When asked if would like a position on the Supreme Court, he said "Sure, wouldn't you?", like it's his ultimate dream. I would love to see him on the Supreme Court. I think he could reverse a lot of harm even if he only serves a few years.

Is he in the service because he seriously looks like he may be slightly retarded? I agree with the person who said the groom's side looks less than thrilled.

RE: I used to love the holidays until they added the fake one, Kwanza, to the list.
1) There's no such thing as a fall "harvest" in Africa, where they have tropical and sub-tropical climates 2) If they were to have a "fall" harvest, Africa being in the southern hemisphere would have it 6 months later than the northern hemisphere 3) Corn is from the Americas, it did not exist in Africa. 4) Swahili (the language of Kwanza) is an EAST African language which was never spoken by any ancestors of american blacks which came from WEST Africa. 5) The tribes of Africa have nothing in common with each other (other than skin color) and they continue to hate and kill each other to this day. There was no common ANYTHING between them. 6) The holiday was created by a shitty SoCal community college professor with a "black identity" political agenda. It was not based on a "tradition" of anything.

RE: My Cholesterol is Too High

I am trying to avoid the drugs too. In one summer my cholesterol went down 30 points just by cutting out *most* animal proteins/Mayo etc. Here's what I try to eat: Bowl of oatmeal or cereal w/soy milk OR egg whites w/some salsa. lunch whole grain sandwich w/lots of veggies - low fat italian dressing and a touch of feta cheese for flavor or grilled chicken w/greens You get the picture - overall avoid fried stuff/red meat/cheeses and junk - exercise moderately 3 x a week and you'll see a HUGE difference in your numbers. Once in a while it's ok to have bad stuff just not all the time.

I may be out of cuntiness for the day, but all I took away from their pics was how genuinely happy they looked together. What a sweet couple. I have a hard time feeling superior to them when I am so miserable myself. God bless em.

R14, I can almost buy taking bets as a kind of gallows humor. We used to have a death pool at my work, for instance. But the "Let's hope someone wins" part is what takes it over the line.

RE: My Cholesterol is Too High

re 16 for most people they cannot lose the weight let alone keep it off, doesn't mean it cannot be done. I tend to actually do better around the holidays. I think because I can set a day like thanksgiving as a bit of a splurge thus it makes it easier to be good up till then knowing the reward. And frankly when you are consuming 1400 calories a day, a sudden free for all is not really possible. I just cannot stuff myself like that when I have been eating so much less. It hurts me tummy.

"You haven't been paying close enough attention." No. I don't watch all day. Anyway, then the end is nearer for the Shiba Inu breed.
