If those two morons are tracked down, arrested, tried and convicted, a) there's a fine they have to pay - and that happens by garnishing their wages. I'm not a big fan of prison, don't know what that does. BUT the two idiots have to perform work (unpaid) to the park service, publicly. And while they are working (raking leaves, sweeping up trash, etc...) the park service will set-up a sign or sandwich board that explains who this idiot is. "This is ___. He and ___ decided that they would go into the ppark and dislodge boulders from ___. This was a crime." AND if the video of thses two has ben confiscated, it should play on a continuous loop with the volume up so the little girl's voice can be heard.

I think this is pretty obviously the reason for Steven Paddock’s mass murder in Vegas. He was tired of life and people and not being treated with enough respect by the casinos anymore so he wrote himself into the history books.
