Timbaland Recounts Fallout With Jay-Z

Behind the scenes of the music industry can get messy, but the silver lining is the music that can come of it. Timbaland, whose beat-prints are all over Jay-Z's Magna Carta Holy Grail, recently revealed some of the strain their longtime friendship has endured. Jay Z is gay. I've said it here before. Early 2000's when the interwebs were still wild and gossip roamed free, gossip sites posted real gossip. Before Perez and TMZ and all the others. I have trouble picturing Eminem as a closeted gay man, to be honest. He certainly struggles to relate to/approach both women and gay men properly, but I'm not sure you can use that as evidence of closeting or repression. I lived in condos across the street from the house of a very famous rapper/actor in LA. During the riots, when all the looting was going on I was on my balcony shooting video of the fires we could see from where we were.

All of a sudden two big suvs pull in to said Rapper's house, and they are full of "stuff" TVs, equipment, you name it. And they are loading it into the house when one of the guys notices me video taping.

There is a knock at my door. Three very large men tell me they need that video camera. I told them no, it had video of my family on it etc. I would erase the video in front of them but they were not taking it. It got pretty tense then they finally agreed. I showed them I erased the part I was shooting and they left.

Let me tell you I was scared there. Lets just say it was very very tense Cool of them to leave though and accept I erased it Just wish it had never happened.

After E! News exclusively confirmed the singer was dating Daphne Joy, the couple just so happened to ring in the New Year together near Miami. So, did the two have a good time?
