Op, I thought that Nepo Babies were meant to achieve some measure of success thanks to their parents' prestige and connections. I think Oliver more than Kate but I remember they made the comments about their dad and Bill said he disowned them he showed photos of Oliver and Kate with bill all through their childhood.
