Well that won’t work. I’m not sure how that could work. The rules won’t allow it.
He does that rapid eye blinking thing that Bill Clinton used to do. They hold back blinking while they tell a lie with a flurry of rapid blinking afterwards. He also flubs a word without correcting himself.

She asked him to confirm he wasn’t seeking the Presidency this year and he confirmed his support for Biden and then he started blinking heavily around 25 seconds. That’s what people do when they lie.
Why is he even there. Is he talking about California issues?
Again I don’t know how it could be done. It would necessitate some kind of sabotage.
