PM

How sad for her. That means they couldn’t find a buyer after years of trying to sell it. As someone noted, it’s literally next door to a parking garage driveway. It’s probably old and in need of multiple repairs. Too bad the Morgan family has spit on Sonja! She’s a broke senior.

by Anonymousreply 11April 24, 2024 10:23 PM

Unforgettable moment. No wonder the Morgan family spit on her.

by Anonymousreply 14April 24, 2024 10:36 PM

She’s been trying to unload it since 2008.

'As a public figure, Morgan has told stories of the many prominent men she dated as a young single woman in New York City. The list includes tennis player John McEnroe, actor Jack Nicholson, comedian Richard Lewis, musician Eric Clapton, and Prince Albert of Monaco, among others.'

Le grande maîtresse. and nothing to show for it.

I have no idea what you're talking about.

by Anonymousreply 17April 24, 2024 10:41 PM

She’s a mess. I feel sorry for her.

by Anonymousreply 18April 24, 2024 10:45 PM

Where will her army of interns hang out now?!

by Anonymousreply 19April 24, 2024 10:47 PM

The location might be (somewhat) overlooked were the house any good, but it's not. It's bland and awkward and utterly charmless, with any original character stolen by successive remodellings of dubious taste and quality. The worst thing about the location is that it's next door to the biggest, ugliest behemoth on the block, and its parking garage at that. Imagine at all hours valets honking horns as they descend and out of the depths of the garage. The shoddy entrance portico does the house no favors either.

Not much to recommend other than that --except for the monster next door-- it's not a wholly unattractive block.

by Anonymousreply 20April 24, 2024 11:29 PM

This picture shows how unappealing the house location is next to a parking garage.

Yes, R21, "Better if you approach from 3rd Avenue rather than Lex. In fact, I strongly prefer that you do."

All that fucking ugly garage signage stapled on the side of her ugly portico. Maybe it's a welcome windbreak on wet, blustery days with strong west winds.

by Anonymousreply 22April 25, 2024 8:07 AM

R21 🤣

by Anonymousreply 23April 25, 2024 8:45 AM

Anyone can park on Sonja's garage anytime!

by Anonymousreply 24April 27, 2024 8:32 PM

We could house migrants there!

Is she moving to Hoboken?

by Anonymousreply 27April 28, 2024 2:37 PM

Sonja resides aboard a Roosevelt Island tram these days. Always on the go, great views, nice people.

by Anonymousreply 28April 28, 2024 2:55 PM

She’s lovely to look at, lovely to hold. But about two weeks from lookin’ real old.

by Anonymousreply 29April 28, 2024 6:10 PM

At least she cleaned the dog💩.
