We grew up together in the Bronx and after hanging out in the city, walking here and there his baby fat fell off at 18-19. He wasn't in the best shape when we were hanging in L.A. Then he booked The show Dexter and after the first season he was told to lose some weight. Desmond goes all out when he needs to. He is not sick, no surgical chubby removal, no plastic surgery. He goes fishing for Mako Shark on off days, loves his girl and takes care of himself, it's has something to do with growing older and being a man. His a cool cool cat but he is not a member of the vanity club.

Also, those of you who watch Dexter, have you ever noticed the bad, like REALLY bad dental work he has? It's like he did cosmetic dentistry in Mexico or something. - I think he's hot. I do think his weight-loss is extreme, though, because you can just see him now on Season 7 of 'Dexter' and he looks positively skeletal. Even skinnier than any of these pics.
