The day after her father died she wasn’t on the RHNY Scary Island trip and it seemed like she hated her mom even more than him. So removing the previously recorded podcasts has nothing to do with mourning. She’ll probably return with a podcast about her terrible parents.

Two days ago, she was on FaceTime with her therapist and her mother’s caregiver called her - she answered and was “very dismissive” to the caregiver and hung up immediately. Then she told her assistant to call the caregiver and follow up because she “just knew” her mother was dead. And she continued with FaceTime therapy trying to decide whether to go to a volleyball tournament.

She is now sharing the trauma she went through with her mother. All to service her audience.

This is now THE MOST traumatic thing that’s ever happened to her. Even worse than the divorce.

I'm guessing Sonja's asking price (for her townhouse) was always too high.

She was asking nearly $10 million, then brought it down to a "mere" 8 or 9 million. Now the auction starts around $2 million? Granted, the parking garage next door isn't good, but it's five levels and around 3500 square feet, so it's got to be in very rough shape. No doubt Sonja won't see a dime.

Several seasons ago on RHONY, Sonja was shown living in that town house: no heat, elevator broken, etc. In one episode, she refused to let the other "ladies" into the apartment and made them wait for her, outside in the cold. It was a Grey Gardens situation. She was ashamed of it.
