Scott Connell- 80s/90s Model & Vintage Beefcake
I recall seeing him in GQ magazine (and on the cover) and finding his eyes extremely beautiful! He had such a beautiful face.
Most images of him seem lost and not much info exists about him, but he was a model who worked with all the biggest brands and covered numerous magazines in the mid-late 80s and some in the 90s. He now lives in Idaho and lives a quiet life.
Everyone who has ever worked with him has had nothing but amazing things to say about him. He is supposedly a kind person and caring.

R12 no. I almost posted a photo to share with everyone of myself when I remembered the behavior of a poster from the last time. I also remembered I was given something in case it ever happened again. I decided to post a photo I found as bait to see the behavior of this poster once again. Immediately the bait was taken and we now know his Facebook.

It makes me sad to see how he looks now. Why do people have to get older?

Sorry but in my college days my GQ (going queer) crush was Jeff. For Dramafest I named my character the Prince of Aquilon. Years later ran into him at a soirée in Laguna. Nice fellow. When I told him the story his wife did a spit take.

R16 He's hardly decrepit now in his dotage in Idaho. I was a real looker and my looks lasted, say, 15 to 55. Don't be sad for good looking people how age, who have had a nice long run with all the advantages and adventures it brings. I feel sad about fugs who never or rarely get a break based on their looks.

He actually aged okay. He looks healthy and robust. My best guess in his early to mid sixties. Everyone ages differently.
A friend of mine who was easily the best looking guy in our high school and still looked truly great at the 20th year reunion, now looks like death warmed over at age 63. So you never know.

That’s what happens to the straights…and anyone who has kids.
Just say No!

How do you go from being one of the top models in the world to being a fly fishing instructor? He must not be very smart if he couldn't parlay his looks and connectionsinto a more lucrative career.

He did get a few acting roles but was unable to sustain it into a career. Even talented and seasoned actors have trouble keeping a career long term. And nobody can have a successful modeling career after age 40.

May he likes a modest life.
Sometimes when you get access to a lot, of this or of that or some other coveted thing, and relatively young, you actually feel content, and stop striving so much in life.

R25 he’s doing what he wants to do. He does this because he enjoys it.

His brother Brian was also a model briefly. Those good looking genetics were strong.
His images are almost impossible to find though.

R25, not everyone smart wants the stress of a higher-level job, and higher education can keep you out of the job market (i.e., not earning much if any $$$) for 3-10 years. It's a big commitment. Nothing wrong with teaching a sport.

His goal was to make as much money modeling etc.while he lived in NYC and LA and then move to Idaho and do what he’s doing. It has always been a passion of his.
Hate to tell you this, but not everyone has the same passions or drives. Not everyone is obsessed with more More MORE money. Some are content and like living a quiet life.

He was doing just fine in his modeling career, until George Santos came along and all eyes turned to him.

There was some book I read about models years ago that discussed the bottom falling out of the male modelling world when GQ stopped putting models on it's cover and used celebrities instead. Vogue and other women's magazines still put models on their covers regularly, but GQ never does. No covers equals no recognition by most consumers.

R34 male models were never big regardless. They got work but modeling has always been a female dominated industry.

Agreed with R19 -- Jeff Aquilon was my dream model. No idea what he's doing now. I did see a photo of him a few years that was current then. He'd aged, of course, but didn't look like death on a cracker.
