R1, funny you should mention that, because he does a video on exactly why Ben Shapiro sounds like that, and as he does it he adopts an even MORE Ben Shapiro like voice and cadence, as he tells us why Ben Shapiro actively tries to talk like that, and why it's effective for his purposes.
