I once reached out to a traveling Massage Whore who, when I reached out was in my town. He didn't respond to my message until a month later when he was back home. Basically he said that he'd meet up if I paid his plane fare and hotel, which could be fair. However he also said he'd be on the clock from the minute he woke up on the morning he'd be traveling to see me until he returned home, INCLUDING his Massage Whore session rate. I don't remember what his hourly rate was. I regretfully did not take him up on that offer.

I have never understood people who kill the goose that laid the golden egg.

I worked at a firm we did a study of expense reimbursements and discovered that a partner had submitted expenses from his daughter's wedding for reimbursement because other members of the firm and a few clients were invited. He was terminated. Seriously, who risks a $500K/yr job (before firm bonuses) for $30K - although he had probably been doing crap like that for years, but we only focused on this obvious and egregious instance of the wedding.

We also discovered an associate who expensed his vacation - and, as we say on DL, this ended badly when he was terminated and rumor has it he committed suicide.
