Lay off fake fat (especially anything with processed oils as one of the first four ingredients) eggs for meals, shrimp, and chips. Try to limit fried potatoes. Buy those small cans of canned pink salmon (NOT red salmon, never eat canned red salmon) and eat them for lunch or, if you can stand it, for breakfast. That last item will, by itself, take a lot of fat off if that's part of what you're trying to do. The protein in the salmon kills your appetite. Tuna does the same thing for appetite, but has more mercury. Use an omega 3/6/9 supplement (cheap at Costco) because canned salmon doesn't have a huge amount either.
