Animotion also had the "Obsession" follow-up "Let Him Go", iirc... it did OK, not sure if I'd call it a hit, in truth.

The occasional butterfly that lands on my nose. The breeze on a breezeless day. A ray of sunshine on a sunless day. God is subtle. You have to look for his answers but they are there, I assure you.

RE: My Cholesterol is Too High

cheese is ok, just in moderation. You do need some fats. I try to follow jillian micheals plan of a 40-30-30 protein carb fat ratio. I also always have to have protein in the morning. Actually a great recipe I got from jillian's book is oatmeal where you substitute egg whites or egg beaters for the water. I heat it in 15 second intervals in the micro stirring in between. Its pretty damn filling.

"Or fly around the globe representing her president and promoting Obama's vision for the world, despite dismissing his foreign policy experience as nothing more than "a speech he gave in 2002"." Was this your first general election? Seriously?

WE weren't a one-hit wonder, either! "Brand New Lover" was a top 15 hit for us in 1986!

Are you kidding R6? The Conservatives hate him. They think he's deranged. Check out what they have to say about his new book, The Invisible Constitution. Of course, they act as if Tribe and Obama are going to interpret ONLY the invisible Constition, ignoring the text completely. They have no idea what he's trying to say.

RE: My Cholesterol is Too High
|
|
|
My cholesterol has never been above 125, and it isn't because I live a virtuous life. It's genetic. My mother, who weighs about twice what I do and eats some sort of fast food most days, is the same way. Eat a lot of tomatoes, brown rice, roasted vegetables, garlic, and olive oil. Lay off fake fat (especially anything with processed oils as one of the first four ingredients) eggs for meals, shrimp, and chips. Try to limit fried potatoes. Buy those small cans of canned pink salmon (NOT red salmon, never eat canned red salmon) and eat them for lunch or, if you can stand it, for breakfast. That last item will, by itself, take a lot of fat off if that's part of what you're trying to do. The protein in the salmon kills your appetite. Tuna does the same thing for appetite, but has more mercury. Use an omega 3/6/9 supplement (cheap at Costco) because canned salmon doesn't have a huge amount either.

I just closed on a townhouse on 65th off of Park. I can live off the intrest for the rest of my life (I'm 32) and never have to worry about money again. Too bad you bitches aren't straight-acting fags who reached for the ring and got it. Sorry for you.

The way Stephen King writes about the backwoods people of Maine makes them sound ghoulish. Kids showing up at school dirty and bruised in the same clothes every day, etc.
