Well, I suppose when two people who hit the genetic lottery jackpot have children, it's not always going to go as planned. Shiloh Pitt for example, is clearly a great beauty but the younger sister is cute, but is probably not going to be stunner that Shiloh is. That said, if the Willis kids had recognized their (ahem) limitations and got jobs in IT or accounting where everyone is unattractive, you wouldn't feel compelled to mock them because they're living their own lives apart from their parents. But because they always seem to be on some sort of nepo baby/celeb fringe, they're mock-worthy. In Tallulah's case, I'm guessing her real problem is not her looks but that's a literal dumpster fire of mental disorders.
