• She did have awful plastic surgery, but apparently she has health issues and the medication made her face puffy like that. So combine those two issues, medication and bad plastic surgery, and you get Lara''s scary face.

• If she had kept her face normal and gained about 20 pounds she would look amazing. She has issues, it seems.

• R9, she might be on Prednisone but she has definitely had plastic surgery, too. She had lip implants a few years back.

• Her legs are like toothpicks and her gut sticks out like she's got liver disease - blind items tell a terrible tale of drug abuse when she was with Jack Nicholson and she does look like someone with permanent brain damage. It's very sad, not atypical in Hollywood, of course, but I doubt she has a long life ahead of her. I've seen people in their late 80's who have bodies like this.

• Jack Nicholson is a monster who loved destroying people. He humiliated her, abused her, and screwed with her self-esteem for years. I don't mind that he had that secret stroke and has disappeared because he can't take people seeing him like he is or hearing the speech impediment he now has. An evil man.
