Iwonder if her career will take off like Sarah Shashi has. They both had huge impacts on the show. Sarah Shahi made people drool. Elizabeth Keener makes people laugh. The actresses who make people drool will always have bigger careers than the actresses who make people laugh.

What!! I missed this. What is it or was it, that would have caused such rumors. I don't think many details were provided. The thread, which was several pages long, caused some excitement and a lot of guessing at first, but Keener (like most female nominees) flew under the radar since it was the year of "Brokeback Mountain." There wasn't a lot of reaction to the big reveal, other than some questions about whether she attended the Oscars alone and if that's why her marriage ended. Few people believed anyone would choose to come out in an acceptance speech anyway.

after the "insider" revealed that it was catherine keener, he/she provided links to pictures of her showing up to the oscars with nicole holofcener (the director of "friends with money"). nicole is married with children and the two of them have been friends for a long time. i think the person made the whole thing up. but despite all that, i still do sincerely hope that catherine indulges with the ladies now and again, because she is hot!

Wow, I don't really care about Elizabeth, but I love Catherine, have been a fan of hers since "Johnny Suede" (the film where she first met Pitt), and I've only just been informed she's from Hialeah. I grew up in Hialeah, for fuck's sake, and I'm the same age as her sister. If she lived in my neighborhood, I will just die. Catherine was sexy as hell when she did all those DiCillo movies, but if possible, I think she's gotten even hotter the older she gets.

Dina Meyer is not gay but she has a lot of lesbian friends. There are a bunch of straight actresses like her who hang with the lesbians. Elizabeth Keener is gay and she's single. Catherine Keener is straight. I've hung out with all three of them so I know.
