Most relatable celebrity?

It may not be someone you admire too much, but you can relate to them because they're a lot like you.

Froylan (personality - not looks, sigh)

by Anonymousreply 1March 25, 2024 3:57 AM

Naomi Watts, if I were a beautiful, chharming woman, which I am.

by Anonymousreply 2March 25, 2024 4:10 AM

Brendad Ickson

by Anonymousreply 3March 25, 2024 4:36 AM

Ben Affleck. Full of booze and regret.

by Anonymousreply 4March 25, 2024 4:59 AM

Keanu Reeves

John Krasinski doesn't have an ounce of glamour, beauty, mystique or star power. He looks like a completely unremarkable person who works at Jiffy Lube. He's relatable in the sense that he's extremely unimpressive.

by Anonymousreply 6March 25, 2024 6:18 AM

Chrissy Metz

by Anonymousreply 7March 25, 2024 6:19 AM

Somehow I can never imagine John krasiniski Keanu reeves or Ben affleck lurking on an online Forum devoted to screeds against Meaghan Markle and Vivian Vance jokes.

by Anonymousreply 8March 25, 2024 6:35 AM

Julia Roberts

by Anonymousreply 9March 25, 2024 8:52 AM

Danny Thomas.

King Charles III. As a fellow Scorpio, I can understand his nature. Duty compelled him to marry Diana; lust impelled him to keep Camilla.

by Anonymousreply 11March 25, 2024 10:35 AM

Celerities are relatable to each other, only.

by Anonymousreply 12March 25, 2024 12:56 PM

Fran Drescher

by Anonymousreply 13March 25, 2024 1:00 PM

Well, obviously that's me! Right, gurlfriends? *gags a little*

by Anonymousreply 14March 25, 2024 4:49 PM

Sally Field and Anne Hathaway. Earnest, misunderstood but ultimately harmless.

by Anonymousreply 15March 25, 2024 8:28 PM

I met Hathaway and she was not only more beautiful in life, she was completely charming and self-effacing. The hate for her is stupid.

by Anonymousreply 16March 25, 2024 8:40 PM

Agreed, r16. She's an excellent actor.

Almost every word that comes out of Bill Simmons’s mouth is something I have also said. Also, he is a pretty angry guy, albeit in a hilarious way. Also, he processes the world through endlessly analyzing movies (and sports, to some degree.)

Sure, he’s worth hundreds of millions and I’m not. But I’d swear we are the same person.

by Anonymousreply 18March 26, 2024 12:06 AM

I mean I get drunk, puke, pee in sinks and hijack Oscars from presenters. It's gotta be me.

by Anonymousreply 19March 26, 2024 12:12 AM

Probably Ben Affleck or Jon Hamm since I like my liquor too.

by Anonymousreply 20March 26, 2024 12:16 AM

Gwyneth Paltrow

by Anonymousreply 21March 26, 2024 12:18 AM

This sounds weird and I am not some crazy parasocial whacko, and I could maybe think of only one or two movies she's been in, but Jennifer Garner has always seemed like a sweet, down-to-earth person. I'm too old to have celebrity crushes or even idols but she has been someone I enjoy seeing, if only fleetingly. Kinda odd, I know.
