What happened to Marion Cotillard?

It seemed like she was everywhere in the late 2000s/early 2010s but you barely hear about her nowadays. Great actress. I rewatched Nine the other day and it’s not a good movie, but she’s easily the best thing about it. Should’ve been Oscar nominated for her performance instead of Penelope Cruz.

Her leg was eaten by an orca, Bastard OP.

“Where has she been?” Hopping. In France. With dog shit all over the sidewalks! With two crotchfruit in tow.

She's had enough of Hollywood. She went back to France.

R2 Hollywood didn’t really know what to do with her either. She was great in something like The Immigrant, but roles like Inception felt beneath her.

Cotillard works frequently in top level French productions.

She’s over 45 and foreign, Hollywood cannot possibly be offering her worthwhile.

She didn't "go back" to France. She'll continue her English language career just as she always has.

In Marion Cotillard all seems to breathe freedom and peace and to make one forget the world and its sad turmoils.

She owns a cake bakery in Salt Lake City, specializing in gay wedding cakes. She's been struggling for business since she opened a few years ago.

I love Marion!!!! She is une artiste singulare, not a commercial whore. Anyone who did not see her portrayal of Edith Piaf missed something truly amazing. To expect her to keep making commercial American merde is unreasonable.

She got old. Hollywood doesn’t like women over 40.

Harvey Girl another one.
