I actually watched this when it was first posted -Never heard of Dr. John, but he gave good advice. Pretty sure he's straight, but he's a compassionate man.

My brother has a blue fixation.

A guy I knew had been raped repeatedly by his brother, starting when he was 14. The brother would come home from college, attack him in the car and make him clean it up. The brother did the same thing with two sisters. Neither ever married. My acquaintance spent his life having dangerous sex (thrill seeking) and died of HIV. The rapist died last year.
