General H. Norman Schwarzkopf

In January 1991, he took command of the biggest military operation mounted since the Second World War. He had beneath him a formidable array of weapons and men. Within a few months, he had used them with astonishing small loss of life on their side to drive the occupying army of Iraq from the Kingdom of Kuwait.

A graduate of West Point, he speaks fluent German and French, loves fishing, the opera, and Bob Dylan. "War," he says, "is a profanity."

Let's discuss the former Supreme Allied Commander "Stormin' Norman," General H. Norman Schwarzkopf.

He was a good general, but I always think of Rod Steiger's hilarious parody of him in Mars Attacks.

Related but unrelated, Paul Winfield perfectly parodied Colin Powell in Mars Attacks!

He has no lips and his facial features have all migrated to the center of his face.

He has a very saggy scrotum and a slightly smaller than average sized penis. He likes to finger his bum but won't let anyone else do it.

He WAS General H. Norman Schwarzkopf!

Robert Duvall did. a brilliant impression of him in Mars Attacks.

Let's talk about his father Norman the Elder, who pretty much singlehandedly fucked up the Lindbergh kidnapping case

He dead, OP.

He wanted to march into Baghdad to stop Hussein once and for all in 1990. He had a clear path. President George H. W. Bush stopped him from doing so. Look at what happened later....

R9 was it Bush or Baker/Cheney/Powell/Scowcroft/Pickering?

by Anonymousreply 10April 17, 2024 11:55 PM

I use his hair color all the time!

by Anonymousreply 11April 17, 2024 11:58 PM

He declined to run for politics, saying he prefers war lol

by Anonymousreply 12April 18, 2024 12:16 AM

I like this Gen. Colin Powell version best.

R10, it would have been a very different version of Cheney than what we saw when he was vice president, then.

by Anonymousreply 14April 18, 2024 1:01 AM

R14 Cheney was reigned in by the others

by Anonymousreply 15April 18, 2024 2:50 AM

He liked to rub one out, too, like the rest of us.
