Hamm ages fast -- especially if you don''t refrigerate it.
He''s just about the epitome of everything I like in a guy.
Beautiful manly man. Love, Love him.
hmmm, I would have guessed 40-41 -- sometimes he looks 38
Parents divorced when he was 2, mother/primary care provider dies when Jon is 10, goes to live with his father, who then proceeds to die when Jon is 20.%0D\
Not exactly the receipe for maintaining a youthful appearance or outlook on life. %0D\
But he''s still hotter than 99% of the people here, and that includes OP.
I think that may be because he plays Don a bit older, and also men of that era seemed older, and perhaps mature, by our standards, earlier. Very psychologically immature in many ways, of course, judging by certain contemporary mores, but mature in certain terms of the aging process.
Its also because queens are obsessed with boyish features, so a real man like Hamm can seem older.
He looked his age and younger on 30 Rock, plus he''s always convincing in his Mad Men flashback scenes.
I watched the Emmy skit last night and he can dance! I got hard just looking at him shake his ass in Betty White''s face! Talk about a waste!
Jon is 39. He looks 39. He looked it five years ago, he''ll look it twenty years from now. I hate men.
Yup, that''s what a handsome, dark haired, chiseled 39 year old man looks like when he does not do steroids, tan, tatto, and body groom aside from his head.
He''s nothing special. When I was younger I looked better than that guy.%0D
Two slices of bread and I''d eat him up? Choke on that Tina Fey.
He is 39 in CZJ years.
My friend went to high school with him and is still friends with him. She is 39. He is 39. She has known him his whole life.
The closet ages you very quickly...from what I hear, of course.
Yes, we were nearly in school together, ''tho of course I was on Welsh shores then.\
The late 80s were so wild as a teenager! Whew!
Mrs. Michael Douglas, applying a white mask and thinking on a sip
I will love him no matter what age he is.
He did a great job of hosting the ESPY awards tonight.
I don't care. He's hot.
I would drink his dirty bathwater.
He looks like he's in his mid to late 40s.
He reminds me of the hot dads of my friends in HS and college.
The guys who would always look so hot in khakis, the ones who would be in wife beaters and boxers when I stayed over, the ones who I wanted so badly to blow in the basement at 2 am.
Wait, where was I?
I still can't believe Gary was in his early 30s in AAE.
This thread is old, He turned 42 in March, graduated college in 93.
He looks so much older.
On DL alone, CZJ is 49 to 57--depending upon which troll you believe.
So Hamm probably studied acting with Strasburg, along with Marilyn Monroe.
The hugeness of his cock is draining the life-giving fluids from the rest of his body, Yes, he has a 20-inch schlong, but for how long??
Leave it to the stupid queens of the DL to criticise the handsome perfection that is Don Draper. Jesus!
Don Draper is not his real name, media-addled ayb.
I'm pretty sure, awhile back, I saw his birth year as something like 68 or 69. They must have changed it along the way to make him more marketable. He's 45 if he's a day.
That post about the "friend from high school" sounds like a PR plant. Let's get his high school yearbook, the year he graduated high school. That should settle it.
I only find him sexy as Don Draper. And since his character is often an ass I find him less desirable now.
wow, he looks old for his age
All that smoking will age you. He looks about 46. I never got into the Hamm hype. He's not bad looking but certainly not drop dead gorgeous and his body is nothing to look at.
The creator of Mad Men doesn't want the cast looking like they work out too much, but I don't know if Jon Hamm's body would be better otherwise.
You know, I'm sure he has a great penis, and he might even be a good lay, who knows. But he strikes me as incredibly humdrum in real life. Maybe up for anything another person initiates, but doesn't bring the party with him. Unusual for a popular entertainer. Just my impression, of course.
He and his gf seem to be lushes, too.
Maybe he seems a little boring because he has stayed with his long term girlfriend? Actually I give him credit for that because since Mad Men he probably has his pick of women.
Everyone tells me I look like him, if he worked out. I am 48.
He is aight.
He should be happy to be typecast r61. It's his lack of range that has kept him from being a star now.
R75 is quite astute.
That Fred Flinstone-ish five o'clock shadow makes me want to hurl. Gross. Are there treatments for that? He looks like he has a ton of hair on his back too. ugh, really need to reach for the barf bag now. I really can't see how any of you can find this guy attractive.
DOUCHE never looked so old on anyone.
Seriously, he's a dick.
Hamm is hot. No one here would kick him out of bed for eating crackers..
But definitely for eating oranges r80.
R40 that was my point. I'm not an imbecile, there's a fine line between pointless bitchery and being a pedantic twat for the sake of it.
Hamm is Draper is Hamm. Get over it.
What a tedious post to have to rebutt, but I wasn't going to stand by and let such a pissy comment pass.
he seems like a chill dude
Arrogant, totally fully of himself, and thinks he's way better looking than he really is. The end.
He is a great actor and super fucking sexy and I don't care how old he is.
He is handsome. Don't be crazy.
He is more goofy than arrogant in real life and that is a turn off to some people.
On the complete superficial, he hasn't a good body - bad posture and skinny shoulders, no chest and a flabby gut and ass. He would look bad smooth, but isn't hairy enough to impress.
There you have it.
I think R93 is spot on. However, he is told not to work out because guys didn't really look buff in the 60's.
Oh please, r94, that's ridiculous. He's using that as an excuse to explain away his flabbiness and laziness regarding working out. No one's saying he should do a cycle of steroids, but hitting the gym once in a while wouldn't be exactly anachronistic. John Slattery has a lean, trim body as does the guy who plays Betty's husband Henry, and JR Ferguson who plays Stan obviously hits the weights. Excuses, excuses.
I agree with r95. That might have been the excuse at the beginning, to look soft(btw, I thought that was just what the female actors were told), but that doesn't mean he has to let himself go. He's wasting his potential.
R93 is correct. Doughy is how 35+ guys looked in the 1960s. Look at supper hot for the 60s Sean Connery: doughboy.
"He is more goofy than arrogant in real life and that is a turn off to some people."
That's why Mad Men will be his last good role. I hope he's saved his money.
He reminds of that Seinfeld episode where Jerry was dating that chick who looked alternately pretty and ugly. Hamm looks really handsome ONLY with his hair slicked back and with the sleek suits as Draper. He is just meh looking other than that. Not leading man material at all, if my opnion counts for anything.
I don't think Hamm is going for full on leading man status in films, more likely he'll end up with a solid career of strong 2nd and supporting character roles. Plus maybe some good comedic turns, he's charming and funny. He's not action or romantic lead material.
But keep posting the links to the pics please. He is hot.
Was the beard for any role? I'd love to see him in something with that. He was hotter than all fuck in the Sesame Street video with the groomed beard.
Anyway, Mr Hamm has of course pre-empted you all. He acknowledged he looks old and looked 10 years older when he was in high school and was being offered father parts when he was in his 20s, so that's why it took him so long to break through; he couldn't get the right part. He does drink as well though, I reckon the mean drunk in Friends with Kids was basically him.
He's had a very interesting life which explains the unsual late blooming career (but most guys don't become A-list till their 30s it seems). He lost his parents very young, another thing that accounts for his late success I think.
