I know people who have been around Dump on a daily basis for hours at a time, and ALL of them have remarked on the smell. The smell of shit. He shits himself regularly and without warning. So here is what is "handlers" are concerned about now: They know he will shit himself during the trial and they know it will start to be discussed. Of greater concern to his team is the fact that he has NEVER IN HIS LIFE had to do ANYTHING he didn't want to do for hours at a time. His inner circle know how limited his impulse control is under the best of circumstances.

In short, he's going to spin out of control in public, shit himself in public, and his closest advisers are bracing themselves for the fallout. This is more concerning to them than ANY of the potential criminal convictions. There is a very real possibility that Dump will say and do things during his forced attendance at this trial that will destroy his chances with independent voters who he desperately needs.

Media are talking about how boring this trial will be. What they don't realize is you are about to watch a 78 year old toddler wearing 10 pounds of makeup in a girdle, a reinforced diaper and high heels, spew and spit and shit himself in public

R33, I 𝑑𝑜 believe he would have gone, in the full expectation that his Secret Service and his MAGAts would protect him. His fantasy was to have led them in the overthrow of the US government, and he wanted to have any Congresspersons captured to be completely at his mercy, like a Caesar at the Colosseum, to be able to give thumbs up or thumbs down. The majority of the insurrectionists were somewhat feckless, without anyone to direct them. (Not all. There were some who had a definite plan.) But directed, they would have been far more dangerous. If he had gone, I think there's no question that more Capitol police and some members of Congress would have died.

The upside to all this would be that, if he had done this shit, there would not have been any of this bullshit about his intentions and whether or not he'd actually fomented an insurrection. They would have had him dead to rights, and probably would have already executed him for extreme treason by this point.
